We took our car there to have detailed.Our car was horrifically dirty from our dogs and when they finished it looked brand new! They even cleaned the head lamps. It is family run and everyone couldnt have been nicer!!!

Do NOT do business with these people!! They sold me a lemon! Haven’t even had the vehicle 2 months and already putting money into it! Stay away! They don’t back their word up at all!!

Going to call them tomorrow, but I'm not to happy with the experience that I've gotten with my 2011 Nissan Rogue.. Very nice people.. Very understanding but come to find out they gave me a lemon.. Not even 2 months after I got the vehicle the Transmission has went out and I have had to put a brand new serpentine belt in it.. They didn't even bother to look under the hood to find out that the belt was completely shredded and it had to have been like that for a long time.. I'm not putting these people down in anyway I'm just not happy.. I needed a reliable car and it has not been reliable. Hopefully they can get this fixed asap.. ?

I recently purchased a 2011 Honda Ridgeline here. This is the best vehicle experience I have ever had. Everyone was very nice, helpful and not at all pushy. I put money down and could not return for it for a couple days. In the mean time Rothrauff found something minor wrong. They gave me a loaner car for a day until vehicle was 100%. I would never believe a car dealer to be so pro active on a truck already sold unless I saw it for myself. I would highly recommend this place. Quality cars and quality people.

We went to Rothrauffs to look at a car we had seen on line. We were welcomed right away with a very friendly home style greeting that put us right at ease. This is a family owned and family operated business and that’s exactly how we were treated. They told us everything about the car we were interested in, and went as far as showing us all the paperwork they had on the car, including the work they had another garage do on it to make sure it was ready to go . They wanted to insure it was everything they said it was. I only do business with people I feel comfortable with and have even walked out on salespersons that didn’t seem honest with me. I can honestly say I have never felt better about a car deal than I have with Don and his wonderful family. They won’t play games with you or lie to you. I would proudly send my family and friends to Rothrauffs for their next vehicle.
