They will steal your car from a parking lot without warning where there are no signs posted with their name and phone number or any signs of parking restrictions at all. Than charge you $220.00; to get your car back after stealing it.
The owner is the rudest human being I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Yelling and laughing at a cancer patient. He cheats people out of their titles and extorts money for them to get their belongings. Crook
What a wonderful staff . Today we had our Model A towed by Steffy’s towing they were very professional and treated our car with care . Our driver Will was awesome very friendly and professional highly recommended .
Owner got back to us quickly after leaving a message. (He was busy cleaning up accident after accident for the police department) Driver came BACK INTO WORK and straight over to our house faster than we expected! Extremely patient, kind, caring, knowledgeable man treated my son like he would have been his own grandson!
Very prompt service and reasonably priced, towed my broken down AWD vehicle with no issues. I was quoted the price beforehand and that was the price paid, no surprises.
These guys have saved our work trucks and our personal vehicles a good few times. They are always prompt and courteous and priced reasonably. I would (and do) recommend them for all your flatbed towing needs.
The driver was more than just a tow truck driver. He knows his stuff about vehicles. He talked with my mechanic and let him know exactly what had happened to my car. I've never had a tow truck driver with that much experience. He even had another tow truck come to assist him with getting my car on the flatbed truck so that no more damage could be caused while my car was being loaded onto the tow truck. The price was reasonable and he even helped my mechanic get my car off of the truck and into the shop bay that has the lift. I am very pleased with Steffys towing and the driver was very professional.
I very rarely write reviews; however, I did have an extraordinary experience with Steffy's Towing that warrants feedback. We had a slightly unique towing request, and when I reached out to Steffy's, they were very willing to assist in planning our project. We exchanged important information prior to the towing; the staff were extremely flexible with our schedule; and most importantly to me, they understood my needs and concerns with our project. Finally, the actual towing was flawless. This company far exceeded my expectations, I would HIGHLY recommend Steffy's Towing!
Very friendly, patient and extremely helpful. I had just been in a traumatic semi-truck accident in where my car was totaled. Just the friendliness and the employee there helping me out made my day better.
I can’t say enough good things about these people. They were nice and caring while experiencing some traumatic times (that is being involved in a car accident). They walked me through the process and helped me to get trough going above and beyond.
They towed my wife's car here after she totaled it nearby. The proprietor was wonderful. When we came to empty it out, he stayed open a little later so we could make it (we were driving from over an hour away) and he reminded us of all sorts of things we would have left in the car (i.e. E-Z Pass transponder, glove box papers, etc.) - never rushing us (even though it was closing time and we were holding him up. Of course you never want to need a tow truck (!) but if you do and you're in Steffy's area, use them.
I would never use any other towing company. Never once had problems. Some of the reviews here are ridiculous. Click on some of the other reviews these negative people have left and you will see that they seem to have problems with every single service company they use. See a pattern here? Maybe they are the problem themselves
This towing company is very reliable, no waiting around for service. The staff is friendly and they go the extra mile to be sure that your needs are met. Honest and dependable. If you're ever in need of a towing company, I highly recommend Steffy's Towing.
So unprofessional here! Do not recommend! First 2 times we did towing here was good but the third she wants to charge a fee for the car being lowered which never happened the last 2 times with it being lowered. Then she hanged up the phone. What kind’ve buisness is that. Never again
HUNG UP ON ME 3 TIMES!!! UNPROFESSIONALL, TRYING TO OVERCHARGE ME FOR TOWING THAT I HAD DONE AT LEAST 3 TIMES NOW AND THE PRICE WAS ALWAYS 50$ NOW OUT OF NO WHERE ITS $100 AND THEY SAID WE MIGHT NOT OF TOLD YOU IT WAS $100 BUT IT WAS!!!
Asked questions about my banking and insurance information when they demanded a cash payment and refused to work with my insurance. Also, the first man I spoke to said some things right off the bat about how it would cost hundreds and I would probably hand the title over to them to save costs. Weird and presumptive. They did waive my storage fees for the first day and a half.
Only ended up with this service because it's the one the police called.
very rude and told me that it was “inconvenient” to have to tow my vehicle after getting in an accident early in the morning and then hung up on me. We are from out of state and unfamiliar with the area which makes any situation worse. I wouldn’t recommend unless you absolutely had to use this service.
