Having car issues is my LEAST favorite expense! However, when you have a competent mechanic/shop you know has integrity, is honest, won't overcharge or suggest updates that weren't even necessary, that reliability makes the process and unsurity 100% better! Every single instance of taking our cars to H & W Auto have been a great experience... So much expertise is shared. I went in for a brake and rotor job and brought my own parts. They handled it with no problem and finished the work pretty quickly. The price was fair, everyone I spoke to was friendly, and my car’s been running smoothly since. Solid shop, I will be returning 😊
I highly recommend H & W auto & Truck Service LLC. in Coroapolis. Had my car inspected here last year for the first time and was so happy with their work I returned for this year's inspection. Work done in a very timely manner. Extemely polite and professional employees.
These guys rock. Toyota dealership was trying to charge me upwards of $250 for a tire sensor and INSISTED I needed new brakes. Took my 4Runner in to H&W, they changed my sensor for $70 and inspected my brakes and noted I didn’t need anything new. Will be a repeat customer!
Took my 2024 mazda suv with 8300 miles for an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. Was very pleased it was done same day, no fuss, and affordable. Will be going there again in the future

The team was great. They were quite busy but agree to take a look. They were friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. They contacted me about another issue and explained if it was needed or necessary and the cost up front. Not only were they busy they were kind enough to drop me off at work while they work on the car. If you ever need work done and you are not sure what’s wrong I would give H& W a holler. Scott is the best ever. This is my second vehicle and third trip. Great job guys.
I take both mine and my wife’s BMW here and they take amazing care of them. They do good quality work at a fraction of the price of the dealership and use all genuine parts and don’t cut corners. Won’t take my Vehicles, anywhere else.
I shouldn't even give H&W a 1 star. They are the worst place I've ever dealt with. I have an appointment to my van looked at on a Monday and on Thursday they still haven't looked at it. So they aren't worst a 1 star. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I took my car to H&W for inspection. They were flexible with a schedule change and getting me in as soon as possible. They worked quickly and took care of an oil change too. Reasonable price and very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Great service as always...took it in for inspection and service. Found a issue with the breaks but would pass inspection had them take care of it. Made for a longer day as I was waiting, they offered to give me a ride home.
I’ll start by saying we are Canadians and we got a flat tire at 6am heading home from a vacation. We pulled off the Hwy and asked a couple people at the gas station where we could get help. They sent us to Protek your competitor , we waited outside for them to open. I met the man before he unlocked the door and explained my dilemma. At this time my tire is at 10psi , he told me he couldn’t help me until the afternoon. I asked him if he could direct me to another shop that might be able to get me going faster. He told me to google local ships and sent me lost and on my way. I googled tire repair and found you guys. I called and right away you guys said come on over and we will fix you up. We got to your shop which was literally a block away from Protek and you guys took care of us quickly and got us on the way home. You made us feel comfortable and we’re extremely friendly. Thank you for your help and I hope you guys understand how much we appreciate you. Thanks again for the great work.

If I could rate H&W a “10” I would for quality work and superb customer service. I thank God for honest people and business owners. As a female car repairs can be intimidating but H&W have been fair with not just myself but my daughter as well. I will continue to patronize there services.
My diesel truck had a large coolant leak and I needed a quick repair as I was driving back to Minnesota at the end of the week. I dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday 12/27 with no appointment and they had it finished the next day. The leak is fixed and I am pleased with the work. Great people, great service, and great work. 100%
This shop is the best hands down. They get everything done and quick too. They go above and beyond. We will never take our cars and trucks anywhere else. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you guys for all the work you've done for us. We really appreciate the great work and service.
We have had all of our vehicles serviced and inspected with Duke Hopkins for at least 2 decades. He has always been honest, direct and dedicated in finding the best solutions for us. You Cannot Go Wrong - Excellent Service, Competitive Pricing & Courteous Staff
I'm glad we took our family member's recommendation to go to H&W Auto. We have had great service and the staff is always courteous/friendly. They are trustworthy and their pricing is competitive.
I called for an appointment and explained on the telephone what my issues were and what I need it repaired.
When I brought in my jeep again I had to explain but my issues where and what I need it done which was a control arm bolt repair along with realigning control arms and pinion.
After picking up my vehicle and looking at my invoice it said that they did a front end alignment which has nothing to do with what I asked for.
After calling the shop apparently they didn’t even look at the control arms and completely ignored when I asked for and charge me for something that I did not need. I then sent Scott the owner of the business and email about my situation.
At first he was very courteous and apologetic and offered me a refund to be sent by check in the mail three months later and I still have not received anything. During these three months Scott and I had emailed back-and-forth a few times it got to the point where he was insulting me and tell me that I should get a boyfriend that can work on my jeep.
To this day I still have not received my refund so beware of these guys they have an old-school mentality, obviously don’t listen to women, and do not have any type of honesty or integrity.
these are the only guys I'll let touch my vehicles. They have fair pricing, quality work and they get it done fast. I also have them service all my fleet vehicles for the business. I never had to return the trucks for a redo because they fix it right the first time. You won't be disappointed !
