This was our first time at Warwick Autopark. Very laid back and low pressure dealership. Jake was great, respectful and easy to deal with. They have a great selection of vehicles for sale. They work with you if your vehicle needs service and have loaner cars available. We are so happy with the 2017 BMW X5. We are customers for life. Thank you for a pleasant buying experience.

This is a car dealership by car enthusiasts, for car enthusiasts. I give this establishment excellent marks in every regard. The staff is highly responsive, helpful, and professional. They stock great condition, enthusiast vehicles and make the process very painless. Shoutout to one of their salesman Jake. True car guy, held my hand through the whole process, helped shopped for the best rates, and even made sure the car was detailed at pickup. These guys rock. Disregard negative comments about the registration taking 2 months. That's a government issue not the dealership. They will make sure you have temp tags for as long as you need and the plate swap will get done. Just be patient. 10/10 Recommend.

Chip and Jake are the best. Extremely responsive, knowledgeable, friendly. They really want the extra mile to find me the best car a great price. Highly recommended.

Shady business practices. Arrived, at dealership opening time, to look at a car less than 24 hours after it was listed. Cash in hand. Gave my license to test drive and waited a long time for salesman to return. Turns out they realized I wasnt the person they were expecting. They called the other party, while I was waiting in lot, to get them to place a deposit so that I could not buy the car. I was then told I would receive a phone call whether it sold or not, never heard a word.

We just bought a vehicle from Warwick Autopark and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience! Zero pressure, knowledgeable & highly professional sales staff and a genuine desire to treat their customers right! Do yourself a huge favor by looking here first the next time you’re shopping for a vehicle. We definitely will from now on!!

Would give them zero stars. I bought a 2012 mustang from them in June 2024 and thought everything was good. I drove it home and waited 2 months for the tags and title. After many calls and many lies from the sales staff, telling me everything was on the way, I had to hire an attorney to get involved to try to straighten this matter out. The staff would not take my calls on many occasions and I had repeatedly asked to speak to a manger but no one very returned my calls. The few times I spoke to someone mostly thru text they lied and said tags and tiles were on their way. They even sent me false UPS shipping tracking numbers. At one point I was driving on an expired temp tag until finally receiving a second temp tag 3 weeks later. After having the lawyer involved and almost 5 months later I finally received the tags and title. The employees there couldn't care less after the sale and the manger couldn't find the time to answer or even return a call to a customer. Buyer beware of this dealership.

Great Experience buying this pretty vette! It was a pleasure working with salesman James. He is knowledgeable and I appreciated his friendly low pressure approach. The transfer was processed efficiently and within a few minutes of making the deal I drove it off the lot. These fellows specialize in high quality performance cars, so if you are in the market for such a ride, this is a must checkout Dealership!

Make sure you get a copy of their dealer warranty or your screwed! Make sure the vehicles functions all work and haggle to get it fixed. Don't drive off or sign unless it's to your expectations. I learned the hard way because I was in a rush! Cars look great on the lot but not every vehicle is clean underneath! Their business is your $, make it worth their time and character that needs work!

My salesperson James rocked, super grateful for him and his attentiveness. He was available, present, and genuine. He provided so many details and explained all the paperwork thoroughly so I knew what I was signing. The car is also great! It was well taken care of with cleanings and other preparations to sell. It's very clear all the staff cares about what they sell and attending to buyers in the best way possible.

A big thank you to James and the team at Warwick Autopark with our recent purchase of this beautiful 2018 50th anniversary Subaru WRX. We stumbled across it on our recent visit back home and went back a week later and picked it up. James and the owner answered all our questions about how they acquired the car and its history and even let us put it on the lift to see under it. James Livingston is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with and made this vehicle purchase seamless and easy, as an out of state purchase. He sent full video walk around and pics via text, highlighting any imperfections, drove it to a PPI at Hubers Auto, coordinated the transport and pickup of my trade in and was keeping me posted via text during the whole process including after hours or weekend, and lastly handled plates, registration, etc. I historically only would buy from larger manufacturer dealers, but Jaime changed my opinion of mom and pop luxury dealers. The advertised price was what I paid, and there weren’t any crazy hidden fees like many shady dealers do. They even touched up the wheels and took care of a ding from the previous owner, to ensure I was happy with my purchase. The reviews don’t lie and I highly recommend them, and would buy from them again.

The GTI is in pristine condition and we will definitely come back when we’re ready for our next upgrade!

I don't trust just anyone to work on my cars. I trust this place. The service manager is an honest, straight up guy. The techs come out and tell you what they found, or ask how to proceed with things. This is exactly what I want from a service center. Let them know a few days in advance, and they'll even give you a loaner! They will get all my work except warranty work (because I have no choice). Total price never has been more than initial quote. *Update* More positive experience with Jeff and the techs here. They fixed up my Lariats suspension issues! Brought me back to show me what was going on. Thanks Guys!
