Got locked out of my car last night
& Randy was The Man let me tell you he got me out of there right away super friendly as soon as I got there no bullshit. He got it done and I was there and gone this man needs a promotion or something five star for sure for this driver/technician
Got stuck in an ice storm coming home from work. Called them for a tow. Literally 2 miles from their shop on 1/11/25 at 4:30am The guy on the phone was rude and they only take cash. In today’s world who carries cash especially in a situation like this.
AAA wouldn’t help me, but gave me the number for this company. My car died at a gas station and I had no service and no way of getting home. They came out within 30 minutes and jumped my car and made sure it was safe for me to drive over an hour home. I’m not sure who helped me but he was great! Would definitely recommend Lititz Towing.
Great service highly recommend. My sons car left him stranded on a cold Sunday night. We called for service and a guy named Scott showed with in mins super positive and friendly. It was in freezing temperatures witch did not make things easy. Got the car hooked up and to our destination safely. I will definitely call them for any future needs. 👍
Scott was a great help to me after I basically got stranded at a gas station when my car wouldn’t start. He was available when two other places wouldn’t pick up the phone!Super helpful and stress free! 100% would recommend!
I didn't catch the guys name, however he was awesome. To the point of forgoing his supper to come help in my time of need. He did not overcharge at all. He was helpful and very professional.
I was out of town for work on my way 10 hour drive home when my company truck broke down on the turnpike in a thunderstorm, they were quick to the scene and had the best equipment to get me to the shop.
Scott was fantastic, picked me up end of the evening after my car broke down. Made the process super easy, very polite, got back to the shop without a scratch. Fantastic service, highly recommend!
