An oil change, tire rotation & alignment, state inspection, and two lightbulb changes should never take 6 (SIX) full days to get done. There were no repairs needed otherwise.

Brought in my truck for an alignment. I am a stickler for my alignment, and have had to have them re-done several times in the past. First time getting one at this location close to my new employer, and they nailed it. Alignment was perfect, great job!

I had an inspection emergency and 2 leaking tires. I was scheduled immediately and my car was done in one day. Excellent, professional service!

Had an appointment to have snow tires installed. Dropped my vehicle off at 9am. At 4pm, I was finally called and told they had just checked the tire manufacturing dates and couldn’t legally sell them because they were from 2019. Not sure why that wasn’t the first thing checked, instead of holding my car all day and delivering bad news at the end of business hours. I was then told they could install more expensive tires in two days—no apology, no discount, no attempt to make it right. They also said my truck needed a new battery. That was installed only after I showed up in person, and it somehow took 25 minutes, which makes the all-day delay even more frustrating. End result: my car was kept all day, no tires were installed, and I was charged $276 for a battery. Poor communication, poor planning, and zero accountability. I won’t be returning.

Craig was helpful! I spent 6 hours on the side of the road and he was nice enough to wait for me to get to the store and replace my tire. It seems so hard to find nice people any more, I am honored to have encountered him during this time of need. I’d gladly recommend this place.

I came with a slow leak. They found the leak and fixed it. The dealership said it would be about a month before they could get it done. I really appreciate the time and service. They worked me in and they are the best.

I have been to this Firestone twice now for different issues with my car. Both times I have received excellent service for a fair price! The manager and mechanics know what they are doing! I highly recommend this shop!!!

Craig is the standard of care. I brought my vehicle to him on Friday night, 10 minutes before closing. With a full schedule he was still able to fit me in a timely fashion over the weekend and delivered expert care. Will highly recommend to all friends and family.

Made an appointment at this location in advance. They called me an hour before the appointment to tell me that they couldn't fit me in. After being on hold for 10 minutes the guy got back on the line to tell me he could fit me in but wouldn't install my tires that I previously purchased. I would not recommend this business.

The customer service department that I called did not make an appointment for me. They just noted that I was "dropping off my car" which I discovered when I got to the store. My car had a dead battery so I had to wait until they could take care of it. The manager tested my battery and squeezed me into the schedule so I wouldn't have to wait all day. Kudos to the manager of this store. Boo to customer service who did not actually SCHEDULE an appointment.

Blew a tire while visiting friends in town and needed it replaced ASAP. Called and they had my car in the shop and tire replaced within a hour and a half. Prices were explained to me in full before i agreed to an services and the manager didn't try to upsell me on anything. The service was professional and not pushy like most big name auto shops are.

Craig and Bert have service my 2006 Highlander with 351,115.00 miles since purchased with 45, 000 miles. This mileage was only possible with excellent service! The expression " CHEAPER TO KEEP" applies?

Visiting the area quickly - discovered a tire low. Craig/Firestone was able to fit me in and get me on my way. Very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the great service!

I have 3 cars and I don’t live close to this location. In fact, there’s a Firestone 6 minutes from my house. But I’ll gladly drive 30 minutes for this one. Service is honest and reliable. Manager Craig is knowledgeable and helpful.

I had an awesome experience at Firestone Auto! moon. The staff was super friendly and really took care of me. They explained what my car needed in simple terms and didn’t try to push any unnecessary work. The service was quick, and my car drives so much smoother now. Definitely a place I can trust—highly recommend!

They were not polite and more expensive than most car shops in the area. They do charge a $20+tax fee to have your car looked at even if nothing gets done. They definitely are trying to get too many cars in at once and seem sloppy. My car sounded like something was dragging when I left, my bf had to put the piece back in correctly. 0/5 experience.

I’d give 0 stars if I could… Car sat there for 3 days and they still couldn’t get the job done do not bring your car here… go to auto illusions around the corner and when I got in my car my AC was cranked up to the max lol I don’t even ever do that to my car Atleast turn it off before turning off the car guys stink up here. Also they stained my tire with some type of spray lol I mean jeez damaged my car and didn’t fix it place absolutely sucks lucky I don’t come back up there.

Visited Moon Township location with an emergency tire situation. Craig took care of my problem immediately and got me back on the road without an appointment. I would highly recommend this facility for any tire issues.

Too bad I can't opt for zero stars. I used the website to select new tires for my truck. It gave me a price quote of $1,200. Only after taking the old tires off the rims, the store told me they didn't have that tire in the correct size, so I had no choice but to take the bait and switch for more expensive tires. To add insult to injury, the tire change took three hours, with an additional hour for a rear alignment. Two mornings later while doing yard work, I noticed both front center caps were missing. The store couldn't find them and ordered replacements from the local RAM dealership. In all my years of tire changes, I've never encountered a less professional bunch of lollygaggers. This is the second horrible experience I've had with this store. I wouldn't go back there for all the whiskey in Ireland.

Fail state inspection for damp rear shock. Replaced parts and got charge for re inspection. Also Safety Sticker was apply crooked. Is an eye sore.

I'm giving one star because of the betrayal I encountered today. I used to love this place, despite it being part of a chain, and it had become my regular shop over the last year. I'm not one of those clueless women when it comes to cars and these guys know that. So we've had a good relationship because they havent tried to rip me off until today. I had my jeep in for a brake check and an oil change with coupons. First, they tried charging me $85 to change my CABIN AIR FILTER! They cost $12-$20 and take about one minute to change...I do it myself all the time. Second, my brake pads were free on warranty, but somehow I wound up paying nearly $260. That took almost every penny of the spare money I've got right now. Also, I just bought 4 new tires there in November which are still under warranty. Two tires are worn because apparently I have one bad ball joint, which voids the warranty and makes it so that I have to buy at least two new tires again soon, less than a year after purchase. The attempt at charging me that much for a cabin air filter change is what really burns me up though. I trusted them and was willing to pay their high prices; but I'm over it now. That's all it takes. Why can't mechanics just be honest? I work just as hard for my money as you do! UPDATE: I sent the details of my issue to the email below as requested. That person sent my message to the store manager who ripped me off initially for him to fix this. So, he called me and begrudgingly told me that he would never normally do this, but "as a favor to [me], because of [my] situation" he's going to refund my $258. He took my card number over the phone and said he'd email me confirmation. He acted like I should be grateful, still never acknowledging that no cabin air filter ever anywhere would cost $85 and that he ripped me off. HE made ME feel guilty. This was about 24 hours ago now and he has NOT refunded my money nor has he emailed me any sort of confirmation. Beware, these guys are super friendly when you're there. This manager, Craig, has the kindest face and has spent a great deal of time talking politics and whatever else with me as if we know each other personally. Gross. Just so disgusting. NEVER AGAIN! So I guess now I have to drive over there to get my refund in person.

This place does not even deserve one star. I had to select one in order to enter this comment. I took my car in yesterday to find out why it’s overheating thinking it’s a hose or cracked radiator because I know a thing or two about cars having been raised by a mechanic who owns his own business. That being said, I only went to Firestone because they were the only place that could see me immediately. , I now understand why they had the time when other shops did not, probably because other shops do not try to rip people off in such fantastic form. The people at Firestone literally told me that Radiator the radiator alone for my 2012 Acadia would cost 1100 Before labor, when I left, I got on the phone with my father, the Mechanic in Louisiana who unfortunately Cannot see in person at this time since I live in Pennsylvania, I thought he was going to have a heart attack on the phone as he informed me It would be outrageous that a radiator should cost more than $300 for My vehicle, I then called three different auto parts stores in my area here the price is ranged from $250 to 350, The fact that the Mechanic or manager at this Firestone told a blatant lie to the tune of about $800 not even counting how much they ripped me off on labor For sure, is absolutely deplorable, Disgusting, and disgraceful. I informed them when I got there that my father Was a mechanic, I’m guessing they thought he must’ve been dead, Not a phone call away, Unfortunately, for them, he was only a phone call away. I found a radiator. $292, and I found someone with tools and access to a YouTube With the ability to put it in who’s done it before For an additional $200, The people at this Firestone are liars and only out to rip you off. They saw a woman walk in. And thought I was an easy mark they were incorrect. I hope everyone reads this and never visit these con artist again. Also, had I not found someone able to install my $292 My father offered to drive up here and do it himself To keep me from being totally ripped off, the nerve these people showed And trying to take advantage of someone like me? They have no idea they had no idea who they were dealing with I may be a woman But I’m a woman who knows cars and what I don’t know about cars Find out with a phone call. I have fixed many minor car issues on my own. I’ve changed hoses on my own. I’ve changed belts on my own. I’ve changed pieces of a Transmission on my own, the fact they thought I wouldn’t check their story is mind Considering what I went in there and informed them I already knew And the person that I already knew. The unmitigated They displayed was absolutely gross.

I had serious car problems yesterday. Sometimes these bigger companies get bad publicity but the workers at this local Firestone in Moon Township went above and beyond the call of duty. Special shout out to your Service Advisor Craig and Technician Jim! Craig knew my vehicle is my lone vehicle. He knew Mondays are my only weekday off. He fit me in immediately, without an appointment, and had my car fixed by 10am. I know this may not be possible every time an emergency comes up with a vehicle, but that is not going to stop me from giving Craig, Jim, and your crew a special THANK YOU! It wasn't cheap but your workers were worth every single penny I paid yesterday!!!

Amazing experience! I am from out of town and the manager took me right in to fix a new tire that had a valve leak so we could continue our trip to see our daughter. I recommend this company for their swift and excellent service.
