Called the store on attempt to find out what they have in stock tire wise. Kept ringing and instead of someone answering and asking me to hold or something, they just picked up and hung up right away.

I've gotten tires here on multiple vehicles throughout the years. Got four new ones yesterday and specifically asked for new valves stems because the other ones don't register PSI correctly. They reused the old ones then when I pointed it out, the manager (don't remember his name) got my car right back in and made sure to replace all four. Super nice guy and super apologetic. And one of the techs left me a chicken to go with my ducks. Shout out to that person for making my day 😁.

Won’t go to this location again. What’s the point of having a barcode receipt when they don’t use it & argue with you that you didn’t purchase online when you had proof the whole time! They need attitude adjustments. Not the greatest experience!

Great place to get tires done at decent price. Also for oil changes too.

Had tires put on Friday it was a 5:00 pm appt. Arrived at 4:30 and the car was not done until 7pm The lady told me they only had one guy on it. How many guys does it take to change 4 tires in 2hrs? To make matters worse the tech managed to damage 3 out of the 4 wheels mounting the tires. I have come to realize the money you save at walmart ends up costing you in the end. My advise would shop walmart for tires only if you don't care about for vehicle. It's sad when you can't trust people to do the right thing anymore😞

The most dirty oil change service!!!! After oil changing car was very dirty, lot’s of oil finger prints and side panel was very dirty too, looks like as someone cleaned shoes on!!!! Unprofessionals!!!!

This was one of the best tire experiences I've ever had! I scheduled an appointment, and prepaid for everything, online. The older gentleman who checked me in was very knowledgeable and polite, He knew exactly what he was doing and there were no issues with the online process. From the time I started my check in, until all 4 tires were on, balanced, aligned, and the car was ready for pick up, was just over half an hour!! I think that's the fastest tire service I've ever had, and there were no issues! I'd like to thank everyone who was working this morning.You did an awesome job!! 💯

Worse place to go …. I had emergency and they didn’t even try help all they said sorry No …. I had my baby and kids with me and they didn’t care …. I went to a tire place Lehighton they help me less then 10mnt and charles me less too 😌

I called first to make sure they had the bulb I needed for my car and they did. I was checked in pretty quick and was told the wait was 2 hours but I said ok because I had to have my headlight bulb changed. They did text me and they kept me informed on the progress unlike the Hometown Walmart auto center. They got done 45 minutes early and once they took my car back it was done quickly. That means the mechanic knew what he was doing. He also came out and asked me if anyone had worked on that issue recently - I said yes, the Hometown walmart did and that’s why I’m here today because they were terrible. He said yep I thought so - they took out one of your bulbs and didn’t replace it. He assured me they fixed it and both headlights would work - and they did. Cashier was pleasant too and actually rung up customers who didn’t even buy stuff from auto. I’ll be back for sure. Thank you.

Worst manager of a tire dept anywhere! I wouldn't recommend this location to my enemies! Was told no appointment needed and showed up 1.5 hrs b4 they closed and the female manager said they don't have the time. Empty parking lot and 2 guys smoking out back but too busy to install 4 tires. Walmart really needs to reevaluate their managers. This one is terrible.

I come here for oil changes all the time, and never had any issues. Today, I got there for 7, which is when they open, and there was no one else there. I checked my car in and at 8:15 it still was not even taken back. I asked how long it would be and they said 45 minutes for an oil change, which is crazy because they have 3 people working. I canceled my service and left. My car should have got taken back as soon as possible, I literally got there right when they opened with 0 other cars there. Disappointed with their customer service.

They allow internet appointments for oil changes. No more first come. I use to come and shop while waiting and spend a couple hundred. No need to shop. Just cheap oil change and go home...

I called ahead to see what tires they had in stock and they were super quick to check for me and had me in and out within an hour.

First store I went to did not have the battery I needed in stock, although online it said there were currently 5 available in the store. I called the second and they had 1 (online said 4). They were very nice and put the battery aside with my name on it so it was ready fore when I got to the store. I guess it taught me to always call ahead. It worked out well in the end, but it would have been better not to have to drive to 2 stores to find what I wanted.

Have taken 2 of our family cars here for tires at least 4 times over the last 5 years. Never once have I experienced an issue- as long as I have made an appointment for my service. They get me right in at my scheduled time, are spot on with their expectation of wait time and even text you with updates. I get my shopping done while I wait and it's a win win across the board. They are knowledgeable and make a point to talk about pricing vs value of the tires you are getting and don't pressure you for extra services but still let you know what is available. I will happily return for any services I need.

Horrible horrible experience stay clear. Bought tires from Walmart.com and the tire center REFUSED to put them on. They aren't crazy sized or anything either. They said because the tire size didnt come standard with the year truck. I bought the exact same size that is on it

Affordable oil changes and tires. Staff was moody because they were really busy. It is first come first served.They do not take appointments so there is usually a really long wait especially on weekends. I suggest that you drop your car off and have them call you when it is done.

Only had 1 mechanic working and the wait was nearly 2 hours. If I hadn't been in desperate need of tires I would have gone elsewhere.

First let me say that I love wall mart. We shop there. Vision care glasses , my wife and I both. I've bought lots of auto care items there. Including tires. Recently we moved to the area surrounding your Lehighton store ,previously we were loyal customers at your Trexlertown location. No complaints ever. The Lehighton location. Awesome store friendly helpful staff.just moved into a new home so we needed an endless amount of stuff.all which we purchased at the Lehighton store. This morning I needed new tires for my car, I went to the auto service department. Service was horrible. And there were 4 other customers in agreement. Finally after being ignored for 45 min I left. Cash sale lost. I went back at 5pm again. Same scenario. Exactly. With other customers. Also complaining. So after raising hell and making a lot of noise. Finally. I got a store employee who was stocking shelves in another department to ring up the tire that I self served. The counter guy in that department should get a job washing cars somewhere. BUT NOT MY CAR. Bottom line only bought one tire instead of 4. Wont go shopping at the auto service dept at that store EVER AGAIN but will continue to shop all other department s in that store. Sales Clerk in the tire department was friendly and knowledgeable. When she did not have our tire size in stock, she recommended another location close by, and also reinflated our tire.

Today I returned to get 4 new tires, I was impressed at them getting it done in an hour. Normally their pretty slow. So kudos to the guys working there today. I'm hoping the Douglas tires I picked will last as long as the Goodyear's did, which is what Goodyear's last a year Lol or good for a year...

Came in today for a oil change twice first time the auto department said it was a two hour wait at 1:30pm I then come back two hours later to get told again it's a two hour wait for a oil change. If you can't hire enough staff to work a department shouldn't have that department in your business it's a waste of time for your customers

wow that's 45 mins of my life I can't get back. I tried to call to see about a set of tires. I was transferred to tire and lube, put on hold and never gotten to 20 plus mins later I hung up tried again. the Number for the tire center is wrong on here that is a direct number to the fitting room. so I called once more was transferred to auto again. phone rang continued to ring until the original person I talked to picked up again and said they aren't picking up the phone. thanks you captain obvious. oh well I guess they don't want the business. if this is how they handle the phone what do they do to costumers vehicles?

These idiots don't even know how to change a tire. Didn't balance my tires at all to the point that a couple months later and they are already shot!! Broke off my lugs nuts and didn't even replace them. Striped the lug nuts that they left on.. the next day after getting these tires the one started falling off!! I will never ever go back.

The people at tire center NEVER want to check people out at the counter -and they disappear forcing forcing customers to check out at lawn and garden. Had my oil changed there once, they stripped the oil pan bolt and then told me it was my problem!!. A second time, they even stripped the lugnuts on my car and I got stuck footing the bill to pay a shop to have them removed!!!!. All because those idiots don't know how to use an impact gun. Twice I was told by the lady behind the counter that I was better off going somewhere else because they were too busy! unbelievable!!
