Always a pleasure to deal with this store from the cashiers to associates in the store, they are always very helpful.And very knowledgeable, and they'd never try to pressure you into buying anything. I wish more businesses were like bomb ergers

Cute local hardware store with a lot of product. Paint, floor tile, rakes, grills, bird houses and more! Great place for all your home improvement/maintenance needs.

They had snow blower parts that no one else had. Their fastener selection is very deep. I just wish they were open Sundays.

With the exception of the cashier who greeted me upon my entrance, every other employee was too busy being engaged in their own dialogue to offer any help. I ultimately found what I needed without assistance (and this is a BIG store) and running the aisles several times. I've grown to expect more from Bomberger"s, but this trip fell WAY short. I'm considering shopping elsewhere with a company who appreciates my business. DO BETTER Bomberger's!

I was running from store trying to find a battery for my car key. I ended in Bombers store. Behold there I found the battery I needed. Thank you.

We found this store a month ago. They have a wonderful selection of tile, flooring, and home good supplies. Their staff has been so accommodating and enjoyable to work with for our reno. We can't wait to get our kitchen completed.

In response to your reply... It wasn't anything "wrong" just carelessness. Last year we had our John Deere in for repair for the fuel pump/electric to the pump. After a very long diagnostic period, we were told that it cannot be fixed. We came to pick up our tractor and it was not even put back together. There were bolts laying on the foot rests and the seat was loose. We picked it up in pieces. Upon bringing it home, our neighbor asked us how it went and then told us to take it to the neighboring farmer down on the farm. He had it fixed in less than a week. It is still doing great to this day. It was just a big disappointment. Added - I am sorry you all found this challenging. These older ones are the good ones and it turned out okay as our neighbor did well with our repair. ?

This store has friendly employees ready to help you, it's clean inside and out and has do much to offer it's like a one stop shop

I recently purchased a Husqvarna auto mower from Bomberger's Lawncare Center. I've wanted one for a long time, and it's working as advertised. The sales and service teams have been extremely helpful throughout the process. I'd definitely recommend Bomberger's for any auto mower install.

My sister and brother in-law used their flooring department for their house and they have been AWFUL. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Do not use them. Their customer service didn’t fully explain their installation process and left out key details. After install, they left part of the job undone. They used a different sample of flooring to show them and the final result was totally different. After trying to get a hold of customer service for DAYS to find some resolution, customer service was rude and unprofessional in their response. What a horrible reputation. Hope they don’t get much business after this!

Great customer service! I was looking for bolts for my mower. I went to Home Depot and Lowe's, and the clerks gave me the wrong bolts both times. The difference with Bombergers was the clerk I initiated the conversation. Home Depot: the clerk asked to help me but had no idea what bolts I needed. At Lowe's I had to I initiate the question, and still got the wrong bolts. Thanks clerks at Bombergers for great customer service!

Great locally owned hardware store with almost everything you need for home projects!! We have purchased everything from small tools and hardware to new flooring and cabinets. Every department is very helpful whether you are looking to match paint colors or to find the right hardware for a repair project. They have everything you would need for your home, including an amazing selection of grills and accessories. I also can't say enough about their power equipment department and their amazing rental staff!!

Well stocked, clean store. Friendly, knowledgeable staff quickly available. You rarely need to look for assistance, they approach you.

They have something for him and her! Horses, birds, dogs you name it. We do special trips from Lancaster to Lititz just to go to the store here. Super friendly staff! Super clean store! Very good lighting.

This was my first time visiting Bombergers. I recieved friendly and prompt service! I was there to pick up up an online order and was only in the store for less than 2 minutes! I was in and out. They also offer curbside pick-up. I think that's great! Very convenient!

Bombergers have a large variety of goods. The employees are very helpful. It's a great place to see products in person. Unfortunately the prices can be very high. 9/10 time you can find the item cheaper somewhere else. If you have kids, be careful what toys you tell your kids they can get. The toys in the front no longer have price tags and can cost an absurd amount. For example, a small T-rex that looks to be cheap will cost $30 after tax. All around, a great store for convenience and a time in need.

This is not your normal everyday hardware store. Bombergers has a little bit of everything you can usually find what you're looking for here. They have a great flooring department, an extensive tool division and rental service. They carry lots of barbecue and grill products and accessories they have Oakley sunglasses they have a John Deere section. There's always somebody willing to lend a hand and the prices are not outrageous they're doable.

Purchased this delicate decoration tree and due to the poor packaging, wrapped in a thin bag and inside a shopper bag with canned cleaning items, it broke. Even after 50% discount, item was not cheap for what it is. Disappointing.

I needed something quickly that my local Ace Hardware did not have in stock. When I had it in my online cart I was prompted that it was in stock at Bomberger‘s in Lititz, so I placed the order and drove there this afternoon to pick it up. This had to be one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time at any store, let alone an Ace Hardware store. I bought a metal griddle brush that I learned could not be used on the griddle I purchased, so I was picking up a Blackstone silicone spatula and scraper set. I carried the other product into the store with the receipt and asked if I could return it there and three cashiers said they didn’t know. How can you not know if something from another store could be returned to your location? Regardless, I was sent to the hardware desk for my online order pick up. I was greeted immediately by a very pleasant associate who was about to sharpen a few knives for the previous customer. She asked if I could wait just a minute while she got someone to help me. That turned into about 10 minutes but it really wasn’t a big deal, but when the gentleman walked up to me and asked if he could help me and I started to speak, apparently he was looking right past me at another customer who he chose to help before me. Again, not a big deal so I waited patiently for him to be finished. When it was my turn I asked if they had any nylon griddle brushes. He walked me over to the grill accessories and called another associate. I asked about nylon brushes, and also if they had any other types of silicone tools or spatulas. He said they didn’t carry anything at all in silicone. Hmmm . . . I asked why I just ordered one online from their inventory and I was here to pick it up. We settled on a Blackstone griddle cleaning pad which was fine with me. It would serve my purpose. We went back to the hardware counter to pick up my online order. The gentleman asked for my last name which I gave him. I had my phone out with the email ready to show him a confirmation number. He never asked for it! While I was waiting 10 minutes I did happen to notice the shelf where they had special orders placed picked, all with the customer’s name prominently displayed. Anyone who knows their pickup process could stand there and peer at the names, say they were there to pick up an order, give them the last name and walk away with the product. Of alll the times my wife and I visited Lititz we must have driven by Bomberger’s 100 times and I always wondered what it was like to shop there. Now I know, and I will never return! NEVER!!!

Good hardware store great disc golf store. Tree magnet inside the hardware store is great has all the disc golf stuff you could ever want. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's worth the drive if you're local and play disc golf. The hardware store was good, but the staff interaction was a little unfriendly. There for the disc golf not the hardware store, ultimately.

Very nice local hardware store locate in the beautiful town of Lititz. The store very clean and organize, the staffs are very friendly.

Wow guys what a place. First of all this is by far the biggest disc store in the area and basically on the whole east coast! Basically every disc brand you could think of is represented here. You can get discs, bags, carts, baskets, disc retrievers, chalk bags, towels and I might be missing more. You could come here and build a bag and not need anything else from other places or online. They have around 25,000 discs in stock! Nick is a super nice guy and will help you with any questions you have about almost any disc. Overall 10 out 5? definitely a disc golfers heaven??

Bomberger's Store is my favorite hardware and home upgrade store. If you are looking to update your homes features or interior, do some landscaping, need tools, or just looking to get some items for your patio for a cookout they have it. The paint, flooring, and kitchen departments are huge and have beautiful selections. The outdoor living department is packed with grills and beautiful patio sets. The mower department is crazy. If you can't find what you need here then chances are it is not made. You can also find items for decorating your home as well as holiday items. The store is laid out beautifully and it is easy to find what you are looking for. There is no shortage of help, the staff is friendly, engaging and extremely helpful. You can spend hours in this store, the ideas are endless. Come and check it out for yourself you will not be disappointed.

We have come to Liitz as tourists many times and we we never had the thought to stop at a hardware store. This time I noticed the size of the place and so we went in! This is just a hardware store the same way that a 747 is just an airplane! Holy cow! This store has everything and I mean it! (I guess it is the only store in the area and it has to) Stop in here the next time you are in the area and you will not be disappointed!

We love Bombergers! They have very friendly customer service (what you need they've got it or can get it for you! And they're very knowledgeable!), they're right down the road, and we always enjoy their John Deere Days. Our oldest son always wants to go to the store when daddy is going to Bombergers to "ride" the tractors.
