Very concerning experience. This shop attempted to include pre-existing, unrelated damage in my insurance claim and pushed for my vehicle to be declared a total loss. After getting a second opinion from another auto shop, my vehicle was clearly deemed repairable. When I questioned this, the manager, Dale, was unprofessional and dismissive. I expected honesty and transparency, especially when dealing with insurance, but did not receive it here. I strongly recommend others proceed with caution and review all paperwork carefully.

Dale is the man! I needed a gas door replacement. He worked with me to get the part I needed and paint color that matched. It was efficient and timely. Everyone I interacted with were so nice and easy to talk to. Every time I’ve gone to Badell’s I’ve had such great service! You’re the best!

Great experience overall. Dale was very helpful, explained everything clearly, and made the process easy. The work was done professionally and the car looks great.

The best. Needed a new-ish Audi fixed, door and mirror replaced. Took almost a week to schedule an estimate, but after that it was super quick, even with the Thanksgiving weekend in the middle. Communication was great. Staff was awesome. Car looks great. Very honest on cost, so much so, the final cost was 10% lower that originally estimated. I'm very impressed.

Excellent work and service. Great communication and updates; text & email if agreed and phone comms also very good. Accurate completion date. Even arranged rental car return. Car was detailed and in like-new condition.

Dale and the rest of the team were so kind and helpful! I damaged my mirror on a concrete column in a parking garage and it was fixed in no time. I would recommend them to everybody!

Nationwide recommended Badell's after I tore up the tailgate of my 2014 GMC Acadia and blew out the rear window. The truck is 11 years old, but it runs great so I didn't want to have it declared "totaled". Badell's worked with Nationwide to gather up mostly used parts for the repair, and kept the cost well under the amount to total the vehicle. Dale, Kelsey and their crew kept me informed the whole way, helped arrange a rental for me, and were a delight to deal with. The truck was finished a day sooner than they expected and it looks terrific - good as new!! I love to support family owned businesses, and I would highly recommend Badell's if you have any body work or repairs needed for your vehicle.

I had a great experience with Badell’s Collision of Malvern. Dale was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and actually helped me about two years ago when a lady ran into my car, and they did an amazing job back then too, so I knew I could trust them again this time. The young woman at the front desk was very nice and welcoming, and the whole team was efficient, speedy, and kind. They had my car taken care of faster than I expected, and I highly recommend them.

Recently had my Toyota Tacoma repaired at Badells Collision after a projectile cracked my entire windshield and produced significant body damage. The team at Badells made the process seamless, they were highly experienced, organized, communicated with me through the entire repair process, and offered fantastic customer service 10/10. Extremely satisfied with my interactions with all employees.

After a deer hit my car while I was driving on the turnpike, Dale and the rest of the team at Badell’s did a great job repairing my car. Dale is friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, and clearly takes great pride and care in his work. There’s a reason there are so many other glowing reviews! The Badell’s team kept me updated regularly throughout the process, and finished their work well ahead of the estimated timeframe. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else in need of collision repairs.

This was quite possibly the most pleasant, easy, and flawless car experience I’ve ever had. Dale and his staff were incredible from the minute I stepped foot in the door. They accommodated my schedule and were in constant communication throughout the entire repair process. Additionally, we were originally told our repair would take at least 2 weeks. However, on day 7 we received a call that it would be ready for pickup on the next business day. Upon pickup, the car looked as through it had never been damaged. The team at Badell’s got the job done right and got it done in no time. I wpidl recommend Badell’s to any one needing repairs.

I will only take my Escalade to Badell’s. They do incredible work and return it like brand new (detailed inside and out). Dale and staff are super friendly and great to work with.

Dale was extremely helpful and informative with repairing the damage I had from a hit and run accident. He went above and beyond to fix the little dings and bumps while my car was in the shop. He was great with communication and did what he could to complete the job as quickly and efficiently as possible! You can tell Badell’s is passionate about fixing up your car to the best of their ability. Everything was swift and easy. Badell’s a trustworthy body shop and you can ensure they’ll give your car back brand new.

Badell's did a great job in repairing my new Mazda CX-70 following an accident, when a driver rear-ended my new vehicle. The repair was done quickly and efficiently, and the car is back to brand new. Paint match was awesome, as this is a new color - Metallic Copper. I would go back to Badell's in a minute for repairs, but hope I do not have too any time soon. I would highly recommend them as their customer service is top-notch and they care.

Badell's is the best! Unfortunately I've had a few fender benders and have had to bring my car here a couple of times, and every time it has been a pleasure. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. I wouldn't be comfortable taking my car anywhere else. They do beautiful work!

Extremely happy with Dale and his team. Their dedication and commitment to their clients is phenomenal. First time using their shop and since Allstate just added them to their preferred body shop I decided to give it a shot. As an Insurance agent I have come across several auto body shops BUT they truly surpassed all my expectations. I had an amazing experience thanks to Rich and Dale! Their customer service and hospitality were top-notch. They went out of their way to remove all the scuffs from my car and didn’t even charge me for it. It’s rare to find people so kind and generous these days. They truly made my day. Highly recommend!

Amazing job and great customer service! I needed a minor repair for a BMW without going through insurance . They thoroughly explained the process and communicated regularly. The work was completed quickly, much sooner than I expected, and fairly priced. In addition to shining up the outside, they vacuumed and cleaned the interior. Badell’s exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend them if you find yourself in need of auto body work.

Friendly, professional, and most importantly honest. Dale and his shop takes pride in what they do and it shows. He walked me through the damages and the probabilities to fix my vehicle. The repairs came out great and the job was done quicker than expected. They did a couple paint touch ups for me that were unrelated to what it was brought in for and cleaned the interior and exterior before pick up. 10/10, thanks again for everything and all of the communication along the way.

AVOID BADELL'S AT ALL COSTS! I wish I could give zero stars. I've never experienced this level of disrespect and lack of accountability. They not only botched the repair of our car, they denied any wrong-doing when called out, manipulated our insurance into believing their ridiculous excuses, shouted at us over the phone, and left a dented impact bar in place, completely disregarding our safety. Their negligence resulted in a 4 month battle with our insurance to get the car properly repaired. This is the worst customer experience I've had in my life. Badell's was recommended to us by Geico after we were rear-ended in our Toyota RAV4. At first, it seemed like the repair went smoothly. However, several months later, all of the paneling on the liftgate fell out. With the paneling off, I could see a HUGE gash in the metal framework. I took photos and sent it to Badell's, but when the manager Dale called me, he was adamant that they were not responsible. He contacted Geico and convinced them that Badell's was not to blame and we were told we would need to file a new claim. Not satisfied by this outcome, we sent the photos of the damage to some friends in the auto body business and received a plausible explanation for how the damage occurred: someone got frustrated feeding the wiring harness through the lift gate and tore a hole in the metal to force it through. Dale told us we had received a brand new liftgate, so they either installed a used and damaged gate, or they caused the damage themselves. When my wife called Dale to calmly explain the situation and see if they would be willing to fix things, he became irate, raised his voice at her, interrupted her multiple times, repeatedly saying "nice try, good story", and HUNG UP THE PHONE! She’s never had anyone speak to her in such a way and was left shaking after the conversation. This is completely unacceptable behavior. It's worth mentioning that at the time the repair was completed, Dale was out on personal leave and not physically present at Badell's! We contacted Geico, explained the situation with Dale, and they finally agreed the damage happened at Badell's and would be covered by our original claim. They told us they had contacted the owner of Badell's and that he was aware of the situation, yet he has never reached out to offer any form of apology. After a 4-month battle with insurance, we were finally able to get our car fixed at a different body shop. The new shop confirmed that the damage to the lift gate was caused by forcing the wiring harness through the liftgate in the wrong direction. Furthermore, the new shop discovered that one of the impact bars was dented. Badell's claimed that they had replaced an impact bar, so again, they either lied about replacing the part, installed one that was already damaged, or ignored a damaged part that needed to be replaced. The impact bar is a crucial part of a car's safety system, but they had no problem allowing us to drive around in an unsafe vehicle. Badell's not only failed to fix our vehicle properly, they lied about the work they did and denied any responsibility when caught. They showed a complete lack of respect for their customers, complete disregard for our safety, and zero remorse for completely unacceptable service. I am surprised and disappointed that Geico stands by the work done by Badell’s and continues to have Badell’s on their direct repair program. I highly, HIGHLY recommend you find a different repair shop. If you somehow still decide to go to Badell’s, be on the lookout for issues with the repairs. Addressing owner's comments below: We did not "escalate", we made it clear to Geico that the damage happened in your shop and they agreed, which is why they covered the secondary repairs under the original claim. Of course we were "visibily satisfied" when you gave us our car back, the damage was internal. You failed to address the dented impact bar your shop left in place (I suppose you think we somehow caused that, too?), or make any apology for your manager's inappropriate behaviour. Unbelievable.

I can’t say enough how thrilled I was with the great service I received at Badell‘s! Dale and Shannon were a pleasure to work with, kept me updated every step of the way, and their expert technicians restored the front end damage to my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the utmost care and precision. The car I love honestly looks like new. It was even ready a full week before the expected finish date. From the first appointment where Dale personally went over the evaluation of damage with me present (a big difference from other shops), he had my trust, and I never had any worries at all for the rest of the two weeks my car was in their shop. They also made it easy to return my rental car - when my car was ready, I was able to just leave the rental car at Badell’s and they took care of getting it back to Enterprise with no further paperwork. Also the whole place is immaculately neat and clean with a nice waiting room, coffee, etc. which was appreciated though I really didn’t need to wait there more than a few minutes while my car was being towed there initially. Badell’s is by far the best collision repair I have experienced and I wish I’d known about them sooner. I will take all future business to them and wholeheartedly give them the highest rating! K. What a great shop and experience! As a former owner of an auto repair shop, I have used Badells before and been very pleased. But this time was extra special as I decided to bring them my classic 2002 pontiac trans am. The hood paint was pealing, the rest of the paint not touched in years. I was worried about how new paint would match, would they over buff other areas and mess up my classic??? No they didn’t, they killed it! Top notch new matching paint on my ws6 ram air hood, full beautiful detail on other paint, fair price, attention to detail. Can’t say enough good stuff. True professionals. Many thanks to Dale, Rich and Shannon. I look forward to bringing in my Porsche next!

I had an amazing experience here! I was in an accident and needed repairs and they were able to get me in within days. They handled everything with the insurance and rental car for me. The repairs only took them a little over a week- I was expecting the whole process to take much longer! Their work is top notch, you absolutely cannot tell that the back of my car was ever hit. They kept me updated throughout the process with phone calls and emails so I knew exactly what was going on. They even cleaned my car for me before I picked it up. Overall a fantastic experience, they did everything they could to make it a non stressful process for me.

If I could give this business 6 stars ⭐️ I would! First class establishment! Excellent communications, headache free experience from start to finish, they even coordinated the rental car I needed. The car was cleaned and delivered back to me faster and in better than expected condition. If you need repairs to your car, go here!!

High winds knocked my basketball court on to my car causing dents and deep scratches. Thoroughly impressed with the work from Badell's Collision in Malvern. Great customer service/communication and they're on top of literally everything. Dale was honest and upfront with me regarding the repairs and he's just a great guy. They were literally done in one day! Laura called to let me know how things were going and what the status was and made sure that I was taken care of with enterprise. They have a great relationship with the local Enterprise Car Rental service as well. They took great care of me and my vehicle and went above and beyond with their service. Thats not an exaggeration. Thank you Dale and Laura for everything. I highly recommend them! I've attached some Before and After photos. Appreciate you both and the staff in the shop!
