Very disappointed with management and lack of communication. I requested fluids be changed, brakes replaced, rotors replaced, and new tires. After 48 hours it was “ready to go”.
Apparently when I requested these services I was speaking to a manager and the only services provided was brakes and rotors replaced. They “think” the screeching sound will be fixed and tires were never even ordered.
I've been coming here for all of my automotive needs for about 12 years. Never once have I been disappointed with the work nor the prices. Mark the owner is always great to see, and also a very entertaining and unique guy. With the awesome customer service and quality of work done here, why would you take your car anywhere else?
This place has the best mechanics in the area. The combined knowledge of these two guys is amazing. I have found there is nothing they can't fix or a problem they can't solve. Jay is awesome with the diagnostics and Mark is outstanding at bending some pipe. If you need an all around great garage....hit these guys up...you won't regret it.
We broke down on the turnpike just outside of Bedford on the way back to Pittsburgh. Every other garage in the area said it would be days to just look at but they said to bring it in. They looked that day and unfortunately the engine was blown even though still running at reduced power. They offered to ride us to a hotel and leave the car there until we could figure things out. A few days later, we rented a U-Haul in Pittsburgh and picked up the car to tow back. They even helped secure the car before leaving. Very nice, helpful and straightforward people. Didn't even charge for the diagnostic test or storing the vehicle for a few days. Give them a chance at your business if you're in the area.
I was in a time situation and well past a needed car inspection. These folks provided stellar customer service. No Covid excuses here. They got it done!
My son was traveling from Long Island to Greensburg PA when his car broke down all at 4pm on a Monday. I called up Bedford automotive after I googled a repair shop in the area. The staff and mechanics connected me with a great local tow company . They got my sons vehicle and completed the repairs immediately. The price was fantastic and they saved the day. What great guys Jay and the team where.
