If you're thinking of buying a car here, think again and run away as fast as possible. I bought my son an SUV here a year ago. We go to get the state inspection and emissions done and they tell us that the bottom is severely rusted out to the point that they can't even guarantee how long it will continue to hold the engine (they also said this obviously didn't happen in the last year). You can see by their responses to feedback how unprofessional they are. Now I'm stuck buying another car one year later because of their lies and deception. Edit - as you can see from their response they take zero accountability for the crap that they sold and also don't bother to read an entire review

Don't buy a piece of gum from these people. They sell stuff they should not be selling cars are not repaired cars are not looked at before sold. The salesman will lie to you and say they will take care of everything just to get you to buy the car and then try to put it through the warranty company and make you pay a deductible after 4 or 5 times bringing it back for them to do nothing and be without a car. Their customer service is the worst talk about fraud all they care about is getting their money and trying to screw anybody that needs any kind of help again do not buy anything from these people

My dad bought a Chevy pickup for 15 grand a little less than a year ago comes time for state inspection we took it to two different places and they find the chassis is rusted with holes and fuel tank ready to fall out and metal needs to be welded to chassis and fuel tank secured with new straps that costs $900 at our mechanic with getting inspected 443 auto said for 500 they would secure the fuel tank doing half the job and still won't pass inspection because of rotted out chassis Mind you we paid for the extended warranty and apparently they don't honor it only take your cash!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! Pictures tell the story I'm not the only one they screwed look at the rest

The worst experience with trying to get a vehicle fixed that was still under warranty. Had the car back to their so-called shop at least 3 times to fix an oil issue that kept affecting an alternator.(was back at their shop the 1st week) They said they fixed the issue the 1st time. They would not give us any paperwork showing what they did any of the 3 times it was in their shop. I have photos of the vehicle getting towed multiple times in the first few months. As soon as we got home and checked the vehicle again oil was bone dry. And noone is on the same page. One guy told us to skip a payment til the car was fixed since we were out of a car and another told us if we didn't pay he would repo it. Be careful and record any convo and get paperwork. ! And to reply to your statement. You claim the car had a consumption issue....would a consumption issue affect an alternator multiple times? I don't think so. The LEAK is what it was in your shop multiple times for. The bottom of the car was full of oil and always leaked all over the alternator. Claim you would see nothing but we would get it home and put cardboard underneath and have the same issue the very next day. And yes I waited to post my review until our vehicle was paid off and we did not have to deal with you. I know cars need maintenance but I should not have had a vehicle take a 25 minute drive and oil be bone dry when we get it home from your lot. That's more then maintenance. We got a vehicle with a warranty to avoid a major issue like this . We could have bought one from anyone else for alot less . All said and done we love the car and have spent about 2k to fix it to where it should be. I just don't think we should have been to stick that much into it the 1st day while making payments and having a warranty. And the fact that it was there 3 times and you never gave us any proof or paperwork that it was in the shop is a little off to me too.

Was somewhat skeptical based on reviews but I had a great experience. We purchased two cars from them. What impressed me the most was that they did explain that the cars are not perfect and even called out some imperfections. I trust them and would recommend. Just be sure to tell them what you need and they will guide you to the right vehicles.

I bought a truck from them about a year ago and have only put on about 7,000 miles on it. Since then, this truck has been nothing but a headache. The inside components of the chairs were literally hot glued on, there is an odor to the vehicle, and the trucks underside is completely flaking with rust (it did not appear this way at all when I bought the truck). Here is a list of things that I have had to replace in just under a year of owning this truck (it FAILED the next years state inspection with flying colors), 1. Entire exhaust system 2. Both front struts 3. Water Pump 4. Rotors for every wheel 5. Brakes for every wheel 6. Front wheel caliper 7. Had to replace multiple hoses, brackets, and shields causing noise and leaking. I would highly recommend going somewhere else to purchase a vehicle.

I had purchased a vehicle from them 3 1/2 years ago, I went back to them about 3 weeks ago to do a trade, went looked at the vehicle, took it out for a test drive, don’t remember the guy that was helping me at that time however, he had told me to go on line fill out the paper work and that he will call me within a few days…. Never heard back from them and they sold the vehicle I was interested in. 31/2 years ago was a great experience, still have my car but however this past experience was not so great!! The guy was rude, unprofessional and never called me back and sold the vehicle that I wanted to trade my car for. Bad business!

My husband and I bought a car from here less than a year ago and it has caused us nothing but issues and a lot of money. When we went to get the vehicle inspected not even 6 months after purchasing, it did not pass due to being fully rusted out with pieces literally falling off! The mechanic told us we were duped and they should never have sold the vehicle. Went back to 443 to see if they could possibly fix it for us or provide us with a replacement and was met with pushback and hostility. They made us pay for them to "fix" the vehicle, but they refused to place an inspection sticker on it. Went to get it inspected and it failed... AGAIN! Finally found a shop that passed it after almost 2k put into the car, but know it will not pass again. Nothing but constant issues since then. Now have to trade in this car and find a replacement, but will be losing out on lots of money. Will never buy from this dealership again and have warned all of my family and friends. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I recently bought a car here from Truck and had issues with my catalytic converter soon after buying it. I was told that it was an easy fix and he suggested a product to clean it. I was given a promise of future help if the issue progressed. Well, now I need a new catalytic converter (which of course is what I needed the whole time) and when I called asking for help they told me it was my problem to figure it out. I understand that buying a used car can be an investment but the misleading answers and the supposedly “easy fix” until the warranty ended really shows what kind of business they’re running here. They claimed to be honest people but it’s clear it’s all a front.

443 Advertise they are a buy here pay here! Well they’re not ! They like to use the “ Term” to get you in the dealership ! Once you are there You better have 3 grand or more for a down payment ! They use shady financing companies along with banks ! Well if I was going through a bank I sure would not buy cars with over 100,000 miles on them. To top it off if you break down and your car needs repairs . Don’t count on these good ole boys to fix it . They will fix it But it coming right out of your Wallet. These good Ole boys been fooling people out of there money with cars with R titles for years R stands for reconstructed vehical meaning the car is only worth like 5 k but with a some putty and new paint your going to pay 13,000 let’s say . This is how 443 operates buy putting it to the Customer. Buyer beware ! Look around before you desperately buy from them .You will be thanking me For sure ! Later Eric!

I recently found myself with a blown head gasket and in need of a car ASAP. Long story short, I went to 443 and found exactly what I was looking for. A Honda Pilot with 4WD and 3rd row seats. The car was clean, runs great and was priced fairly. Everyone there was great to work with and once I made my decision on the vehicle, I was in and out!

I've bought from this dealership before. They gave me a fair deal the first time on a car that I had for over 14 years. So, naturally, I went back to them recently and bought another car because I'm confident they won't "steer" anyone wrong. Persing 443 is highly recommended if your on a budget for a dependable, safe vehicle.

After jumping through hoops of fire trying to buy a car from carvana, I started looking at local dealers. 443 Auto definitely had the best selection to chose from. The inventory is massive, they have the car you want or didn't know you wanted. The process of purchasing was so easy and not stressful at all. I will be purchasing our next vehicle from there when the time comes.

I was in a bad spot, needed a car to get to and from work after a long move from NJ and after explaining my situation, these guys jumped right onto finding my best options. They didn't attempt to up-sell me, were VERY respectful of my budget, and above all else they were professional and human. They closed at 3pm, and due to issues with getting car insurance, it quickly landed us after 3pm, but knowing my situation the guys there decided to stay after they were supposed to go home for their weekend, just to help me. Coming from NJ, I'm not used to people being so friendly and caring, especially at a car dealership, but these guys? 10 out of 10, you'd be a fool not to stop down and see them today. Buyer beware! My husband and I bought a 2013 Dodge Dart for our daughter. About 40 days after purchase, the transmission blew. We contacted the staff at 443 and were told they would give us a discount on installation. Nothing more. We spent thousands on a car that doesn’t work. Other dealerships we spoke with couldn’t believe it. Neither can we! 443 has about $7500 from us and we have a car that doesn’t run.

Easy buying experience, no pressure. Excellent customer service. We bought a car for my daughter and after a few days we noticed it didn’t sound right. The staff worked with us until the problem was fixed. Now she is running great and we have a VERY happy teenager.

We have had nothing but the best experience with them so far. We just bought a car from them 2 weeks ago. Check engine light came on we called them with the code they looked in to it with the the car company they told them that the car has the issue but they haven't put a recall on it. We took the car to them Thursday night after work and they had our car back to us Friday afternoon. Thanks you guys for a great car shopping experience and taking care of us when we needed it. And making sure our car was fixed in a reasonable time.

The cars are very clean on the inside, the outside most seemed to have some kind of minor body damage.The two vehicles we test drove seemed to be decent cars, but the check engine light was on both vehicle.Prices on the vehicles were not bad, they did not have anything that fit into what my son was looking for, so I can not say what they have in financing available.Not sure of the name of the sales person that took care of us..he was nice and knowledgeable. They did have a nice selection of cars.

Just like any used vehicle, it's wise to have a knowledgeable person look at the car before you buy.The sales staff won't hesitate to tell you the same thing and they'll welcome a thorough inspection by anyone. They're also friendly and easy to work with. I've purchased 4 vehicles from them all together, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if need be.

Recently went to 443 Auto sales and purchased a 2014 Ford Escape with my boyfriend. Great priced cars for miles and condition! Once we got there Phil greeted us then walked us around to help us pick out a car that was in our price range. He was very knowledgeable about every car we were Interested in. Great hospitality, honesty, and has the best interest in customers specific needs in what they want for a car. Was looking for a car for weeks, this specific dealer had many cars we liked in our price range and was hard to choose between. Overall 5 star experience from once we got their till we left. Would definitely recommend to give a look into 443 auto sales.

I have purchased 3 cars from this place and they are very curtious and helpful. My Nissan juke I recently purchased from here, I called them and spoke to Jeff to let him know my exhaust pipe broke and with no hesitation he said what day I can bring it in to look at it and than they called me to tell me it can be fixed In 2 hours and only charged me a few bucks. I picked the car up and they did an awesome job. I definitely recommend buying and taking your cars to them. They treat you like family. A+++

I had two very positive experiences! Got a reliable vehicle a few years ago and now a truck. When we had issues with the truck, they fixed it for free and made it a priority. I am very happy with the service and how we were treated. Good People at 443 Auto!

Our experience was horrible! If I could make it 0 stars that's what it would be. Joey was amazing, but our Jeep (pictured) had to go back already the same week we bought it. The owner degraded my fiancé who worked in a transmission shop for 5 years when he told them what was wrong with the car. The car was in and out of their shop at least 3-4 times within the few months we owned it and nothing was fixed. More and more broke even with taking care of it. We also found out that when it was in the shop that they broke a few things and it didn't want to shift or would sit in drive but rev out not moving at all. If you want a good reliable car and if you have issues they will fix them right away go to Beauty Street Auto in the Poconos (they have a Facebook). I hope no one else gets sucked in by the crooked owner.
