Bought A replacement battery for $209.00 in July of 2024. in Maryland Battery will not take a charge so I took it to Duncansville Aurto Zone With receipt that showed it had a 5 yr warranty. They would NOT honor warranty because the phone No on the receipt was not my phone no.
AutoZone Duncansville gives the best customer service I've ever experienced in any store. They all go out of their way to help the customer, even when the customer isn't purchasing anything in the store! Special shout out to Chuck, for going above and beyond. Highly recommend stopping in!
The Duncansville AutoZone is my absolute favorite place to get all of the needful things for my vehicles. Every time I go there, I am greeted with a friendly smile and a hello by an employee. They provide assistance if you’re unsure of what you need or what brand is best for your needs.
I only go to this store because I am treated so well. Everyone is helpful and very friendly. I trust them to help me with my vehicle needs. Today, I needed new wiper blades. Chuck installed them quickly with a smile! Thank you to all there for consistently providing such a great experience!

Went here for a part for my mazda that luckily saved the car. I go here often for parts as well definitely a good store. Got everything you need for your cars if not it can be ordered for next day.
The employees here are SO nice, happy and helpful. The store is organized and clean. Parts weren't too expensive (this economy stinks!!) However we could afford the parts needed to repair our old girl. She's up and running again. THANKS , we really appreciated the kindness at your store.

Buy a new battery for motorcycle. Drive home put the battery in the bike doesn't work. Take the battery back to AutoZone the battery is completely dead and sat on the shelf for 2 years. They're horrible
I wrote a five star review a few years ago. I was newly single and knew nothing about cars. They checked my oil and showed me how to do many things. I went in today needing a Cabin Filter changed. He said he couldn't do it. He gave me instructional about tabs in my glove box that don't exist. I will Google it and see how I make out.
It's a parts store. The issue I had is only relevant during these pandemic times. Every retail store has pretty straightforward requirements regarding face covering for the protection of the employees and the customers. But this location completely disregards this. I was disappointed to see that even the management could not lead by example. Or perhaps that is the problem, employees are not held to account on these requirements. Secondly, on more than one occasion, I have shopped here and felt like I was interrupting the personal lives of the employees who were busy talking to the girls who were there visiting with them. At any rate, I continue to shop because it's close and they usually have what I need, I just don't go with high expectations of a great experience.
I shop regularly at Autozone Duncansville and have never been disappointed in the service...I am usually greeted by a store associate as soon as I walk in the door asking me if I need help.
I do my own maintenance and oil changes on my car and I bring my used
oil to Autozone for recycling each time I purchase fresh oil and filters from them.
It really depends on what AutoZone you visit, whether or not you have great service. We have two in our area and this one is definitely better and much more helpful. Prices always seemed to meet industry standards and the tool loaner service is a great bonus.
Good prices, and have what I need for VW Passat! Only four stars because I bought a Duralast battery for my wife's CRV, only lasted a year then had to renew? Even exchange though :-)
