I had some trouble with my trailer wiring last night. I lost my lights on a Saturday night. I was nice to find an auto parts store open after 8pm, especially on a weekend. The associate who assisted me was Kevin. I told him that I was 2 hours from home and concerned about the trailer not having lights. I asked a bunch of questions and he had the patience of an angel. By 9pm, my trailer lights were back on (and remained on for the duration of my trip). Thanks to Advance for being open so late and thanks to Kevin for his expertise, patience, for being so accommodating, and helping me get back home safely. What a great guy and one hell of an employee. Thank you!
Got spark plugs for this location today and one of the employees have took each one out and bent the gap on each spark plug now have to buy all new ones and never from here away please check your parts angry people

Everytime i go in for a UPS drop off i get help maybe 1/5 times. Absurd since the Walnutport one has helped me every single time ive went in there and right away too, not 5 kinutes later.

While I couldn't ship my package from Auto Parts, They only ship UPS pre-addressed packages, the young man was kind, friendly, and offered alternative stores for me to use. FANTASTIC FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Very friendly service. They help me find what I'm looking for, answer any questions I have, and even help me take things out to the car. There's an AutoZone across the street but this place is worth being loyal to for the service alone.
I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Gave them the model and make of my vehicle, but neither of the employees looked it up or helped me to get what I needed. After 2 other customers came in paid for their purchases and left, I left without even getting any help.
The manager is a great guy that gives 110%. The person I recommend is Kenny. - he can change wiper blades and car batteries in minutes. And if you have a check engine light, again that's the guy to talk to =).
Came in tonight around 8:30 after an exhausted search for a part, I was helped by a younger guy with a pony tail and younger woman in their closing crew. Both very knowledgeable and kind. Both exhausted any and all efforts to get me the part I needed, from searching outside vendors to helping search isles. Great service, as someone who works in the automotive field myself the kind of service many parts distributors lack! Both had a great amount of heart and character. Their effort goes greatly appreciated, I will 150% be back for parts on my future projects, great job!
They have what you need and are helpful, but I waited almost 10 minutes before I got any assistance. It wasn't that busy, in my opinion.
Update: I actually got a response from the business with an apology for the wait time and customer experience. For that, they earn another star for customer service. 3 to 4.
The staff is always really helpful. I was having problems with my car and thought it was the battery. I talked it over with that guy Kenny and he troubleshot the problem. It was my starter. He saved me money on wasted parts and lots of time by helping me figure out what was wrong. Thank you!!!
I have shopped there numerous times and recently dropped of UPS packages, they are a UPS access point and everytime my experience has been great. They are helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. They do there part to keep everyone as safe as possible(covid-19). They try not to keep people waiting long in the checkout line. Always clean.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff at this location. We had an issue and needed a product later in the evening, not long before they were closing. The staff did not mind at all and they were glad to help.
I needed new wipers. It was going to rain soon. The gentlemen explained the difference between what i normally buy vs. The new type. I paid a little more, but wow what a difference. He even installed them for me, and it had started raining. Also, they have a UPS drop off right in the store.
Usually have what I need when my go to place NAPA doesn't have it. Sorry Advance I like there brake and suspension parts better. Advance price for oil is way off to I found Walmart has best price for that.
Ross was an excellent representative any company would want. Professional, clearly spoken, efficient, and accommodating. I am very picky when it comes to parts and brands I want. He understood that and made sure to meet those requirements. Highly recommend any to speak with Ross!
Service there has gotten pretty badd you order parts and whatever these parts come from they come used with Grecian side and everything you could tell that somebody else had used them and tucking them back several times already different parts that I have try buying from their have come like that I just one through it today I think I'm gonna stop going to their start going to another store
They didn't have my paint color I needed but the guys in there were awesome helping me out. They also put on my windshield wipers for me in like 10 seconds. It would've taken me 2 hours. Very grateful
Place needs a better store manager. Never enough parts techs to help the customer load. Find myself waiting too long. Just leave and walk across the street. HEY ADVANCE, MAKE THE COMPUTER TERMINAL USER FRIENDLY AND PEOPLE CAN PICK THEIR OWN PARTS AND THE TECH CAN GET THEM.
I tried buying reasonable priced windshield wipers but was told that they only had a certain kind that was $50+ for the set. I left disappointed but stoped at Auto Zone across the street and was able to buy a set for $26! Sadly I feel ripped off by Advance Auto Parts, glad I didn’t buy anything there.
Great selection of auto parts. If they don't have it in stock, they can get it very fast! Discounts for purchasing online and pick up in store. Loaner tools are available. They can help you diagnose what the issue is. They install batteries and wipers free. Very friendly and helpful staff. I recommend Advance Auto Parts highly!
They do a pretty nice job here, and they recycle used motor oil, which is a big plus for me. It's a typical auto parts store. No one is overly friendly, but the workers are helpful.
