Zacch was super helpful and patient answering all of our questions. Considering we live 2 hrs away, we did as much as possible over the phone. Chris was super sweet and fast getting our paperwork done and out the door. We have bought 2 cars from here so far and more than likely be back in a few days to trade in my husband's truck for a new one.

This is my second time buying a vehicle from Blue Knob. I have suggested and endorsed Blue Knob to all of my family and friends. Jake is the sales person with whom I worked with, and he was amazing. This was an easy and hastle free experience. I live 4 hours away so most of my process was completed through phone calls and online forms that were very user friendly. Jake made sure everything was completed prior to me coming out for the test drive and final paperwork. The finished paperwork and signing process that included the finance portion took less than 45min. The finance manager was just as friendly and helpful as the salesperson. There wasn't any push to add things to the bottom line like they have at most dealerships, and that matters to me. I only ever want the out the door pricing, and that's what I was given. They also gave me a gift card to get some gas before I drove home which was very kind and not expected. I will always buy my vehicles here and suggest you compare Blue Knob to any other dealership you may be currently working with.

It was so quick and easy to buy a car there! Meghan had all the paperwork ready to go! Very simple to step back to finance and finish everything up! Car was detailed before I arrived! I made an appointment for today at 5:30 walked in at 5:20 and started we was done and back home at 7 Pm. It took me a little bit to get Bluetooth set up! Super simple quick and convenient!

I recently purchased a dodge ram from here. This is my third vehicle this year from them. I worked with Meghan and Josh both were super nice and made everything easy. I would highly recommend blue knob to anyone looking for a quality vehicle. My only complaint is the pics of my truck online showed it having a tonneau cover and when I picked it up it didn’t. But other than that no complaints I will continue to do business with them.

They texted me quickly with an estimate, and I was able to schedule a same-day appointment to test drive, they fit me right in with no issues. While I was out on the test drive, they reviewed my appraisal in person and it matched exactly what they quoted online from my VIN. I even took the car out for a second drive with my son, and then got all the finance info and estimated interest rates. I filled out the finance application and got my monthly payment estimate in less than an hour with their best offer. When I came back to pick up the car, we test drove it again, the paperwork was already prepped, and the whole process was smooth. We signed everything and waited for finance to review the documents, I was in and out in under 2 hours, even though they were busy! We last dealt with Tim Wilt in 2014 when we purchased an Impala from him which we still have. So when we started talking about a new vehicle the first place we looked was here. We found another great car and Tim made the process enjoyable and easy. Being that I was a first time car buyer, I was very nervous when I first called the dealership but I was quickly met with a friendly voice. I talked with the sales rep Pat and he was extremely helpful in getting the process set-up and going. Once I spoke with Pat at the dealership I was then helped by Daena in their finance department who was once again extremely helpful and friendly! The two of them together made the whole process very smooth and I can’t recommend them enough if you’re looking for a vehicle yourself! (I unfortunately forgot to get any photos of the vehicle while there)

I really liked Meghan!! She was not pushy but very informative!! She worked hard in finding me what I needed and what I could afford! The experience was very positive!! The only thing that I was not happy with was that I left the lot with a almost empty tank of gas! I guess these car lots don't fill the tank anymore because of the price of gas! I would definitely recommend Blue Knob! Everyone was very friendly and they are very welcoming!! I love my SUV Jeep!
