I recently bought a Ram 2500 and had an issue with it not starting. Shawn sent a rollback down to pick up the truck as I live over an hour away. Also brought me a loaner vehicle. I also mentioned a few minor things I found as well. It was a simple fix and the service center turned it around quickly. Fixed the minor issues as well. This type of service was above and beyond. And is why I will always deal with Blue Knob. Shawns service was top notch and was a great guy to deal with. Thank You Greatly.

They do good work, but they don’t keep their waiting customers up to date on what they’re doing with their vehicle. This is why I will always choose Discount Tire for tire work because their customer service is amazing! The only reason I go to Blue Knob Service is because my truck is under warranty, but it’d be nice to see the service writer walk over and update me ever so often. 3 hours waiting for some new clips to hold my rear bumper in place and I didn’t even know that’s what needed to be done until the end. Also the gentleman who answers the phone, try getting the customer’s name in the beginning, make it a little more personal, like “thank you for calling Blue Knob Service, my name is Blank, who do I have the pleasure of speaking with?” Just some friendly professional input.

Took my car in for inspection and was given a two page list of things that needed done to pass inspection coming to 2278 in costs, half for parts and half for labor. The items on the listing they gave me seemed a little odd so I took it to two trusted mechanics who checked all the things that were ‘wrong’. Suffice to say it was all bullshit. Trying to rip thousands off of people with deceptive tactics. I got my vehicle inspected elsewhere, didn’t cancel my appointment for the repairs at blue knob honestly just being petty. They proceeded to call me almost a dozen times that day, text me and call me the next day. They were really anxious to rip me off. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAM ARTISTS. STAY AWAY!!

I'll never service a vehicle here again, or buy again for that matter. This is the second time this has happened here (different issues). I bought this vehicle from them a few years ago, bought the extra warranty. My A/C starts blowing warm air. Its still in ext. warranty so I schedule an appt. take it in. They tell me that it was "overcharged" and that's why the system failed that's not covered under warranty. But now it's blowing cold air.?? And nothing is wrong with it. Then charged me $170 for the check!! No one touched the A/C in the vehicle since it was bought from them so how was it "overcharged". I wouldn't waste my time bringing it to you if nothing was wrong with it.

I am disabled so my wife takes our disability van to Blue Knob for oil changes, repairs and annual inspections. They are always very helpful to her and never over sell services. Their prices are reasonable and we trust them to keep our 9 year old van serviced.

Great experience at BKA service center. Had our '22 Hyundai Sonata that we just purchased from BK in for a strip light that did not light up. They also had a work order for a tire replacement and took care of that also. Couldn't have asked for better service!!! Thank you so much!!!

The customer service here is top notch! My work schedule is not consistent so we were having trouble getting an appointment to get everything I needed done at one time, but Mike was very very kind and got me squared away and went above and beyond to do what worked for me!

Obviously don’t do all the warranty work advertised. Charged me $50, noting it was not the full charge to run a bulletin from Honda, hand it to me and tell me to call Honda. I’m sure they have seen this issue since June 2019. Could have told me that over the phone when I advised of the issue.

We bought a truck at Blue Knob approximately 2 weeks ago. One of the tires kept losing air. We made an appointment and they repaired it in about 45 minutes, no charge

After a stupid mistake backing out of our garage, I damaged the high-tech mirror on the passenger side door. Calvin at the service counter ordered the part I needed and the mechanic replaced it. It's looking and working good as new. The cost was very reasonable compared to the new car dealership. I'll be returning.

Reading some of these reviews and it is clear they confused the Garage with the Auto lot. This place is their service department. I tried this place out a few weeks ago for a heat issue and a car inspection. They was very nice and respectful. But keep in mind that they charge more than even a dealership. I researched pricing on a few things, and they always seem to be highest bidder.

Went in with terrible noise and inspection. Inspection passed, horrible noise remained. They told me to change my tires. I did. Still noisy! Took it to another garage. Wheel bearing. They said they test drove it before inspection? No decent mechanic would miss that. Either way, my perception is: incompetent. Friendly guys though.

So the service center here is amazing. I highly recommend these guys. I personally dealt with Calvin and he is a Rockstar. He helped me with my issue quickly, professionally and honestly. So the SERVICE center gets 5 stars in my book. The dealership however I'd give two to three stars. Im happy with our purchase however, they all push cars so quickly that they don't really know whats going on and definitely don't make it a personal experience. So here comes my story, **warning** its long..... so we live 2 hours away. We went to blue knob for a specific vehicle we found on their site. The FIRST day we drove the whole way down there we asked for that car and we were told "its not here it must be sold" so we ended up test driving another vehicle.... we didnt "fall in love with it" we came back and told the sales man that we didnt really like it and he had ZERO other recommendations. He basically just wanted to get us out of there to move on to the next person. So we left. I then called them that following Monday because the car we wanted was still listed on the site, i thought that was kinda odd considering we were told it was sold. I got a call back from a really nice sales man saying that the car is indeed there.... what the heck i thought? We wasted an entire day for nothing and now we have to drive back down ughhhh. Okay whatevvvvssss, so we went back down and went through the process for our new car (which we love dont get me wrong however) the reason they thought the car was "sold" is because it had a crack in the windsheild and was due for a replacement. Either the salesman didnt know this or sold it to us without caring.... we left the lot and I noticed the crack. I called and left a message and they called back saying "oh no big deal just bring it in and we will fix it for you"..... yea..... no big deal if we lived down the street. WE LIVE TWO HOURS AWAY. So that is 4 hours in driving just there and back. Not to mention the time it takes to fix a windshield. So come to find out, they had already ordered a replacement windshield BEFORE we bought the vehicle. Meaning, it could have been replaced prior to us buying it. Regardless, its fixed and we love the vehicle but the whole situation could have been handled MUCH differently in the sales department. Calvin gets mad props for being my super hero in all of this. He's the one that helped me fix the issue, set me up with a rental and had phenomenal customer service skills. I highly recommend him. He really is great. So with all that being said, the service department is amazing. Sales eh.

I went there with a problem with my front end shaking. after spending over $1,100, driving off the lot, my car was still shaking. when I tried to get the situation remedied with the shop, they said there was an issue with the transmission that was causing the problem. so, essentially, I paid over $1,100 and the problem was not fixed at all. I'm very, very disappointed in the quality of work performed.

Blue knob is super helpful and friendly. I am on my 5th car from there and don't have a bad thing to say about how things went from sales to service. ...They are extremely informative but never pushy...Josh was our salesman and was super helpful and friendly and got us in and out with our Yaris in no time..I have never used the service center but started to with my last two new cars and they have been nothing but patient...My car is in the shop now getting inspected and when I called with multiple questions Calvin took the time with me on the phone to make sure he answered them correctly and got the answer if he wasn't sure and never got irritated or frustrated...Thanks guys for everything!!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. If you ask, you receive. I purchased the extended warranty for my truck that is lifted, and they have fixed multiple things for nothing more than a 50$ deductible. They've given me rentals fer certain occasions that I was in need. Always professional and friendly.

This was my third vehicle purchased at blue knob. Josh S. was our sales person.Took 3 hours total to leave with auto. This is because they inspect and oil change auto. I also traded in and got 1,000 less than blue book.Great , because the new vehilcle was 4,000 under b.b.value. They give you expert service and a selection that can't be beat!! Don't go on Saturday, it's too crowded. Go during the week and early.Thanks again Blue Knob. I will be back.
