On Christmas Eve, when most people are home with their families, this tow truck company went above and beyond to help me when I was stranded. I got stuck in the middle of nowhere while working and had 2 gentleman named John and Gary come get me out just before dark. They were even kind enough to check that I was okay and safe. Very quick, and drove a long way.

Tiffany's Towing is one of the best local businesses I have ever dealt with. When my car broke down in Coraopolis, I called asking for my car to be towed a little over 10 miles to my mechanic. The owner, Pete answered the phone and said he would dispatch one if his guys as soon as he had one available. The wait was not long and it was the owner who showed up. The service was very professional. My car was treated like it was his car and delivered to the mechanic without issue. I would highly recommend Tiffany's Towing to any one in need of roadside assistance. Professional, efficient, well priced and just polite and friendly!

Good experience. Was having an already bad day then was at my friends apartment and got stuck on a curb. Weird parking situation and didn't see it. My car sits low and could not get it unstuck. Needed a flatbed. Guys were out quick. Got me unstuck in 5 minutes and also didn't charge the full price quoted. Probably felt sorry for me lol Both guys were professional and friendly. Thanks again.

Watched a driver Sunday the 16th, 2025 around 5pm. The driver got on the on ramp from greentree to pittsburgh and blew past cars almost side swiping multiple cars, passed on the shoulder and cut into traffic. Its a good thing dash cams exist for this reason but it still doesn't fix this drivers problem. Would love to hear from the company about this, seems extremely reckless for a tow truck company driver to do this and potentially cause an accident.
My apartment complex “accidentally” had my car towed from the parking lot because they didn’t update my new plates in their system. My car was there for maybe 2 hours max and they charged me $300 to get it back. It’s also under a 4 mile drive from the apartment complex. The man in charge was also super rude and condescending.
If your car was towed by Tiffany’s Towing, call the Robinson Township Police BEFORE you pay them.
Under Township of Robinson Code §394-19, a vehicle can only be considered abandoned or removed if it has remained on private property for more than 48 hours without the consent of the property owner.
Tiffany’s Towing routinely removes vehicles from private property without proper authorization or waiting the legally required 48 hours. This is a violation of the township ordinance.
If this happens to you:
1. Call the Robinson Township Police (non-emergency line) before paying any fees.
2. Ask for proof of written consent from the property owner authorizing the tow.
3. Document everything — photos, time, and names.
4. Do not pay until the police confirm the tow is lawful.
Their actions are predatory and exploit people who don’t know the local code. Spread the word so no one else becomes a victim.

Called on a Sunday right at the start of the Steelers game. Answered right away. Called me back 2 min later and driver showed up promptly. Had to been the nicest kid to come and tow my truck. No one wants to work these days especially on a steeler Sunday. But Tiffany's towing was great.
The guy who got my car out of a fairly tricky position of a weird driveway did it pretty fast and pulled it out in a way it was easy for horrible driver like me to back out of and he was friendly and the guy on the phone was very patient with me when we tried running my card number 4 separate times, which didn't work because it was flagged as fraud (which I didn't know at the time).
Hats off to the guys at Tiffany’s Towing. The owner, Pete, had no problem accommodating me for a special request I had. I needed my 1970 Mustang towed by flatbed from Pittsburgh to Greensburg on a Sunday! His driver was knowledgeable, very experienced, and handled everything with kid glove care.
