I worked in the body industry for 17 years and I have to say this is probably one of the only shops left that takes pride in there work left in existence . My Bronco was involved in a front End collision outside of Jim Thorpe. Honestly good body shops are far and few anymore. I knew of Wentz and was always told there work was excellent. I have the vehicle back two weeks now when I picked it up the Paint and Front End looked like it was never hit it. They don’t take short cuts. Everything from the finish to the edging was perfect. You can clearly tell they removed all hardware to make it perfect. This vehicle has a ton of sensors in the front end I have the vehicle back about two weeks and from what I can see everything works perfectly like before the accident. They were simple to deal with handled everything. This is a no bullshit body shop. The ladies at the counter were fabulous the owners were fabulous and there technicians don’t take shortcuts. Hopefully I don’t need a repair ever again but Wentz would be my choice again no questions asked. From what I’ve seen there’s no one that compares to them that I know of right now. There a direct repair for my Insurance company which is great because you also get that warranty. For the people that left negative reviews I have to laugh at them because I could say from experience working in the industry and using Wentz they are the real deal. Take you vehicle here if you want it fixed correctly trust me on this !! Thank you to the staff I appreciate you making my vehicle right again.

I just wanted to say thank you so much to Wentz Auto Body for fixing my car. Someone hit my rear passenger side and after picking it up from Wentz you would never know! They definitely take care of their customers and they even cleaned/detailed my car which was the extra mile. So again Thank you so much!! I absolutely recommend!

I hit a deer and drove to Wentz's. I was upset and frantic, Alex was so helpful and I was at complete ease when I left. Wentz's did an awesome job and kept me up to date with what was happening. Thank you to the everyone there that helped to get my car back to me asap.❤️

I hit a deer 10/26. My car was picked up, on a flatbed, on Monday 10/28 by Wentz Auto Body. I received an estimate a day later. Insurance covered a rental. I was told it may take 3-4 weeks to fix. I had my vehicle back in less than two weeks and it looks as good as the day I bought it. Thank you Mike and all the people at Wentz.

I have a broken passenger side mirror. When I showed for an estimate they inform me $50 charge. Asked for registration. Stood there for 10 minutes while women contined doing folders and another gentleman continued printing. I ended up walking out. I know because job is small they can't be bothered. Should have been honest when I called. Nice reply. The attitude was all you and I was not asked to email. She barely said 2 words. Yes...the estimate charge should have been disclosed. It's all part of customer service which I had read on your reviews prior. Thought, just a mirror no big deal. Reviews are correct. I was wrong for still calling and giving you a chance.

Very impressed with their customer service and repairs from my initial visit for an estimate, to dropping off, renting a vehicle and picking up my vehicle. I received a phone call the afternoon after I left my car that a part had to be ordered and they would do their best to expedite the repairs. They did!!!! I appreciate their efforts to stay within their timeframe. The interior was detailed and the exterior washed. They went beyond the estimate. Thanks to everyone at Wentz. I highly recommend your business.

I am keeping this short and sweet. I was going to write down the entire story. But this place is in need of major customer service improvements. I have never dealt with a place that has such terrible customer service. I will never take another vehicle to this place again. And going back and reading reviews from others and even seeing someone had a similar experience is crazy. And then seeing someone having personal issues and you post that personal issue to the public? Man, what's wrong with this place. Someone going through a divorce has nothing to do why you got a terrible review. Seeing that you attack a man while he is at his lowest, I should have saw this sooner. Like I said I won't support this place ever again.

These ppl are the lowest of the low. Complete and utter frauds. The kind of ppl who prey on and take advantage of others in their time of need. Instead of helping they see an opportunity to deceive and to profit off of others misfortune. Do not go here and please tell others. They were attempting to have me total my vehicle when it absolutely did not need to be totaled. They told me the frame was bent and it was not. They told me the car did not and would not start or run and it started right up and ran. I had my vehicle fixed by a trusted friend in a few weeks time. Do not trust these ppl. They are only in the business they are in for themselves and for their own profiting.

They were friendly, did great work and even cleaned the inside. They did tell us it would be two months to bring it in and we understood that and it was worth the wait. They answered all our questions over the phone as we had a few!! Very good place and would recommend.

Very grateful and thankful for you guys! You did amazing work on my Chrysler 300! It’s like brand new! I worked hard for the car 5 years ago and was devastated when it was hit by a dump truck recently. People love to complain, but you guys are the best in the area! Highly recommend! Thank you!

Very disappointed.. UPDATED 11/30/23 The primary body shop behind this entire mess to begin with, was Glenn Wagner's on Rt 309. Had they done the job right the first time, or even looked at it afterwards and fixed the problem, as I had asked, there would not have been a need to go elsewhere. Wagner's royally screwed up this repair. Less than $200 was spent at Wentz to correct a problem with the drivers door panel after a deer collison. They did resolve the main reason the car was taken to them, which was to fix the door panel noise and install new parts, damaged by the FIRST BODY Shop (Wagner's). Chris Wentz has decided to not return my call and texts regarding the aledged slice in my Lexus RX350 door panel, which I saw after they worked on the car. Had it been there prior (which is possible), AAA would have paid for any additional fees . No questions asked. If it was there prior to them taking the panel off, one might think to make note of that? The big question is, who sliced the door panel? The panel has been removed at least 4 x's before Wentz got the car. I have before and after pics. Very hard to dispute the evidence. Mr. Wentz never looked at the pics, didn't see the car, and without either, emphatically stated, "they didn't do it." Just bring it in, he said. Well, had I not already driven to this shop four times already (they never mailed the original estimate for the collision repair), and hired them to do the job right the first time, I would have taken it back, a fifth time. I've been trying to get this car fixed properly, for over 14 months!! This car cost me $40k+ , and I am not at all satisfied to have my insurance company pay $6k for a repair and still leave me with a damaged door panel. All this damage, after the fact, was the fault of the first body shop. I don't think asking Chris Wentz to discuss the issue or provide the additional estimate I requested to fix the panel, was asking too much. Now I'm stuck either paying out of pocket, or living with a sliced door panel, which is indeed the case. Unbelievable! Interestingly, Wentz's shop didn't even try to resolve the complaint but he found it worth their time to reply to this review. If you think I am they only customer with similar complaint, check out their other reviews. Unfortunate for all involved. Aside from the sliced panel, I'm upgrading the repair service to 4 stars. A month ago I took my estimate for hitting a deer to Wentz Auto Body. I have had work done there before and they did a great job. After two weeks I gave a call to see if they had a date estimate for when the parts would come in. They seemed confused but took my number and said they would call back when they arrived. Today marked the month so I called again to just check on things. They never ordered the parts, couldn’t give me any answers and then when questioned this guy named Travis told me if I never made a mistake at my job to find somewhere else to fix my Jeep. To be honest, if they would have just owned up to their mistake and tried to work with me by getting it done asap I wouldn’t t be mad. However this guys unprofessionalism was over the top. Plus to fail at ordering the parts after the first phone call is pretty bad.

Unfortunately all of my cars have been magnets for deer. I've always gone to Wentz and I've always gotten great service. The people here are friendly. The technicians certainly know how to paint. My car always comes back looking better than new. I would recommend this place to anyone

My car was sideswiped. Wentz did a amazing Paint job. The car drives amazing.. They also did alot of detail work that i just wasn't expecting. The people were so Very nice. The owners were soooo sweet and perfessional. I definitely recommend them to everyone.

Hi everyone! I went to Wentz auto body a few weeks ago for a quote. The woman at the desk took all of my information including my vehicle registration and drivers license. The nice gentleman came out and looked at the front of my car. A day later I received my quote from Wentz via email. I then received my quote from my insurance company. When I called Wentz office to see when I could bring my car in, I was told they were booked until February. I told the woman that I have a quote from the insurance company and she said we have to see it. I said to the woman why I was not told this when I got the quote! She asked my name. I told her you have all of my information when I came in for the quote. She asked for my phone number and I’m thinking I’ll get a call back the next day or so about coming in. I sent her my insurance company repair quote via email still no response. Two weeks have passed and no return call or email what so ever. I even drove to this facility that took me almost and hour to get to. I will be taking my corvette elsewhere where the customer service is much better.

Excellent !! My car is repaired to my satisfaction. It's perfect !! The paint and auto body work is excellent. Looks like it's brand new again .it's a 2020 Kia Forte and I only have 11000 on it so it's important to me cause I just got the car I year ago in July. So iam glad I took it to wentz's cause they do amazing work .thank you so much ! Angela Hernandez

I chose Wentz because it was part of my car insurance recommendation for repair after I hit a deer. Excellent body work. My car looks like new. It was cleaned outside and inside. Service was very timely, with the work completed in less than a week. All employees very cordial and helpful, from Tom who did the estimate to the women at the front desk. I would recommend Wentz to anyone needing body work.

Wentz went over and beyond my expectations. Not only did they fix my car, which looks great by the way, the surprise of their detailing was the best! I never expected that. I was pleasantly surprised with my car sitting in their lot looking so sweeet. 😏 No bug splats, streaks or dust anywhere. Even the fingerprints are gone from the touch radio. Wentz, you did a great job. I am super impressed and will definately recommend you. Thanks for a job well done!

Supposed to be a premier spot for Liberty Mutual customers with fast turn around times and quick repairs. My repair took 36 days and it looks like it was painted outside. I took a chance to try out a local business and I got smacked in the face. Plus they told me I have only 1 week with my rental and I'll have to bring my rental back and use their car which is not true, I have 30 days or however long the repair takes with a premier shop. I feel they were trying to line their pockets with the insurance money. I won't go back there again for repairs I'll take my business to a different shop.

Where do I start.... I have been taking our family vehicles to Wentz for all our auto body for past 15 years, and they are the best in the area by far. True genuine, honest, hardworking people who are informative and professional in every step of the claim process. Recently hit a deer with my 2015 Nissan Rogue and they did a phenomenal job as expected. Their workmanship is top of the line and not to be compared. If your looking for professional, grade A++ work I highly recommend them for all of your auto body needs! I cant stress enough what a pleasure it is to work with them. They rank best of the best in our area! Work with wentz and you are guaranteed to not be disappointed!

Excellent service. Beautiful job. We were rear ended and we chose Wentz Auto Body for the body work. Our car looked better coming out of the shop than the day we bought it. They even detailed it for us. All in all, a great experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Wentz Auto Body to anyone.

I've used Wentz twice for body work over the past few years -- both jobs were impeccable. When I picked up my car after the most recent work (last week), I was thrilled to see the flawless job they did and amazed that someone had taken the time to clean out, dust and vacuum my entire car, including the hatch -- without asking, free of charge. That's what I call customer service. Kind, friendly employees and jars of Swedish Fish and peanut butter M&Ms make this place top notch.

Wentz’s Automotive did a immaculate job on my brand new car, which sustained ice damage on the turnpike! 😔. They made my car look brand new again. 😍.
