There was one guy training another. New guy got flustered and the trainer just rolled with it, unlike my Kia. They were professional and quick. All are home safe. Well they're probably still working but I'm home thanks to elite.
I had terrible service from these people. They add so many extra fees after they already told me a price. When i called they were so rude and dismissive of my questions. Took forever to get my car. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Kodey was the nicest tow truck driver I’ve ever encountered. His friendliness made a stressful situation so much better. He was quick as well and was there when he told me he’d be. Greatly appreciated his service !
Had my car stolen on Christmas Day. Car was towed by this company. When I was contacted by OKCPD it was a mad dash to get my car before they closed at 5p. The guy (possible owner) was one of the rudest individuals I have had to deal with. I was told the car was unable to drive due to damage caused by theft. I asked if the car could be towed to my location prior to my arrival to which the guy told me yes. When I asked the cost the guy wanted to charge over $200 to tow from se 44th and 240 to Western and 240. I find that unreasonable especially after paying $350 to get my car back after I was violated. I understand business and the need to charge for services rendered but there is NO need for being rude and over charging the victim. This guy did not make it easy for the pickup of my vehicle and made me wait 10-15 minutes after arriving before he showed up after rushing me to get there before 5p. Also wanted CASH only to which I had to leave and go get cash. We then asked if he had a jumper box to try and jump start the vehicle to which the guy said vehicle is inoperable. My son was able to jump start car and we were able to drive vehicle home. I then had to cancel the tow I had to arrange after being told car will not run. I Will NEVER do business with this establishment nor will I recommend this place of business to anyone!
I hope this guy finds peace within himself as I question this character walking amongst us with so much hate in his heart.
Elite wrecker received my car on 16th of September and didn’t notify me until the 24th. However, the day that I called them, they proceeded to send me two additional letters stating that they had my car and that they had been trying to reach me without success. As if to cover their own backs. Stating that my number was Disconnected, which is clearly not true because the officer that helped me in the case took down my number. When I went there to ask about my car on September 29th, the owner was very rude and unprofessional, and proceeded to tell me that it would be $700 dollars. I feel like It’s unfair that after getting my car stolen and me not knowing it’s whereabouts that they would take advantage of the situation to overcharge me, when they could have contacted me the day that it was found and picked up by them. My car was found the second day after being stolen yet they had it for close to a week and a half before trying to make any effort to contact me. I understand that they have a business, and that there are certain fees and charges that are involved, what I don’t agree with, is them having my car for so long before trying to make any attempt to reach out to me. Why take advantage of people? They’re very unprofessional and a part of the problem.
Nobody likes getting their car impounded. Nobody. Thats the reason for the 4 stars. But, these guys were at least polite and as helpful as they could be in the whole process. I've encountered some foul humans before in this profession, but these guys, they aren't that. So im appreciative overall.
I brought a vehicle from Tony at Elite Wrecker Service in Oklahoma City. He was very thorough with the paperwork and Helped load the car on my trailer. Very Friendly people and I would definitely recommend them and I will do business with them again. Orville Clinton Claremore Oklahoma

Always top notch service. They've towed for me a few times and never had a bad experience. The rates are fair compared to other companies. Will always continue to use them.
Changed the quote when I arrived and tried to add an additional $200. The owner did everything in his power to make sure he added as much as he could, then proceeded to blame it on the state, and was rude about at the entire time
