I called Art, and I was SO upset. I had bought a lemon; I was scammed by someone who reset the check engine light on my new “used car in great shape” and I was facing over $8000 in in repairs according to another shop. Art made a great suggestion - so DeGrandis did a full vehicle inspection. The team at Degrandis found that there was just one broken clamp, which was a $200 repair compared to an $8000 quote from a local dealership. do not stop but run to get your car in line to get evaluated here. If I could give DeGrandis Automotive Center 10 stars, I would! This family-owned business is just a pleasure to use for all of our car services and needs. They not only are extremely thorough, but as a woman going for automotive services, I find them to be very trustworthy--they don't take advantage of a woman like many other auto shops do. Their work is impeccable and they ALWAYS go above and beyond my expectations in not only maintenance of my vehicles, but any repairs. And they always find a way to squeeze me in if I need something done urgently. I won't take my cars anywhere else...very down to earth owner and staff...just love their work!

After a weird engine light came on and getting no help from the local Lexus dealership, I contacted DeGrandis Auto and spoke with Rob. He explained how busy they were and could not schedule a full service for a few days but suggested I bring the car over to look at the issue before trying to fit the car into the schedule. He determined the issue and fixed it on the spot. I work in the hospitality industry as a consultant, and this type of service exceeds expectations! Congratulations to Rob and the team, they are good at what they do and understand five-star service. The Lexus dealership has lost my business (and this was my 3rd Lexus RX350), and DeGrandis has gained a new customer for servicing my Lexus.

Nicest people! They explained everything in very basic terms. They weren't trying to sell me anything I didn't need. I went in for an inspection and came out with my car up to date in a few hours. They even topped off my wiper fluid! From what I know about vehicles their pricing was reasonable. I will be going back in the future!

My 2013 JX35 Infiniti w/ 192K miles needed inspection, tires, brakes, new rear suspension. Rob and staff gave me the most thorough estimate (video, photos, itemized parts/labor costs). They went beyond to do the best job while looking out for my cost. They finished all the work ahead of schedule, and auto shops are very busy these days. I feel like I am driving a new car! We've known Rob and Tiffany for nearly 25 years now. We've taken all our cars to DeGrandis Automotive Center ever since they opened in 2001 and have been fully satisfied with the service, professionalism and costs. The cars Rob has serviced for my family include a '94 Toyota Camry, '96 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP, '99 Explorer Limited, '00 Volkswagen Passat GLX, '04 Hyundai Santa Fe, '04 Volvo S80, '11 Explorer XLT, and a '14 Honda CRV. To say that Rob and his staff are capable of working on ANYTHING would be an understatement! A great group of knowledgeable, Master-Mechanics! I have additionally sent many friends with various cars, SUVs, vans, and motorcycles to DeGrandis Automotive over the years and have heard nothing but thanks and compliments from all of them. Now, 2 weeks ago, I just traded-in my '04 Hyundai Santa Fe which Rob and his staff have serviced pretty much since the first year when I bought it new. Rob and his staff have enthusiastically enjoyed performing the minor services and repairs over the years while watching the odometer readings fly by. I traded it in with the original engine and transmission and 326,760 miles. It has been running like a champ thanks to Rob and his Team, and I guess the quality of the Hyundai product line. Would have kept on going with it but felt it was time for an upgrade (a new 2019 Santa Fe!). Consistently wonderful! Before coming to DeGrandis, we got our cars serviced at the local dealerships and tried out a few other non-dealership mechanics. Some were so bad it was crazy! (I had one mechanic tell me that my radiator wasn't broken even though I could see the fluid I poured into it come pouring out-- and a dealership forgot to put screws back into the engine so I had to drive 30 minutes, wait an hour, and then drive him-- just because someone made a dumb mistake). It was frustrating and exhausting and I dreaded taking our cars in. I found out about DeGrandis through a friend's recommendation. What I love about Rob and the team at DeGrandis is that they fix things right the first time, they never talk down to me because I'm female, they explain what they are recommending and why, and they help me prioritize what repairs need to be done immediately versus what can wait. When one of my cars was totaled, they worked closely with me to vet the used cars that I brought to them and steered me away from a few that would have been disasters or money pits-- I ended up with a great used minivan that I felt confident buying-- and 3+ years later, I can say that there were absolutely no surprises and I'm so happy to have bought this one. (We rejected a bunch before we found my current car.) Many friends have starting coming to DeGrandis too-- and the general feeling is that we all no idea how great it could be dealing with mechanics under we started at DeGrandis. I actually look forward to taking my cars in for checks, but I don't fear that they're going to do repairs I don't need. I highly recommend them! Oh-- and the pricing is DEFINITELY below dealership levels, and the quality of work is MUCH higher. Can't go wrong with DeGrandis!

Had a car detailed by them after seeing all the 5 star reviews on Google. They mean well but quality control is lacking. Resolution of problems may be cheap alternatives (to the benefit of DeGrandis). Parts done well: painted exterior, wheels, carpets and seats. Problems: * windows were dirty after they cleaned them twice and I ended up cleaning them * the car was purchased at Car Sense and DeGrandis' cleaning product dissolved the paint on some of the interior pieces * DeGrandis broke the driver side rear view mirror and replaced it with a third party part instead a Nissan part. The mirror vibrated excessively and DeGrandis tried to fix it. We ended up having our regular mechanic fix it. It still vibrates some but not as much. Would have preferred a Nissan replacement DeGrandis offered to fix the painted interior parts but because of my frustrations with other issues I had it fixed elsewhere. Two stars because they mean well. Any level of quality focus would have prevented a lot of frustration on our part. Instead, we were constantly discovering problems and having to figure out how to resolve them.

I've known Rob DeGrandis for many years and he has taken care of my family's cars since we first met. He consistently keeps up with the changes in technology and all things ‘cars’. Rob and his team are friendly, professional and highly skilled. Whether it’s a “state inspection” or oil change or repairs, your vehicle gets expert attention. The DeGrandis team has serviced my Audi S4 for the past 2 years. The shop is clean, well organized and the staff is professional, skilled and courteous. As the owner, Rob takes pride and accountability to ensure that the work performed by the team is executed as expected. Even after we had a minor issue with an oil change, Rob made sure that it was addressed by personally by coming to my house, picking up the car and fixing the problem accordingly. I've been going to Rob for years because he is fairly priced, honest, and does great work. He has worked on all 4 vehicles my family has owned since moving to the area (Mitsubishi convertible, Honda Pilot, Saab Convertible, Toyota Sienna). He keeps them in good working order, so we haven't had any major problems, though the Saab was more expensive to maintain and repair, but Rob told us that before we bought it. In addition to maintenance and repair work, he also put an aftermarket tow kit on our Honda Pilot, and that has held up as well as the vehicle, which is closing in on 12 years and 185,000 miles. It is so nice having a mechanic I trust, thanks Rob!

I took my 2005 Toyota Highlander to DeGrandis Automotive Center for an exterior detail the first week of January 2017. The car was neglected for years by the previous owner. It was not garage kept, never washed and had really bad oxidation all over the exterior paint. It was in bad shape. Rob and the team did an outstanding job on the exterior of the vehicle and I would recommend them to anybody!
