They never asked me to rate their service, but I want to. I had a new Tesla to do state-required safety inspection. Very efficient service, very fair price, and very polite staff.
I usually go to dealerships rather than this type of shops for car issue, and living nearby and seeing this shop almost daily but never thought of using the service, but this time really changes my mind - they are good! At least this shop!
These 5 stars are for Stephen at the Malvern location. My car got an unexpected flat today and I got it patched. Stephen was so patient with me as I asked questions and made calls regarding my car's warranty. During this time I was able to observe him with several other customers. Stephen navigated the delicate balance of customer service and the actual manual labor with great professionalism and efficiency. I know I wasn't the only customer tonight that appreciated his hard work.
Worked with Tom here. He was super helpful, nice and knowledgeable. He made sure to answer all of my questions even though it took a while. I will recommend him to others in the future because of the experience.

One of the smoothest/best experiences I’ve had. Brought my Tacoma in for an inspection/had some frame rust issues and got solid advice on what my next steps should be. Most other shops didnt have much to say, but these guys took the time to explain things out to me (probably helped save me thousands). Tom, one of the managers there, seems like a genuinely honest guy, and Jay and Steve were both very helpful and friendly as well. Will definitely be coming back. Solid shop, good people.
It was freezing and snowing today when my tire pressure warning suddenly came on. I stopped by here for help, and the staff was incredibly patient and nice. They checked everything, added air for free, and even fixed the valve cap. Really appreciated their kindness and professionalism!

I had a flat tire and I went to get a new one. They found a nail and patched the tire without trying to upsell me a new one. They saved me a lot of money! I now have a shop I can trust!
Google Review first-timer here! Felt compelled to shout out this team of consistently kind folks. Car care can feel stressful and is almost always a pinch on time and/or money, but these guys make it as pleasant an experience as it can be.
Appointment for inspection and oil change today. They were on time; was out in 1 hour, 15 mins. Very happy with staff and service. Would highly recommend them.
Stephen is amazing! The team was quick and great to work with! Jay’s framed photos of beautiful roads through the country in the bathroom made for a very pleasant time. Great price!!
Malvern/Faiser store:
I took a car to them that was clean, and picked up a car that had greasy hand prints all over the fenders and tree junk stuck everywhere. Had to leave it overnight. Only to find they decided to park it under crap dropping trees instead of pulling it into the garage over night.
We brought it in for inspection and an oil change, also to check a tire that leaked from when we purchased new tires from them. They found a side marker light out... Charged $135 to change.
Over charged me every step of the way. We were told the tire was now out of warranty.... when we asked and had it in at least 5 times. Finally got the car from them.
Gone are the great days of the competent service and quality from Kevin, George, and Merlin.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience at Tires Plus in Malvern.
The manager, Jaharris, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very personable throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the different tire options available and walked me through several choices that fit my vehicle and my budget. I really appreciated how he didn’t just push the most expensive option, he helped me find the right set of tires that saved me money without sacrificing quality or safety.
The service overall was fair, clear, and well communicated, which gave me confidence that I made the right decision. It’s not often you come across someone who balances professionalism and friendliness so well, but Jaharris made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
I went in expecting to be in there all day, boy was I wrong. Stephen came out talked me through the process helped me understand what they were gonna do then boom in and out in 30 minutes. He was professional and gave me tips to keep my car in good health! Will definitely be back!

I brought my car into the shop because I had concerns over a vibration. They were able to get me in right away and find the issue. They were able to get me some new tires and fix some suspension issues for me.
Stephen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my car. He took the time to explain everything clearly and quickly helped solve my problem. Great customer service and I really appreciate his professionalism and expertise!
It was an amazing experience from which my women said. The guy at the front desk,I think his name was Stephen, was very helpful and gentle with how he spoke. We didn't feel as we were being got for, like some places we've encountered.Thank you and keep up the great work with the associates you higher.
I gave 2 stars. Why? Because they fix my girlfriend’s car and I’m grateful for that. But she got two front tires put on, and obviously needed alignment. Cool. Charged her $640 for all of that to be done. I felt like the price was high but she needed it done so she paid. Once she got home I did some research and called some friends of mine that work on cars very often. First, she was charged $140 for the alignment, that’s a little much given I’ve had it done before at other places for $80. Second, I searched the tires which are Mavis all season and they are $157 per tire. Now let’s do some math, $314 for both tires plus $140 for alignment that leaves $186 for labor. Now, she had to come here because that’s where the tow truck dropped her and her car off due to a flat tire (didn’t have a spare unfortunately). In my honest opinion, this place is over priced and over charged the hell out of her. They were super nice but c’mon man. You get a girl that is frantic about her car and I just feel like she got taken advantage of, if I were home I would have tried taking it somewhere else. Also, god only knows what they charged her for the tire disposal fees.
Made an appt for brakes it was confirmed and immediately told to leave because there’s no way they could do brakes in an hour……..you know how to make the appt but you don’t know how to hold it, or at the least extremely least call the customer to let him know before he leaves work early to get brakes done. Giving it 0% love it
Friendly guys and super helpful at the counter. Kevin is the best. Super professional and understanding. Prices are reasonable and they get you in far less time then the average shop these days. Great local business and glad to be able to rely on honest service. Deduction of 2 stars is from an extremely unprofessional technician at this location who turned his job stress into an unjustified rudeness to me. Please send him to customer service training. If it were my business he’d be gone. Also, the waiting room needs serious attention for those who have to wait.
Tires Plus is an amazing place to get your repairs done. Not just the tires but also oil change. Staff is very friendly and wait times are short. Very close to PA 29, so it’s to find.
