Called O’Reilly Auto Parts (9440 Lincoln Hwy, Snake Spring Township, PA) while dealing with a tight situation on the road and had a great experience.
Adam M helped me over the phone and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He didn’t waste any time figuring out exactly what I needed and made the process smooth during a stressful moment.
Small world — he mentioned he went to school in Clarksville and we’re around the same age, which was a nice personal touch. Customer service like that goes a long way, especially when you’re not even able to come into the store.

My husband and I had to stop here mid travel because our windshield wiper fell off. The assistant manager and his coworker were both very kind to our situation and let us ensure we had the right wiper. Thank you again for helping us during our holiday travels!
Stopped at Sheetz and realized I had lost my oil cap. Only half way through my drive, I was fairly worried about making it home like that.
Cameron helped me find a solution and even brought it out to make sure it would work in my ride. Everyone in the shop was really friendly and helpful. It made me feel safe and like they really cared.
O'Reilly is always the best place to get parts. All the ones I have been to it seams like the employees were previous mechanics or read a book on it at least.
Guys came in clutch for us we had a coil pack die out on us and they had one in stock and the guy let us borrow his tools awesome staff and awesome place thanks again
The place can’t even keep track of their parts I’ve been waiting for parts since Thursday, tell me how they have reordered them twice already said they’d do over night shipping and they’d be in today then never answer their phone 🤔worst damn place ever I’ll stick with their friend auto zone right across the road
The entire crew was super helpful. They greeted me when I walked in, took me directly to what I needed and helped me pick it out & finally they gave me the discount that I was supposed to receive via email, but never did.
Bob is the greatest! Had a heater hose blow at 1:45pm on 10/2/22. Luckily we made it to Sheetz beside Oreilly in Bedford Pa. Bob helped get us back on the road and was a welcome bit of humor in a less than funny situation. With any luck I'll never have to stop in again, but if I do I'll ask for Bob!
Absolutely 💯. I needed parts for my BMW 2011 /328×I drive & 2013 Z4 the same. Not only where they helpful but then knew their stuff. Its become my auto dealer parts store. I would give them 100* if possible. Debra. E
450 miles from home on road trip with son and we lose the diff on our tow rig.... the guys gave me tools, looked up specs, let me hang out and had another store special deliver the parts to get us back home within two hours. THIS is what customer service is all about. You guys rock!!!
If 0 stars was an option thats what I rate them. Three times I have given this store a chance to get my business. Each time they have given my wife the wrong parts in which I've called for. 1 of the times they said well you need to come here to get the right part the first time. Then they proceeded to give my wife the wrong part. This place is a joke they don't care that you have to waist an hour of your life to travel to and from just to give you the wrong part. Go anywhere else!!!!
I experienced some engine problems on 76 and had called 2 other shops looking for someone to read codes and help me attempt to fix the problem. I was not able to fully resolve the issue , however the staff at this O reilys was very helpful and helped me try to troubleshoot the problem. I was atleast able to get a better idea of the extent of the damage and whether or not I could make it home that way, which I did. Thanks Oreilys
Store employees made sure I had all the tools and space I needed to do some unexpected car repairs while traveling. Very accommodating and understanding.
They have a pretty good selection but their staff isn't very knowledgeable.. I needed an engine crank seal and the person didn't know what that was.. the other thing is they're kinda pricey compared to advance Auto parts and AutoZone
I can't say enough good about this location of O'Reilly's!!! They were the only auto parts store chain within 50 miles that had the part we needed in stock at all their locations. We were broke down 300 miles from home and the other auto parts chain stores were very difficult to work with and gave us the run around, and said it would take two days to get the $15.00 part!! We were able to get the part installed right there in O'Reilly's parking lot, they let us use their tools and when the job was done they let us wash the grease off our hands and were super kind and helpful!!! Don't shop anywhere else!!!
The service is great they price match everything very helpful better than auto zone or advanced auto hands down go to O'Reilly's you won't be disappointed!!!
my fiance and I both were very impressed with this place not only is the customer service very impressive but they also will price match you help you in any way that they can we were both very pleased and will continue going there
