Went to buy a truck from them, and I wanted to get it checked out before I bought it, it needed $4,000 worth of work to it and I said if they would fix it I would still buy it, I don't know if they fixed it but they sold it out from under me, that just goes to show what kind of business it is.

I just purchased a 2015 Nissan from Tanner. He is very knowledgeable, pleasant, and no pressure. The vehicle is very clean, one owner, low miles for the year. I hope it lasts a while!! I think it will! Very satisfied with my purchase!! Thank you Tanner

Admittedly I am not a car guy. I bought a 2009 Jeep Liberty. The first thing they put in front of me to sign was the “Sold As Is”document. Within a week the first day it was cold the heat didn’t work. I took it to my garage and they back flushed the heater core to get it to work. They also discovered the muffler and tail pipe were rotten. The entire bill was over $1000.

I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle with Tanner. He was very helpful and made the purchase process extremely easy and up front. Getting me on the road in no time. Bought a car from tanner about a week ago. It was a trade in they took, and I was really i. Need of a good car. We'll tanner helped me with the price and did not let me down. Went to look at explorer. wondering around the lot looking at some other vehicles, we weren’t pounced on by a salesman. When we finally went to the office we were greeted by Nice young man, who honestly didn’t look like a car salesman to me. He was very polite no pressure. Told him what we were looking at he gave us the keys n off we went. Long story short we bought the vehicle. Nice family run car lot. Would recommend

I just bought a car from here today and I could have been happier with the service, the variety, and car. I worked with Eric, he was honest and very helpful with the whole process. He also gave me the option for adding like a warranty thing. I also appreciated how he didn’t pressure me into getting the add on as well, most sales people do and it’s not great. If I ever need to buy another car, I’ll for sure be coming back here to look! I’ll also be recommending this place for sure!

Not professional at all, bought a used car and have issues with it within a month. Said it was inspected, but has brake issues, had to replace axle, and transmission problems. Does not return phone calls. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else to spend your money.My wife called twice was told she would recieve a call back but never received one either time. So you never reached out to us.

It was a no pressure experience as advertised. I bought a Rav4 as-is, two months and 2,000 miles later it needs the transmission replaced. Test drive seemed fine with an inspection before final sale. Just bring your mechanic with you to avoid the same problems I'm having

My husband purchased a car from them in July. I was very hesitant at first, the whole purchase and process seemed shady. 3 weeks in the transmission started leaking. We are now stuck with payments on a car that didn't last a month.

When I arrived Ken was very helpful and honest. He helped to answer any questions but was not overbearing. He helped me with a speedy transaction and I was on my way with a big smile on my face.

Just purchased a vehicle. I love it!! We worked with Tanner.He was great! He was very helpful , down to earth, And friendly. We felt absolutely no pressure at all. As the first time car buyer he was very helpful in helping me get a loan Without any money down or a co Signer.

Wouldn't recommend buying any vehicle from here, we bought one from here at the end of April 2025 and it at the garage since the 11th of this month, with a shot transmission, front active headrest deployed and it was in inspected with them deployed and that needed fixed for a legal inspection. Which we weren't told anything was wrong with either issue. Plus when they emailed me the car fax it was the page with the year make and model, but I couldn't even click anything like to see accident reports or anything.

Good experience with the gentleman at Lititz Motor car. Bought a 2010 Nissan maxima for my son. Great price. Car needed a few items replaced. The team did a great job getting everything ready. Vehicle was in immaculate shape. Took some time, but I was kept in the loop. Overall very satisfied. Will return again in the future.

Just purchased our second vehicle from Lititz Motor Car and it's just further solidified my opinion of this place. We've always worked with Tanner (who is fantastic) but have always had great experiences and interactions with all of the staff. Lititz Motor Car is a no-nonsense, fair, and easy to work with company. It's the first place my husband and I look when we need to consider getting a new-to-us vehicle.

As a women purchasing a car Eric was not intimidating or pushy or anything and seemed very honest and was ok with someone to come check the car out before i bought it. After looking at it etc We did see that the front tires had some dry rot and they offered to change the tires before purchase which I was thankful for. I have a had the car for about a little over a month now and I can say it seems to drive well. I did have to freshen up some minor things such as the air filter and I bought a new gas cap. it might need a transmission fluid change as well. Unfortunately when I test drove the car the heat worked and now unfortunately it doesn’t but thankfully I’m not too worried since it’s getting to be warmer out. I will eventually fix it but overvall they made a it an easy process and were very friendly and understanding and kept my car on hold for a month until I had all the money to purchase.

Today’s experience buying a used car can be stressful but Tanner at Lititz Motors was awesome. He was very helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable with the paperwork and made it quick and easy for me. I was able to purchase my car the same day which was very helpful to me. I am so glad I came to Lititz Motors for a used vehicle.

We have gone to Lititz Motorcar, Inc. several times to look at cars. The last two times, Tanner was the gentleman we spoke to, and he was very nice to deal with. He's knowledgeable and friendly, and does not do high-pressure sales. We did purchase a vehicle from Tanner twice. Lititz Motorcar has a large selection of good quality used cars, and they will remain the first place we go when we need a car, and Tanner will remain our preferred person to deal with.

Friendly staff and good quality service is what we experienced on our first visit when we found the car. They promised to fix everything that was wrong with the car before we purchased it, but when we bought the car after they worked on it for a week they only fixed the door handle and nothing else. I was not impressed with the way they worked with me. It is a good car but I fixed the things at home they promised to fix but didn't.

My husband and I purchased a beautiful 2010 Dodge Dakota in October that they hadn't had time to inspect yet. Though I've heard horrible things about the owner, Justin and Eric (the sales team that we worked with) are superb. It was a Saturday when we went so they were quite busy and we had to wait about 30 minutes before we could fill out our paperwork, but both gentlemen were very polite and apologetic about the wait. We dealt with Eric for the test drive and the first part of the paperwork and finished up with Justin. They work seamlessly as a team making it easy for the consumer. As they hadn't had time to inspect the truck yet, Justin assured us that as long as we bought the truck back before the ticket expired, they would take care of it for free and fix any problems that came up at no charge. We waited until the middle of January just before the inspection ticket expired and they were true to their word. New shocks were needed and replaced with brand new. They also threw in a free oil change which we definitely didn't complain about. We paid around $7,500 and she appraised around $10,000 which makes us even happier consumers. We have recommended Justin and Eric many times since and will continue to do so. Thank you for your great service guys! Keep up the good work!
