Had a very positive experience with Mendola & Associates, Bob and Tanner in particular. From the start, they were very easy to contact and were very responsive throughout the survey process. They quoted me a fair price and stuck to it even when complications arose, as might be expected for a wooded residential lot. They did a thorough job of researching existing related government records prior to the survey and then coming onsite and finding all existing pins in the area to ensure accuracy. On the day of survey pin placement, I was welcomed to observe and to ask questions. Highest recommendation.

We contacted Matt to survey our land before we installed fencing. He was responsive and courteous! He visited our property and discovered a discrepancy between surveying completed in our neighbor’s property and our property boundary. Matt communicated with our neighbor’s surveyor to get to the bottom of the discrepancy and kept us informed. He and Robert visited our home a second time to complete the surveying, explain how the discrepancy arose, and assured us our property boundaries were accurate. I have been trying to get a survey done on a property for years, called several surveyors in the area and never even got a response. Should have called Mendola and associates from the start! Matt was quick to respond back and set up our survey date and time, a team of 3 highly professional and educated surveyors, Matt ,Bob and Tanner arrived on time and went right to work and even invited me along to watch, Bob educated me on all that they do and answered all my questions and gave me more insight on my property than I knew! They have a great family business with tons of experience with surveying and go above and beyond. I never used a surveyor before, so I was highly dependent on someone to walk me through the process. Luckily, I ended up working with Mendola & Associates! Matt walked me through the process; when some odd things came up (that we expected) Matt was also able to clearly explain what/why and offer up suggestions to resolve the issue. They showed up when promised, followed up on any calls/questions, and delivered on all promises. I couldn’t ask for more; it is without hesitation that I can recommend them to you.

We hired Matthew and his company to provide a land survey on private property after a dispute with a neighbor. His reassuring and calming manner put me at ease right away as he was able to assist us right away in getting our neighbor to cease and desist further action against the property until he had completed the survey. He was very professional at all times. His work was thorough and we were satisfied that he performed all tasks as agreed.

Not only were they professional but I had just received some concerning news when they pulled up; Bob not only took the time to explain to me what the plan was but he actually asked me if I was ok. Our survey was a little bit more complicated being that we had some encroachments. But after the survey was complete they both asked me if I would like them to speak to my neighbor about their findings, being that my husband was unavailable at the time. So they did and unfortunately our neighbor wasn’t the friendliest about it. But I appreciated them making him aware of their findings, instead of it being left to myself or my husband. I would highly recommend the Mendola’s, our survey report is very detailed and there is no arguing the property lines now. Thanks again Bob and Matt!

I just had the most unprofessional phones conversation with this company. The man on my phone literally acted like I was wasting his time, and told me that he was so busy he “didn’t even need to bother giving me a quote” if I already had quotes from other companies. I was not worth his time. He first started off by telling me I won’t even find anyone else to answer the phone to give a quote, and when I told him I’ve already spoken to three other land surveyors, he told me if I already had other quotes he wasn’t interested because he did not need to compete! The arrogance was so awful. I never in my life have had such an unprofessional conversation when looking to price around for a service.

Got my survey done on April 27, 2022 and I'm Still waiting for the results for over 2 months. Expensive for what I needed. The land around my property was already surveyed which made this survey easy...I would Not recommend them if you need the job done in a timely manner. Not even sure when I will get what I paid dearly for. *Update...I have my completed survey! (July 1, 2022) After I posted rating of this company I got a call from Bob Mendola who assured me that I would receive my documents and they came a few days later. Thank you

Called and they arrived about 8 wks after. They were very professional, responsive to my questions, and explained all they were doing. I felt like a bother by asking about their equipment and how they use it, but they were happy to answer. They explained all to me and put markers where I requested. I would recommend. Took 7mos to get a paper copy of the survey and thats long when you have a neighbor problem.
