Ron was there to help me again. We often travel to Penn State games. We have a big Class A 45' Coach and had a rear tire that lost all air this weekend. Called and Ron was there, came out and fixed the issue.

I was in an accident with my older nice car that I really like. Valley View came to the scene and towed and stored my car until the insurance company could process everything. I then had Valley View deliver the car to my home. Through the whole process they were so helpful, polite, and responsive. They also took care of my vehicle and made sure to not damage it any further. I would highly recommend them for any of your towing or accident needs. 10/10 service.
Yesterday while stopped at a stop sign my car just shut off. This tow company happened to be across the street. The guy saw us and immediately came to help. He even took down a vehicle he had already hooked up so he could at least get my car across the street to the firestone. I definitely figured there would be a charge for this but he was so kind and did not charge.

Had to make a last minute request earlier this afternoon to get my one car towed from a spot where it had broken down. This was next to Kyma on N Reading Road. After doing some quick research, I came across Valley View who charged significantly less than most other areas I had looked into, especially the distance that I had been requesting. I was mainly looking for flexibility, and initially had been told that they wouldn’t be able to accommodate me until tomorrow morning first thing. It was at that point that I looked elsewhere, but had come up short……until Valley View called me right back to tell me they would be able to do it TONIGHT but not until 11:00pm, which I had been fine with.
The reason for my 5-Star review is because of the way things were handled at this spot. I dealt with Brian today, who had called me approximately three hours prior to the time I had initially been told. Completely unexpected, but the fact that he communicated with me letting me know that my car had been loaded onto the truck and that he was on his way to my house was HUGE. Very easy to talk to, and in fact, everyone that I spoke to today at that company were very easy to talk to! Shoutout to Brian for being so kind and understanding.
First time dealing with a tow truck company and I could have been happier. Everyone there was a pleasure to deal with. Brian is a fantastic tow truck operator. Will definitely use valley view towing for all future tows. Great equipment and people

Valley View Towing really impressed me. My car's serpentine belt and idler pulley grenaded on me and i had no choice but to leave my car on 222 . I got a ride to work, thought my insurance would cover a tow but that was a wishful thinking. Was hesitant to call any tow company, but I called Valley View Towing and they gave me peace and mind knowing they take care of it at a very good price while I was at work. When I got home from work my car was in the driveway. Told many people how much I paid and they were impressed too. I'm originally from NY and some tow companies gouge their prices, especially when individuals are in a bind. The irony out of all of this was I did my front rotors and pads a day before to only break down over a bad design and faulty idler pulley that broke into the engine block. I've used Valley View Towing a couple of times for towing a heavy truck. Their customer service is outstanding, they were extremely punctual, they did a great job and all for a good price, too. Very happy to recommend them to anybody in need of towing services!
The customer service is exceptional. The towing was done on a Sunday evening, and the driver knew I was upset and calmed me down after I slid on black ice.
Great service for a good price. The lady that i set up the service with was pleasant and cordial on the phone. Will certainly call again when the need arises.
