Kudos to the two mechanics that helped me out with my car today!! I just left York, pa (1.5 hours from home) and my radiator hose came undone on the highway. I made it to the garage and they fixed it quickly and sent me on my way. They were really nice and efficient including the office woman!!
Great communication. He did exactly as I asked. My engine light would go on and off throughout the week. I took it in for new spark plugs and a new O2 sensor which is what reading was for. That bill could have been a few hundred dollars. I go pick up my vehicle and he comes to me, shows me the parts taken out and explains what he did. Even gave tips on a better preforming vehicle. No sensor needed, 500 bucks back into my pocket. Vehicle runs as if was new. Reputable buisness which I will frequent when my vehicle needs a little work. Thanks, Germans! You have a very please returning customer.
We were passing through when our car spung a check engine light scareing us. Thankfully Garmens auto shop was nearby. Scott is a rare breed who's prioritizing the work than money. He was able to quickly squeeze us in and helped diagnose the problem. He was so kind and knowledgeable the entire time and we were so thankful for his help. Thanks to him we were able to make it home.
Scott is a phenomenal mechanic. He's the most trustworthy person I've ever known to work on our vehicles. He noodles problems until he figures them out. He's a person of integrity. Missy, his wife, is also a super-nice person and easy to work with. Scott's busy but worth the wait.
This is hands-down the best place to have your automobile serviced and fixed at a very reasonable price great staff awesome mechanics that do the work right the first time. I have been going to Garman's auto service for over 5 years now with my three vehicles and I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on them. Scott is the best mechanic in the world hands down. Everyone there is so nice and polite. He has the best staff in the world working for him. They Always greet you with a smile. Totally listens to you when talking about everything you have to say about your vehicle and what exactly the issues are that you are having with your vehicle . Then he works his magic and takes care of your pride and joy and does it right the first time and if Scott can't fix it then no one can. They also have very competitive prices. I would say his prices are one of the lowest around. So if your vehicle is in need of repair Garman's Auto Service in Ephrata is definitely your best choice to have your vehicle repaired.
Good work done but they did the work without confirming with me what they were doing or how much it would cost till the work was already done also 2 days late on expected start time
On a long road trip to Lancaster with the car fully loaded with my family and my car started making loud rattling noises on the highway. I pulled over into the nearest exit and googled the closest auto shop with high ratings. Garman was the highest rated and I pulled into the shop. I told them the problem and they quickly inspected the car and fixed the problem and test drove the car. I was back on the road in no time. Great service, friendliness, and a lifesaver!
Only shop I will use for all my vehicles. Scott and Terry from Garman's have been working on our vehicles for 10 years now and they have kept them in top shape. The shop is small but the service is HUGE!
