Just got back from O’Reilly and had to leave a quick review. Matt, the manager, is seriously the best. Dude went out of his way to help me find exactly what I needed, even checked the back and walked me through the options. Awesome customer service, super friendly, and he actually seemed to care. Hands down the best O’Reilly in town. If you’re in the area, this is your spot. Five stars all the way!
I was having some trouble with my car battery and came to this location of O'Reily Auto Parts to check the status of the battery.
I walked in to meet two cool guys standing behind the counter — "Brian," and "Isaiah."
Brian came out and gave the battery a test, advised me what could be going on, and went inside to check my warranty status. These days it's difficult to find knowledgeable staff who care.
If you ask me, he went above and beyond.
For all your auto part needs, this location is the place to go, and I am very pleased that they were the ones that I had a chance to talk to today.

Saturday night, 8:30 pm, 10 degrees in Pittsburgh, my husband and I get off a plane to find that our vehicle wouldn’t start at the Charlie Brown Airport parking. Jumping it didn’t work. We were frantic and desperate.
JOHN HIDEY at O’Reilly Auto, store # 6640, was an absolute angel sent from God, in our time of need. No exaggeration. He patiently walked me through purchasing the vehicle battery online, the tools to do the work, but most of all….he offered to bring it to us after he closed the store at 9 pm. That was above and beyond in every way. I am so thankful for John. Every employer needs a John like him!! I cannot begin to express my gratitude. I wish I could give 1,000 stars, not just 5. Thank you John for being such a great human. God bless you.

We were broke down in Sewickley. We called O'Reilly's in Coraopolis and they brought us the hose we needed and antifreeze. So nice of them to delivery to older people stranded. I went in looking to order a gasket for a light . Even after giving the young man all the information he needed he still didn’t know what I wanted. Just a heads up for those of us who are very hasty, (I have experienced similar at other places) some employees at these stores are just getting started and iam sure the managers and owners would appreciate some grace and also some encouragement.
I’m super stoked that the old community of coraopolis was graced with this business. They recycle oil without a fee and have everything you could want within the automotive world. I stopped there in coraopolis this morning 10/19/23 and had a question about a light that had just came on in my car. A very nice gentleman who was working in the store came out and not only checked my tires but found that one of them had a bolt in it so he got a tire plug kit and it actually helped me fix my tire he went above and beyond I know this was not his job but he was super super nice and helpful I don't recall his name but he was working this morning around 9:00 I do know that he is from ambridge I recall him saying that. He deserves recognition he did not have to do what he did for me and I will be sure to recommend this place
Went to O'Reilly for wiper blades for the front & back of my Tucson. Mohamad & Jonathan were extremely helpful & knowledgeable about the parts, installation and caring for my treated & tinted windows. They went above & beyond any help I ever received at an auto parts store. With these gents there I definitely will be back.
Muhammad went above and beyond! My van had an issue with my headlight it was burnt out and it was storming. I had a 4 hour drive in front of me. He didn’t hesitate to walk into the rain storm, and help with the problem. His manners, personality, helpfulness and efficiency are top of the line! I have not encountered customer service like this in over 20 years!
He is a huge asset to O’Reilly Auto Parts! I hope he is recognized! He has a huge future in front of him!
I had a great experience! I needed a battery change for my Chevy Malibu. After calling several places O’Reillys was able to help. The customer service was welcoming and very efficient. I would recommend them for anything you need.
