This company was absolutely amazing and kind during one of the most stressful days for myself. I believe the gentleman who towed my truck name was Carlos (loved his 49er hat and support). He had a great easy going attitude and was patient with me and my son and even made it fun for him too. I cannot express my gratitude towards him and this company enough. Hopefully I never need another toe again but I know if I do they'll be the first ones I call.

This team was awesome from start to finish and I have no complaints whatsoever. From the initial phone call, I was treated with respect and professionalism. I was given an ETA of 90 minutes but someone showed up in about an hour, which is awesome. Carlos was so nice and willing to jump in to get things handled. It was originally a tire change but we ended up needing a jump. When we popped the hood, wasps came out. Carlos was able to knock those out and keep pushing through. Talk about going above and beyond! Unfortunately, we weren't able to get her running but Carlos was able to push her out and get her hooked up to tow to the nearest mechanic.
All in all, I found them incredibly helpful and priced very competitively. I will definitely be recommending them if ever needed.
So this is how Marcus came into another body shop a week prior to my encounter with ultimate reflections. first and foremost I have to tell you that I'm not from the city I'm from Edmond so when I came in to the city to get some work done on my radiator and some general maintenancewhat was supposed to only be around a hundred two hundred bucks at the most could have ended up costing me well into the thousands it happened in this men I took my car to the shop that I was recommended to buy a friend of mine unbenounced The body shop in actuality was nothing more than a cover for some type of illicit drugorganization I won't say any names because I think that would be irrelevant and possibly a bit nevertheless I find out 3 days later that my car is in the impound by a sheriff's representative via my mobile. I was told that my car was located at at a shop on the but in actuality it wasn't a shop it was an impound and I was out of $261 and my car still hadn't needless to say I was in a state of confusion but the owner Marcus was in extremely well put-togetheryou knew what was going on and he helped me out at every and matter fact he didn't even charge me for two days which you could have got an extra hundred and something dollars for case in point sometimes you get a bigger reward in The end by letting certain things slide.well after paying Marcus to get my car out of impound which I was upset about doing anyway but I had no choice I was between a rock and a hard place when it came to the logistics of what was going on. I called my insurance company Liberty Mutual I must say isby far the best insurance company you could ever have I'm telling you at every end for eighty bucks a month they go beyond what I could have ever expected way better than that general guy at $271 per month and if you are a day late they charge you another $25 but I digress,I'm trying to keep this short because I'm known to go on and on and on and get lost in the translation LOL. Okay so my insurance contacted a local towing company to come through and pick up my car from the Impound service which I assume was perfectly fine after I paid him and what not. I thought I would no longer be involved with this impound situation and the owner Marcus, but that would prove to be inaccurate; adding insult to injury the towing service Liberty used behaved in such a fraudulent manner I began to second guess my insurers choices for services. Nevertheless the tow company that was provided failed to show up at alland still turned around and charge my insurance as if they came out they informed Liberty Mutual that they were not allowed to tow my vehicle because I still owe fines and that I would not be able to have a tow service come out until those fines were taking care of long story short my insurance contacted me and let me know this is what the dilemma was at first I did think that was something shiesty with Marcus but to my surprise the tow company never showedand committed a criminal act by lying to the insurance committing insurance fraud in the end to come to get paid and not do the service well remember when I said you let some things slide you win in the end I did not find out my car was still in Marcos's impound a week to a week in a half days later so long that a certified letter was issued to me stating the direness of the situation, easily I was now in debt up to or over the amount of 1500.00 and I was oblivious to even the slightest inclination that this was going on and let'stransparently clear Marcus was sending me messages to my dad's phone because that's the information I had gave him I didn't find this out until I contacted the New body shop already gun-shy from my last experience and the new body shop says that he hasn't even received the car well I wasI contacted Marcus contacted my insurance contacted the tow company the only fraction to this dilemma that was unresponsive was the tow companythe company itself had completely stopped returning answering or explaining anything concerning my vehicle to either myself or two my insurer...
Our Road Side Assistance sent Marcus out. He was super nice and didn't complain a bit about having to work in the cold rain. The photo was of him gently pulling it out of the drive way. He then gently put it back down and hooked it up the other direction for towing from OKC to Norman.
