Baker’s Body Center was amazing. Caleb was our service rep. We took our Chevy Silverado to them to install a brush guard. Caleb was great and scheduled our installation quickly. He was friendly and knowledgeable and worked with us in every way possible. The shop was immaculate.
The installation was done perfectly, within the time given and they even washed our vehicle when the job was completed. All at a great price.

Never used BBC before. Far as I can see they did a wonderful job. It was only a tailgate on a pickups truck but it looks like new. I’m happy with the results. They were good to deal with and the wait wasn’t too long but I guess that’s a good thing if what they do is in demand. Highly recommend using their service.
My family and I are from out of state and were involved in a crash. I contacted the staff at Baker's Body Center and immediately felt very assured that they were going to take care of the damage to my vehicle. The staff promptly picked up my vehicle and within a very short time period contacted me to discuss what repairs were needed. They did an excellent job working with my insurance company and consistently updated me on the progress. I have worked with repair shops in the past and can say that the staff at Baker's goes above and beyond. The quality of the work and professionalism are superior. I will certainly have them do any work on my vehicles when I travel to the area!
Their work was excellent as usual. I have had to have my car repaired there after a few deer accidents. They fix your care right and always make sure you are satisfied. Good people there!
I first learned of Baker’s after my husband passed away unexpectedly and I was left to handle all things related to our cars. I had two dear friends who were already happy customers of theirs and suggested Baker’s to me after I hit a deer and was so upset! From the moment I called and walked through their door I felt relief and gratitude to be greeted by such a wonderful staff and actually the owner Les, himself! When I realized they did mechanical work as well as body work, there was no turning back for me! From the kindness at the front counter, to their experienced technicians who take care of my car with oil changes, inspections, new tires, and towing service, it was such a comfort to know Baker’s was there for me! By the way, their body work made my car look brand new once again as if it had never met a deer! I have been with Baker’s over 17 years now and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their work and support in every way! They have been such a blessing to me and their staff feels like family to me! I am grateful to know my car is in their hands, but more than that, I know whatever question or help I have or need, Baker’s Body Shop has all of my answers with a smile and readiness to help! I couldn’t ask for more!
I cannot say enough good things about our experiences with Baker’s! My husband had deer damage late this summer and they did an incredible job repairing his truck and also gave it back clean as a whistle! I unfortunately hit a deer in a brand new car and there was no question who we wanted to do the repairs! They did an amazing job and got it in quicker than expected! It was also freshly cleaned when I picked it up! Everyone was so nice and helpful through the process and we are so happy with the entire experience! Definitely recommend to anyone needing body work!
Baker's, to me does 5 star work. They're competitive in their prices and some of the kindest people I've ever dealt with. The work they did on my vehicle was excellent. I never write reviews but in this case I had to make an exception. They deserve the praise I give them because they're the whole package of what to look for with someone you can trust. Wish all businesses would follow.
I work for the umbrella company that owns this place so naturally I take my vehicle there to get repaired... they have a great team that will get you in and out quickly with quality work... definite go to in the Bedford and surrounding areas...

Great job. Although many other jobs at location before my deer incident, the crew were able to finish before their estimated date. Perfect paint match,new car finish, updated at each step. True customer care and service which is missing in many other companies today. Appreciated professional conduct, care and attention to detail and safety in repairs. Hope not to need services soon, or ever but, if I do, nice to know Baker's is here. God bless Baker's and staff.

Baker's Body Center is top-shelf & first class all the way around in my book. Originally, they were recommended to me by a trusted mechanic friend of mine for state inspection when we moved here. And, since then, they have exceeded all my expectations at each and every turn. Their facility is very nice, too. A+++
I have had two cars repaired at Bakers because of deer damage. They do a wonderful job. Always polite and helpful. I would recommend them to my friends and anyone who needs body work.
I thought the price was just a little steep but as long as my brakes work fine that was okay. And they did work good at first but now I have to pump them to get them to work. After spending all that money I shouldn't have to go through this. They put everything new on the back brakes and I put a new master cylinder right before they worked on it. I don't think the brakes were bled properly.
Bad choice. Paint was ok but car parts were put back together very poorly. They did this twice to us. Never going back. We go to Barnes Body Shop now or Thomas Chevrolet Body Shop. Either one treats you great.!!!!!!!
This company is border line criminal charged over $400 for an 8 mile tow then tried to act like they were doing us favors. Wouldn't send my worst ememy to them.
