AutoZone & this town are so blessed to have Bradley & Lopez working at this location. We were on the turnpike at night around the holidays, barely an hour into a 3 plus hour drive to help out a friend, when our key fab low battery warning came on. We stopped in and Bradley & Lopez could not have been more kind, helpful and funny. Our key fab is a pain in the butt to change, but they pulled up a YouTube video and changed the battery for us, while making us laugh in the process. Above and beyond, when some people may have just rang us up for the battery and let us figure it out. Outstanding service! Thanks again, guys :)
I was in a very difficult situation where my car broke down while I was with my young daughter and I had to leave the car and come back weeks later. I was able to drive it to AutoZone to have them do diagnostics and then figure out what I was going to do. Jordan and Willow went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. It was cold and raining and Jordan got under the car while Willow gave a ton of very helpful information and an excellent recommendation for a repair shop that was able to get me home that evening after being in Lehighton for 8 hours trying to get my key from a shop that wasn’t really a repair shop (thanks GEICO). I never got the key and had to have one made by a locksmith and by the time I was at AutoZone I was praying I would be able to get my car home and not leave it again. Really want to shine a light on these two employees since diagnostics at AutoZone are free and they just as easily could have gave me a print out and called it a day. This was high level customer service and I will be sure to stop at an AutoZone in the future if I am need of anything for my car. Thank you so much.
Five stars isn’t enough for Bradley! I’m freshly postpartum and my check tire light came on driving to and from my baby’s doctor’s appointment. I had my own air compressor in my car, but couldn’t get out to do it on my own. I called the store for help. Without hesitation, Bradley came outside and filled my tires with air for me. A small act of kindness I will NEVER forget. Any time I need something for my car, this AutoZone will be where I’m headed.
Stop in to buy some wipers.. I asked Brad which one's he recommended. He told me I asked him to install him.I even offered a tip and he said , no thank you and I have happy new year! He was very busy on the phone when I was in there and running around the store.Doing other things you need more people like him.
Had an absolutely fantastic experience with an associate by the name of William Wolfe. He helped me through every step of my quick exhaust repair and acted with the patients of a saint. I have him and only him to thank for the resolution to my problem.
I purchased a battery for my car and I asked the man if he could install for me as I didn't know how to, he said yes he could. He was knowledgeable and explained things to me. After he was done I asked his name and he said George,I thanked him for all his help. He was a super nice guy. Thank you again!George my car started next day with no hesitation
Went there for a battery replacement. The person at the desk was unhelpful, too busy talking to his friends and when I inquired about battery installation he said "it's raining so I won't do it, but maybe my coworker will". Plus they didn't have my battery in stock. Total waste of time. Went across the street to advanced auto and had a much better experience.
I was helped by a young lady who was very polite and knowledgeable. It took her only 10 minutes to plug into my car, hook into the computer, tell me what was wrong and what parts I needed, give me a print out, and order my parts. The staff even gave me advice of how to handle the situation until my car was fixed.
Very impressed, and grateful for their help!
My friends power steering went and the associate checked out what he needed to and replaced the fluid for us it was very sweet of him it was freezing cold out and I didn't have to stand up rhw cold and do it thank you guys
I called the store looking for a battery bracket, associate checked the computer and said they didn’t carry the product. We went to the store and found them on the shelf. Total came to $6.88. I gave the associate $21.88. The associate “made a mistake “ and called over a coworker (old enough to be her father!) Between the two of them they could not figure out that I was supposed to get back $15 in change.
I just left the Lehighton Auto Zone after being ignored by the manager for 20 minutes at the counter. He has a new gentleman who just started 3 days ago. The new employee waited with us and was also ignored by the store manager. I will never come back. We always go to Advance Auto Parts across the street but we were wanting a product they did not carry. I will buy a comparable product or order what I am looking for through them and pay for shipping if necessary to give them my business. They always bend over backwards to help! Obviously Auto Zone has enough of customer’s and doesn’t want any new ones.
Chris K was amazing. He had the part I needed and helped my husband install this tricky serpentine belt on a Sunday. I’m so appreciative that there are still people out there that go the extra mile for their customers. This experience has made me even more loyal to auto zone. Thank you again Chris K!
Mike and the rest of the staff were very helpful! Mike helped me find what I needed, gave me useful information, helped change my license place light, and was very friendly. I highly recommend coming here- very helpful and lovely people :)
The most helpful people I’ve ever met. William stayed over 30 minutes past his shift just to help me make a purchase. I really can’t praise them enough
The store itself is fairly tidy and organized. The service was alright too, helpful. The parts though... We had to return two faulty parts in the past month. That shouldn't happen in my opinion. Just no.
Day after Christmas and the car wouldn’t start. Got a jumpstart but battery did hold the charge. Called and spoke to Nick and he was so helpful. Bought the battery and he installed it. Great service on this very cold day. Thanks for the care and service.

Went into the store today for some air fresheners wiper fluid and some other things store was very nice very clean nothing was out of place I even had the please of knowing who the store manager she said her name was Gilmarie said I could call her gigi for short she let me know if there was anything I needed help with to just let her store associates know and they would be glad to help….I wish there was more stores like this one.
Went into this Autozone and got the best customer service by the Store Manager Gigi and her team. Needed my battery tested she came out and let me know the battery was bad then proceeded to let me know she had batteries and she would install the battery for free. Went inside everyone was so helpful and polite felt like I was interacting with a group of friends. Purchased a Battery got it installed and left satisfied best customer service. Horrible! I have a commercial account he gave me wrong parts 3 times! I was patient enough but it’s a consistent thing that happens at this point I only came across a good customer service 2 times with the young lady Janemary! Outstanding performance! She got me in and out in five minutes she knew exactly what I was looking for and understood everything I was saying!
I'm always happy with the service. The parts associates are always helpful in getting me the correct parts I need and in a timely manner. The associates are knowledgeable and professional. The store is clean and all parts and products are on shelves neatly.
Got car battery there. They were fast polite and very helpful. They gave me good advice and had a extremely good price on the battery. I got the battery and they took my old one out and put my new one in in less than 30 minutes. I will return to purchase things I need for my car there again.
On vacation in Lehighton, my partner & I realized we’d forgotten to check the engine oil of our 2011 Subaru (slow oil leak, too expensive to fix).
I couldn’t remember which oil and hadn’t brought the guide. Dan & Rafael (manager) helped us out like we were old friends. It wasn’t just what they did but how they did it that struck a chord. Awesome service, safer drive home. Thank you!

The selection and customer service at this store is second to no one. If you need a part they do not have in stock, they will order for you and get it quickly. Very impressed by the knowledgeable and polite staff. Would recommend anyone in need of car, motorcycle, garage, tractor or big wheel items to go there.
Their inventory of products is fantastic. If they don't have it, they will order it immediately for you. The staff is very knowledgeable and even more friendly. There are no long lines at checkout because they actually have staff at every checkout station. Very pleased and would certainly recommend to anyone.
The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Good quality products in stock for not only routine vehicle maintenance, but even odd ball projects as well. Competitively located within eyesight of two other auto parts stores. The newest of the three stores, it has a lot of ground to gain, but it's clean and bright location make it the most desirable location.
