The staff has always been very patient and courteous while I shop there. Alexis is always ready and willing to help when i ask for it.

I went in to purchase A/C refrigerant to recharge my A/C. Looked at the display rack near the register and picked up a can with a hose attached for $39. Brought it to the register and he rang it up for $59 ($62 with tax). I pointed out that the display showed $39. He got the manager (?) and she said they put the can in the wrong place. I pointed out that the sign and the product matched. She then said that the price was marked wrong. I won't deal with a shady business

I came in because I was worried about my battery and it's age. After speaking with Ben Z. he talked me through all the issues I was having and the possible solutions. I in no way felt pressured at all which as a woman was refreshing. I ended up replacing the battery out of an abundance of caution. Did I mention he and the other woman working g did this in 20 degree weather and in the snow? They were so so wonderful and both deserve a promotion or better yet a raise!

As always, it's a good place to get something for quick repairs. And loaner tool program is a budget saver.

I've noticed a recent trend in Auto parts stores. This one was no exception. They hire young ppl who know nothing about cars and don't do their job. The kid that "helped" me took so long looking for the parts I needed only to come back and tell me they didn't have them. Mind you, the computer said "in stock" and the website did too. I made him go back and look again, twice before he finally found my parts. And he acted like doing his job was such an inconvenience. Very disappointed.

I came to autozone because my headlights were damaged and I had no idea how to change them and Alexis Herrera helped me without even asking, she was very kind and the best of all is that it was raining and she didn't care about that, I hope all the You hope you have a person like that who is always willing to help. Thank you very much Alexis.

Standing here for 20.mibutes to cash out for a bottle of transmission fluid. Got 5 working people and all standing around while one girl waits om the only other customer in the store. Don't spend money at this place go to advanced

I was so scared when my check engine light came on! I drove it all the way over and Leo helped me and reassured me everything was okay the whole time! He was so kind helping me out, and even when we found it it was just my gas cap being loose! Thank you so much

The other week I had my car in a parking lot nearby and it wouldn't start. (It wasn't doing anything at all when the key was turned.) I walked over and asked if they could jump my car, and one of the employees agreed. He hooked up a portable battery but my car still wouldn't start.I was told that the battery was full. I informed him that the same thing had happened last week and that hooking up another car allowed mine to start. (I was trying to say its likely a battery issue) Right away he replied pedantically "I'm not hooking my car up to this thing," then left. Some might say that he couldn't do anything for me, (which we''ll see isn't true a bit later on) but either way there was no need for him to be so rude about it. A little over a week later, after taking my car to the dealership's service center, i just found out that the battery was the issue. (It had a bad cell and needed to be replaced.) This means that they could've changed the battery and everything would've been fine. Maybe I shouldn't expect your store to do much for me but at least staff could've been nicer.

One of the best AutoZone stores in the Tri-state. Stopped in to return a loaner tool and was helped quickly by Jamie and Frankie. Really great guys, really great service 👍 👏 👌.

Ahold this place all the do lie to u. Called 1-5 to order part told they would have it by 400. Didn't said in a hour or so it would be there. Called back 1-6 still not there Manger lady on phone said we never ordered that. Than blames it on the other store. Said she does know how I talked to so not her problem. Hello stupid same voice both phone calls. Than blamed covid saying they had no employees. Won't admit she messed up

Bought an alternator online and went to get it installed guess what alternator was defective and i paid the labor which is very expensive. Talked to the customer support they said pay the money again get it un installed send it back to us they will review and if it is defective they will pay labor else no refund wth

The prices aren't exactly the cheapest compared to places like Harbor Freight... but the service and knowledge of the staff is pretty good. And they almost always have what I'm looking for without making a special trip outside of the town.

Ryan and Caleb were awesome, help me fix a headlight. They both made things very easy, which is what I’m looking for at the auto parts store.

Went in to get radiator fluid and the gentleman that assisted me was very helpful. He looked up what particular fluid I needed for my vehicle and helped me put it in my engine. He also checked my other fluids to make sure the levels were good. I always go to AutoZone wherever I lived and I have lived in more than 7 different states and you guys are the best! Thank you! I highly recommend AutoZone.

Great guys work there. I had my battery tested before a purchase and they tested it as good and saved me money. They didn’t have lug nuts for my 2013 F150.

Charlie the manager at Moon Twp. Was fantastic! Efficient and very impressive! He helped with my windshield wipers and a problem I was having with the sprayer!

For stores like this one there should be 10 star rating. I was blown away with how great my experience was here when I needed a new car battery. I have encourage everyone to come here for all of their car needs. Nice, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about guaranteeing I made the best purchase for my car.

I go here for all my automotive needs. They usually have everything I need or stir me in the right direction. I've been using their oil recycling services lately, and the customer service at the moon location is next to none. They have a great staff, and a pleasure to visit!

I strong recommended this store. It is much better than Pep Boys. The service is fast and the staff is very nice. It is my first time to come here. Thomas -the store manger helped me. Not only he helped me to add brake fluid, but also show me how to find where to add and how to Check.

Only redeeming quality of this place is Chip in the commercial section. Had a guy yesterday tighten the battery mounting bolts instead of loosening them to the point that they both bent and stripped before I actually started paying attention to what he was doing and informed him that he was tightening them. No big deal right? It's a junk car but that wasn't a problem before Mr. Battery pro hopped on the job. Manager comes out to mess with it and blames it on the car being old to which I tell him, "no I completely just watched your co-worker overtighten it." He gave me so much attitude about that after I brought it up! I told him his employee messed it up so they should fix it and I didn't care if they gave me new posts or a ratchet strap. Whatever was cheaper. More attitude followed by an attempt to put it back together with the gifted strap. I say attempt because after a few more minutes of fiddling with the j hooks they gave up and said that it was because the box was broken. I gave up at this point said don't worry about it I'll get it and before they could both even walk back in the door I had it put back together and left. It's replacing a battery, not rebuilding an engine. My advice? Ask to borrow their tools to do it yourself. I won't be back which is a shame because I spend quite a bit of money here relatively frequently and I do enjoy talking to a couple of people there.

I come here whenever I need small things such as a new head light or more fluids and let me say the employees are so friendly! One in particular named CJ has helped me out on several occasions and even installed a new light for me(nor mechanically talented). I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of small automotive services!

Greta customer service! Helped steer me to the product I was looking for! The rent a tool system is also great! You put the price they have down for the tool and you have up to three months to return it! If you don't then you keep it!
