I wanted to give a big shout out to AM Sean and associate Maddox for treating me so kindly when my alternator went out on my car! Maddox was extremely helpful in finding the right part, after diagnosing the problem. Sean allowed me to keep my car in the parking lot until my mechanic arrived to replace the belt that was missing. Thank you guys for the professional service and kindness! I’m back on the road!

Was having issues with my truck needed a can of valve cleaner for 14 dollars. I had $100 bill and $10 cash. Waited for 5 minutes for the manager I believe his name was Tony to get off the phone and get my change. He immediately looked at me and said we're not a cash store normally people pay with cards I can't cash your $100 bill. I asked him again you don't have change for $100 in your store? He said no, people normally play with a card. If you want to buy Auto parts with cash don't go to that store I followed up with calls to the regional office which told me that was not correct. They were very polite to me and said they would follow up.

Had a dead battery that forced a check engine light. Not cool on a newer truck. Kaleb greeted me as soon as I got there and helped me get it fixed and was super kind and nice the whole time. He’s awesome. Autozone would be mad I even walked in the door. O’Reilly has my business from now on. Thanks Kaleb!

I buy every piece of automotive equipment that I can from O'Reilly's. There is even an AutoZone halfway in between my house and this particular O'Reilly's. I have done this for 12 years, and will continue to do this because of experiences that I have with them like I did today. My front driver side headlight went out, and as I told the man who helped me I had never dealt with that before. This has been my fifth car and I've never had one go out. He could have let out an exasperated sigh and said, "Oh man, I'm sorry, but it's going to be $160 to replace this and that", and I would have been none the wiser. But instead, he showed me that it was just loose and showed me how to check for it in the future myself. Thank you. This is the only automotive place that I've ever been that has never made me feel like an idiot, despite how lacking my knowledge is in this field.

The guy that helped us was AMAZING! HE KNOWS SO MUCH!! He helped us with wax, leather cleaner, windshield wipers (which he put on for us) and was so kind and sweet also! My new go to car store!!

Went to look for engine stand bolts for my friends engine stand me and him are 15 he has a 1969 ford mustang and we had to get bolts for the engine stand and they didn't have any

Useless! I was looking for spray paint to cover a scratch on a Toyota Highlander and neither Kaleb or Christian (manager) have a clue about the paint code for this vehicle. I showed them the picture of the label on the driver's door and they just said "can't see it, is not there". Mistery solved by myself after a quick google search. Going to another store to buy the paint because these two i. d. i. o. t. s know nothing about anything!!! Slow, clueless and couldn't care less about helping a customer.

They are awesome. We had them check out our battery, alternater, and starter. All checked out good. Car is hesitated to start so we might have water in the lines. Bought some stuff for it. Thanks for helping us.

I walked in and told the cashier "I need a gas cap for my Chevy." The guy behind the counter thinks for a second and says "OK, that sounds like a fair trade." In all seriousness, this O'Reilly Auto Parts has always had everything I need in stock. Fast, friendly service. Good job O'Reilly’s, good job!

I went to O’Reilly’s after noticing my passenger headlight was out. I’m scared of replacing the bulbs myself, knowing they can burst rather easily. I let them know my concern, and an associate along with Ruben, the manager, got to work and replaced it for me. If you know newer Jeeps, they don’t make anything easy to work on... Ruben and his team member were able to get the newly purchased bulb in within minutes and I was on my way. I was very happy with the level of “we can absolutely do it” and prompt action attitude of this staff!! I will definitely be returning for any of my auto needs. Thank you so much for your help!

Very disappointed! In the past I have always had good experiences with other O'Reilly's but not this one. My 18 year old daughter called me when I was out of town working to let me know that she had to jump start her car twice that day. I told her to take it to O'REILLY 'S to get her battery checked. They did check it and determined it was a bad battery. She then went into the store and purchased a battery for 130 dollars and was told when she got it changed out she could bring the old one back to get her core charge. No one there offered to change this little 5' 1" 110 pound girls battery for her. She then left the store carrying her 50 pound battery to her car no help from the employees. She then got into her car that would now not start because of the load they put on a battery when they test it. She calls her boyfriend who lives a couple miles away to come help her even though other empoyees see that her car wouldn't start. After he gets there and they ask to borrow tools an employee finally helps after my daughter had sat out in the cold for a long time. I have advised other women in the past if I were unable to help to go to AutoZone or O'Reilly's and never had a problem until now. When I called the next day to express my disappointment to the manager it was one excuse after the other from his employees not being mechanics to it being to cold outside. Needless to say I will never shop at this store again!

I have a reliable AutoZone here in town. Drove to Moore, because I needed a part today and this store was the closest to have it in stock according to the website. Absolutely no help from the inexperienced kids running the counters. They're clueless about anything they can't find at the computer . There is an AutoZone down the street that is much more helpful.

Kids that work here don’t seem knowledgeable or able to help with much more than scanning a barcode. More than once they haven’t carried a part that I’ve found at the next closest parts store.

O'Reilly's is a top-notch and First Class Auto Parts store. Every time I go in, they have always had the part that I needed. It's amazing they can keep so many parts in such a small space. The staff is friendly and helpful, and it only takes a few seconds for them to look up your part and give it to you. They also have a wide selection of other car care products for you. Go in and give them a try.

Noah and Derek were INCREDIBLY helpful! We called another comparable auto store and needed someone to drive to our broken down car that was less than a half mile away to see if it was a bad alternator or a bad battery, and they said "no way!" Derek and Noah said "no problem!" They helped immediately and diagnosed the problem, then helped us find the right alternator to replace the bad one. They were incredibly kind and didn't make me feel ignorant or like I was a bother. So incredibly refreshing. I will always recommend this store and these individuals to anyone like me who doesn't know much about cars and needs help. Go see Derek and Noah at the Moore location off Santa Fe!
