Helpful and courteous even on a busy Saturday. Took care of a title and registration transfer promptly. Fair warning there is no ramp, but came out to our car to get signatures from person in a wheel chair.
I was stressed out about needing to change 3 out of state vehicles' registration and plates. Megan made the process seamless and quick. We were in and out in under 30 mins. Keep in mind they accept only cash or check. They state this on their website and it was my fault I didn't see it. I highly recommend asking for Megan when you need to get this done!
Save yourself the trip and just go to Wiggins. These folks won’t even read the document thoroughly enough. They insisted that they won’t notarize documents that have to do with a death. The document did not have anything to do with a death. It mentioned that the other owner had died but the part of the doc that needed to be signed (and notarized) had NOTHING to do with that. These folks couldn’t see it. Couldn’t read past and actually understand the document - even when I explained it to them. I won’t ever go back here. Wiggins in West Chester helped me immediately - they were friendly, clear, understanding, and their price was fair.

One of the worst auto tags I’ve been to, the customer service is poor.
I asked the agent after my renewal , whether this can be done online, she had a dumb look in her face and replied “I don’t know”. I came back as the renewal was for a wrong car, I asked her again if something can be done for refund/cancellation, she then asks me to “Go Online” without providing any further details.
Wonder why you guys hire someone with very less knowledge/info of the work they are doing + you are charging $20 additional for renewal (for such a poor service).
Very efficient and professional, and a friendly small town feeling. I don't remember her name but the lady who helped me even suggested a way that I could save money with my title transfer. They even had loaner tools in case you needed to remove a license plate. I would definitely use them again.
I had a question related to obtaining a duplicate title for an ATV. Woman who worked here was extremely rude and unprofessional. I even noticed her response to some negative reviews on here were narcissistic and snarky. This is probably only the first or second time I've ever left a review in 30 years, but this experience warranted one. I called Exton tags and they answered my question and pointed me in the right direction. They even told me how it wasn't the first time that they had heard about how rude this woman could be.
Malvern Auto Tags charges $45 for some unknown reason for submitting paperwork for a handicap placecard.
First Class Auto tags in Broomall charges $15. So glad we made another call and went with them! They were much friendlier as well. Highway robbery! Do not recommend at all!

Lysandra was also extremely helpful as she assisted with making copies and getting my new plate for me. What could have been a tedious process turned into a fast and pleasant experience. Always good and excellent service. I am especially happy with how they have helped me find the vanity plates for a few of my cars. They get it right every time and easy to deal with and always helpful when you need to register or process sale and tax work for a vehicle
Had a great experience at Malvern Auto Tags. I had an issue with my special organization plate and Claudia (I believe that was her name) helped me come up with a solution for my problem, to ensure I don't get into trouble with the police. She was nice, personable, and efficient.
Awesome service! Came in trying to get some paperwork expedited because I was a somewhat ignorant of the whole process and my bank was not too helpful. They took the time to explain everything and even though little could be done on their end they said they’d push it through personally to try and help me out. The whole staff is great!
First time ever switching my plates over to PA from Tennessee, I was super nervous and worried I didn't have everything I needed but Lindsey was SO helpful and patient. What would have probably a 15 minute process was derailed because I was having issues with both my phone AND my bank but Lindsey was so understanding and helpful. 10 out of 10!

Ive been using Malvern auto tags and Exton auto tags for years. Megan, the owner is the best at what she does. That includes from running the businesses to knowing the rules and regulations with Penndot. Fair pricing and super quick service. Highly recommended.
Megan was fantastic. I came in with a trailer purchase from another state, she explained everything and made the process very easy and efficient . Then I asked her about a problem with my sons trying to get title in pa for a waverunner he purchased in Maryland. It was signed by executor for estate and state would not accept it for reasons she and a prior dealer had told me was wrong. She called on phone and waited more than 30 minutes to get through- She was told she would get a call back, she assured me we would get this done and she would fix this problem for my son. She refused to take any payment as my son had paid another auto tag dealer. Un believable how kind she was!!!
While waiting on phone she took care of a hispanic couple and showed tremendous kindness and patience in guiding them through their problems..I highly recommend them...

I just wanted to take a minute to thank Ryan at Malvern Auto Tags. He deserves recognition for how nice he was in helping me on Tuesday the 31st. Long story short, I got my wallet and phone stolen over the weekend in Atlantic City, and I was trying to get to the drivers license center, but without my phone I didn’t have GPS so I was a little lost. I found Malvern Auto Tags in hopes they could give me some direction. Ryan was so helpful and friendly and let me borrow the phone to call my bank. I just want him and his manager to know how much I appreciated his customer service and it really helped me in my desperate time! It’s not everyday you come across someone as nice as him.

I'm in the processing of moving to Pennsylvania and I stopped in the other night and the girl Jamie that was there was a huge help. Never expected getting my license and car registered to be such a headache, but she was so helpful in explaining the process of everything and where I needed to go. Just need to find my title and I'll be back!
