Excellent, friendly service and staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Called store. Asked for grease fittings. Dummy on other end didn't understand what I said. Due to my medical condition with my mouth. So said dummy hung up on me. I called back . Dummy hung up again on me.

They’re super nice every time I go! Always help me change my bulbs and have patience with me when I want to watch to learn how to do it myself

the guys here are great had tire problems and didnt have the tools to get my new one and they was on the ground under the tuck with me helping me out never going to another auto part store but this one

Jeff ward went above and beyond for me I had three hours to go on my trip and my transmission cable kept popping off. He helped me get it safe to drive again

Spoke with John about a battery. I'm from TN in PA with a bad battery, He tested my battery and alternator and truly went above and beyond for me and got me back up and running. Wish I lived local I'd visit this store for everything I need

Bought a electrical part for a truck, spent 4 days trying to figure out why it wouldn't start only to find out the part they sold me was defective. To say I wasn't happy is a huge understatement !!!!

Customer's at the counter, asking for parts, ready to do business are treated as less important than the customer on the phone. I was being helped in purchasing brake repair parts, phone rang, I No longer existed. Walked out the door and took my money with me

Several times I've gone all over Altoona looking for a part that nobody has it can't even get. Every time this place had the part. I've learned to just go here in the first place.
