Very disappointing experience with this towing company.
We called them for assistance and they told us someone would arrive within about an hour. After waiting for more than three hours, there was still no tow truck. Every time we called to ask for an update, we either got no answer or were given different excuses.
When the driver finally arrived, he acted like he was doing us a favor and was very unprofessional and rude. There was no apology for the delay and no communication during the entire time we were waiting.
Poor customer service, terrible communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend using this towing service.
Very bad experience with this towing service. They asked us to pay for the job and we issued an EFS code for the exact amount they requested. The payment didn’t go through because there was apparently a problem with their system at that time.
Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, they were extremely rude to both me and my driver. We were simply trying to pay the amount they asked for, but their attitude and lack of professionalism made the situation much worse.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this towing service. Even if you feel like you don’t have other options, it’s better to find someone else.

My friend and I were in Bedford after seeing the Big Coffee Pot (totally worth the trip!) and I ended up running over a nail and getting a flat later that night. We were able to get the spare on to get back to our hotel. The next day was Sunday and I found out when I went to get my tire fixed that almost no automotive repair businesses are open in Bedford on Sunday, except for Interstate Emergency Services! It all worked out though because the guys here were super friendly and were able to patch my tire lickety-split and I was on my way in no time! Thanks to the team for easily and swiftly helping - making what could have been a huge inconvenience just a minor blip instead. :)
I was waiting on my insurance to send someone for hours until I made a call to turnpike officials. Guys showed up in about 40 minutes, ordered the parts, and next morning I was back on the road! Amazing performance!
Paid 914 dollars for them to lose my keys! had me walk around the back and stand in the cold for 15 mins then had to walk all the way back around to find out they lost my keys then the lady in the front was so put out to have to do her job! Also lied over the phone and said the car was drivable and its not!
I was out of state 15 minutes after. Dot Made the phone call. They were there friendly, reliable, safe was my experience with the driver I am the owner of Rock and son cargo towing and transport. Out of Connecticut, New York and Florida.They also made me comfortable until the stores open in the morning in their lobby was nice and warm. Appreciate it. They also told me what was wrong with my Chevy suburban and help me get to the next step of getting back home to my son. Great company👌🙏🗽

Got stranded on the interstate and Interstate Emergency Services Inc responded quickly and professionally. They towed me safely off the highway to their shop and went above and beyond to help me out.
The staff was respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting the situation handled, not just rushing through a job. When you’re stuck on the road, that level of service matters.
If you need reliable emergency roadside or towing service, I highly recommend them.
Had the unfortunate experience of breaking down on the turnpike during poor weather today :( we were connected to interstate emergency services through *11 and AAA. Our tow truck driver was super prompt and towed us a good 2.5 hours home to Pittsburgh. It was a pleasant drive in an unfortunate situation. Thank you so much Nick! I hope to never break down on the turnpike again, but will drive that stretch a little easier knowing I can count on this team for fair prices and pleasant interactions
They charged me $95 to change a tire on a trailer. It's a regular 16-inch tire, like on a car. Not $25. Not $50 (and that would be too much. A tire change on a Semi-Truck costs $40 tops), but a little over $95. If I'd known the price in advance, I would have driven another 100 miles to a truck stop somewhere. They look you in the eye, they're ashamed, but they're taking your money. Find out the price in advance, or better yet, don't come. I don't understand people like that. We live in the future and like each other here. This comment will cost you hundreds of times more than the extra $60 you charged me. Stupid
Charged us over $300 to come over and tell us the air dryer is leaking. We asked to bypass it as we paid for the labor and they refuse it, they refuse to provide labor we requested. They wanted us to call their towing and pay big money for tow. They didn't try to help, just money in their mind. Don't spend your money.
Had an issue on a highway pulling a load of 35k with VOLVO VNL, couldn’t even comprehend what was causing it, so after making some phone calls, these guys seem to be the only ones that seem to know what are they talking about.
So, long story short, it turns out I Had to replace some kind of bearing on a drive shaft and they were able to complete the job within an hour or so.
Initially quoted for about 600$ for parts and labor but then it costed a lot less than that - 328$ and some change.

AMAZING SERVICE! Amy was so kinds and efficient and made a very sad situation so much better. We were about 250 miles from home and another 150 to our destination when my engine went . Amy took my AAA info and got the ball rolling for us! Within 30 minutes they had our TROOPER of a driver Keyan got us to a shop as close to our destination as possible! A whopping 3 hour drive! I cannot thank them enough and if I am ever stranded in Bedford county again they will be the first people I call!
Both eager and prompt to help following an abrupt blown tire on the turnpike. They happily picked up the phone and were able to bring out tools we needed within a half an hour on a random Sunday afternoon.
Recently had 2 roofing nails in my tire, took my van here and had immediate professional service, reasonable prices. Worked quick, personable, and extremely organized.

Had to pull off before my car died. I called in and they sent Scott out. What a cool guy he took care of me and was a great time to be around. If I get stuck around here again I’ll be giving Scott a second call
I am so thankful for the team at IES. They provided very fast service. My daughter was transported to a safe place by a very kind gentleman. They fixed her car (no gouging!!) and she was where she needed to be that evening.

Driving into Breezewood, our tire pressure light came on. We pulled into the Sheetz discovered a nail in our tire. I called all the local places who either couldn’t help passenger vehicles, or were super busy for the next 4-5 hours. One place recommended we try Interstate Emergency, so I gave them a call. A short while later, we drove (carefully) over and they patched our tire right away. We were back on the road within 20 min. I cannot overstate how friendly and helpful they were. Highly recommend!
This place was nothing short of excellent. We called to make sure they had our tire we needed after getting a flat on our camper , told them we would be there 20 mins, they changed and mounted new tire in no time. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation go smoothly.
They luckily picked us up on the highway and brought us to their shop and then they worked on our car and told us that it was all good to go, but they didn’t install the one thing we needed them to install and now our car broke down three hours later and now we’re stranded
Called for simple broken hose clamp on Volvo truck sent photos of broken clamp. Showed up and made repairs and charged $342.33 to install. Truck made it less than 15 miles and his repair failed. He installed wrong clamp. He come and installed correct clamp and charged another $342.33 to do job correctly and charged an additional service charge. They don't warranty there work and don't take accountability for there mistakes. Recommend using anyone else in area before calling them for Repairs.
One slip of the finger and we were locked out of our RV while it was running at the Bedford service plaza. Of course our spare key holder had vibrated out of its hiding spot. Called Interstate Emergency Services and we were rescued from our predicament in no time at all. Very quick response time! Our "rescuer" confidently was able to open our driver's door with zero damage to the paint, and all was done at a very reasonable price. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
We found ourselves in a risky predicament, with a blown out tire on the PA Turnkpike late on a rainy, foggy, Friday night. Our destination remained many miles away, and impossible to reach on the “donut” spare we had.
This amazing team of dedicated professionals were available near midnight to repair our tire and restore our sense of safety. My wife called them angels. We are so grateful for all they do.
Great experience here with IES. We were picked up within 30 minutes of calling, and were out the door and back on the road within 2.5 hours. They were truly a lifesaver and were so accommodating. We even had our baby with us and it was no problem to drive all of us. Prices were fair as well, especially for a 24/7 service. Absolutely would recommend them!
Nothing short of amazing!! Phenomenal response time, customer service and quick services. Our car broke down on the PA turnpike and we called. Just moments later, we were rescued and serviced safely. I don’t normally write reviews, but their shop was nothing short of exceptional. I had a leaky valve stem on the turnpike, so I pulled up to the shop since it was the next exit. My truck was on a jack, and new Valve stem was installed within 20 minutes. They were only going to charge me for just the part. Unheard of! These fellas deserve 10 stars if I could. I just had to write something because I’ve never received service like this before. this is how ya run a business! A++
We had a major fuel leaking on D13 engine exactly on fuel filter. After doing a PA mechanics mounted filter Unappropriately. Called this shop at midnight, and they came out within 15 minutes and replaced the filter and truck was back on the road with in an hour. Thank you very much.
Truly if I could give them more stars than 5, I would. We got a chunk of metal in a tire 30 miles away on the turnpike, 3 hours in to a 6 hour drive. Called them after another local company recommended them, and despite them being incredibly busy, "bring it on in we will take a look". On a barely inflated tire we pulled in, they pulled us into a bay, repaired our tire and had us on our way in barely a half hour. We had our large dog and they had a safe spot for he and I to wait, they were super nice to us, and definitely did not take advantage of us money wise. You guys set the bar high, what a well run team you have. Thank you for saving the day!
This company is amazing! Very professional, helpful above and beyond. We had an RV tire blowout, and it turned out to be a very unusual size tire that no one anywhere nearby had in stock. Unlike other places we called that pretty much told me "Good luck finding one", Interstate worked hard to call around and find one as fast as they could, which ended up having to be ordered overnight. They picked it up from the supplier the second it arrived, and installed it on site where we were stranded. Even the installation ended up being complicated with stubborn lug bolts, but their guy took it all in stride and got us fixed up and back on the road. Thank you so much to Bill, Kris, Lynn, and the installer whose name I'm sorry I failed to remember. You guys and gals are the best!!!
