I agree with Sam below! They can’t figure out how to fix things the first time! That’s just the truth and it ends up costing you more money! Was about to buy a 10,000$ plow but I won’t be giving them that business. Huge mistake buying stuff here

I purchased an Aventon E bike in Dec. of 2024 and the power kept going out. I took it to M&R for repair, they communicated with me thru the whole repair process keeping me updated on when the parts would arrive. Once the part arrived they had it fixed the next day. I did not realize they were an authorized dealer and repair center for Aventon or I would have purchased the bike locally. They didn't have a lot of experience with repairing them but their effort and willingness to work with me and repair the bike was phenomenal. I would not hesitate to buy a bike or have them repair one. Highly recommend them!

I’ve never had a bad experience with M&R. When you’re shopping ask for Linc, he’s the best!

That have a very professional friendly staff. The snow plow repair and parts install were done at a fair price. The store is kept ultra clean and organized.

Don’t recommend!!! They won’t return parts that they told me I needed. (Which I didnt need) $318 for a controller after I already have one

I can no longer recommend taking equipment to, or purchasing from, M&R. As a small business, we have spent thousands of dollars with them and have consistently referred others to their services. Unfortunately, after repeated issues and ongoing frustration with the quality and reliability of their work, we can no longer support them as a company. Our most recent experience was the final straw. We were told the wiring for a salt box they originally installed could be fixed within a 15-minute window. After arriving, we were then told to leave the truck and that they would “get to it,” despite an upcoming federal holiday and a potential snowstorm. Expecting us to abandon a plow truck until likely next Wednesday—especially for a mistake stemming from their own installation—is unreasonable. In our experience, equipment rarely comes back fixed the first time; it usually requires a second or third visit. We will be having the wiring repaired elsewhere, and M&R will be covering that cost. At this point, we cannot recommend spending your time or money here.

Not a good experience. I had my zero turn in twice for a poor running engine. After a carb cleaning and expensive carb replacement it was still having same issues. Was told it was a hard thing to diagnose. I eventually fixed it myself in 20 minutes after installing a new coil.

I came to this Ferris dealer after a disappointing experience with another one. I spoke with Service Manager Jeff Moore about my concerns — I like my equipment to be in top-notch condition. Jeff and his team picked up my mower, fixed the issue quickly, and even submitted a warranty claim that got approved. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Most importantly, Jeff maintained excellent communication throughout the process.

As good as it gets! Brandi had it all under control and kept me informed as work progressed. Then squeezed me in for early delivery. Top shelf work at a fairly reasonable price. Thanks to all!

2nd experience with using the KTAC through M&R & had nothing but the easiest ins experience ever. Justin & the crew took the bull by the horn & had me back in the seat in no time with ZERO problems. Hats off to the team. Thanks for the fast friendly service, keep up the good work

Exceeded my expectations. Was looking for a replacement starter for a John Deere. They had it and it was in stock. Price was good, I'm happy. Nice place, more of a dealership than a store. It's big ! After being waited on and while waiting for my part another two staff members came past me and asked if I needed help. That is the attitude the customer is searching for. Good job and thank you.

Highly do not recommend. My father had dropped off a machine go be fixed. Not only did the service department fail to communicate any updates, but they had his tractor for such a prolonged amount of time that we were forced to pay a service to cut his lawn. Aside from that incident, the workers are extremely rude, front desk lady failed to acknowledge my presence, was too busy fiddling with a bike. Management failed to show any ounce of caring for the situation, asked for the owner who was said to be oh the property up in his office, but must have not wanted to deal with any issues that day.

6 stars if it would let me!! EASIEST transaction of my life!! First off Rod Perilli was great!! Gave me a good deal right up front!! Never even stepped foot in the store. All was done by phone & email & tractor delivered!! I’ll definitely be back to buy some more toys from these guys!! Thank you!!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with M&R in Hermitage from the shopping experience all the way through to the servicing of my equipment. I’ll start by saying that I’m a novice when it comes to power equipment and tractors. My wife and I made the decision to move from suburban living in Pittsburgh to purchasing a farmhouse with property. As a result I needed to acquire some equipment as my Honda push mower wasn’t going to cut it! I did some research before starting the process and the number one thing that I learned was to buy equipment from a reputable supplier close to you. I’m not a person with mechanical skills so I needed a reliable supplier that could service my equipment. I ultimately knew that we would need both a riding mower and tractor. The big box stores wouldn’t be an option for a riding mower as they don’t have a servicing solution. I stopped by one afternoon and was eyeing the Deere and Kubotas when I encountered Noah. He was readying a UTV for a customer when he kindly offered to step away to show me around. I left that day with some options as he was extremely helpful in guiding me to the right solution. A week later I was the proud owner of a Kubota 48” riding mower. Noah was fantastic with following up asking how the mower was working out. Noah and M&R earned my future business and I decided that I would work with Noah to guide me through the tractor buying process. Long story short we landed on a custom ordered MX5400 from Kubota. Noah was fantastic with communication throughout the process up to and through the delivery and servicing of the tractor. M&R was able to accommodate mobile services. Overall, Noah and his team at M&R are everything I could have hoped for. I couldn’t imagine going somewhere different at this point.

M&R in Butler have been great to work with. I have bought a kuboda and a Ferris there. Never any issue and Linc is a pro.

I have been debating on what piece of equipment to get to develop a few properties I was working on. Linc went all out to help me find what would work best for my projects and the types of work that needed done. Buying the Kubota excavator was a great experience with M&R and Linc. I would highly recommend Linc and M&R for any equipment needs as their products and assistance have helped me turn my acreage into a better place and look forward to working with Linc on future projects!

I dealt with Linc for my tractor purchase. He was very helpful, being that they are 75 miles from my home, linc sent me pictures of the used tractor that I was interested in. And also answered all of my questions. This saved me some unnecessary trips. They fixed some issues with the tractor before purchasing without any argument.I would recommend anyone looking for a tractor to give them a shot!!?

A GREAT COMMUNITY BUSINESS Linc and the sales team made sure I went home with the RIGHT TRACTOR and the RIGHT EQUIPMENT at the RIGHT PRICE! Patrick, the GM, checked in periodically and made sure I was able to take advantage of all financing options and manufacturer discounts available. Gary, Nick, and the rest of the service team made sure my tractor and implements were delivered and ready to roll. The best customer experience I've had in a long time!
