I just wanted to say the driver that came to winch me out this morning did an amazing job and was very professional. He was quick to arrive. Roadside assistance quoted me almost an hour for arrival but they showed up in 25 minutes. I was pulled out in no time. Even though I was up against a barb wire fence, no additional damage was done. Incredible response by Nathan!!! He contacted us before we were even off the phone with Shelter’s Roadside Service rep. I put them on hold to take his call and assure he had a good location on us. He was superbly responsive, competent and friendly. Nothing was a big deal to Nathan and he was just an exceptional provider.

Shawn and Melissa ( I'm sure everyone is these are just the two lovely people have dealt with) are amazing. Melissa was very polite and respectful but fun to deal with on the phone knowing that I was having a hard day she made me laugh in the midst of this storm. And then Shawn showed up earlier then time frame quoted with a fast and secure knowing that my car was going to be in good hands and get to its destination in one piece. This is the third time I have used them and they are absolutely amazing. Thanks again guys for another wonderful service. Five stars because 10 isn't an option! THE BEST!
I've had my vehicles towed multiple times by Fat Alan's and they are amazing. They're always very customer friendly and professional, especially the last driver I had named Andrew. He was very helpful and quickly got my truck loaded up and dropped off with no issues. I highly recommend them if you need a tow.
This company is amazing. If you have an oversized truck with a lift and larger tires these guys are the way to go. They are quick to respond and showed up for me in about 30 min. I can not say enough about this company and their customer service. 10/10 recommend.

Zach came out tonight to help my daughter and I change a flat tire. Normally it's something I do myself but with an injury to my arm I wasn't able. We're so happy with the service we got from Zach! Not only was he quick and kind, but he made sure we had everything we needed and knew how to properly and safely operate our vehicle while using the spare without being condescending (unfortunately with other places that's not always been the case). We left all smiles and so relieved for the kindness shown. Would glady recommend to others! Thank you again!

This service was the best. Came as soon as he could. He was stuck in traffic. Called to keep me updated. Tried everything he could to get me up and going, even when through my trunk to get my keys for me. Just to find out it was my alarm on the car had locked everything up. He looked it up on YouTube. My car was stuck in the parking garage and couldn't start. They had timely response, friendly staff, and managed to save me from the 7 feet clearance! They towed my vehicle to the repair shop in no time.
I had just got off work and somehow ran over a wrench. It lodged in my back passenger tire. This happened at about midnight on saturday night I had to be back at work the next day at 11am. I live about an hour away. I called your towing company and the gentleman was so kind and helpful. A co-worker was nice enough to drive me all the way home. I left my keys at work for him to pick up. My car was 1/2 mile away. He towed it back to hospital for me so i could have someone change tire the next day. Service was top notch. Highly recommend Fat Alans Towing
I was thankful for their timely unlock services! My 2020 Cadillac isn’t supposed to automatically lock from the outside while the key fob is in the vehicle…but it did! On top of that is was a day that we were under a PDS tornado watch and they showed up regardless. He was quick and friendly. 10/10 recommend!

Can't speak on price, as it was paid for the people fixing our car. However, Customer Service was SPECTACULAR. Great Communication skills, Care to Car and quick. I had requested roadside from Progressive and they first got me contacted to another service provider, but that provider seemed like all they cared about was getting paid for their miles (which I understand that is how they get paid, but in progressives system it showed the right address but on their side they said it was something different. I politely said I would reach out to progressive to get it fixed and they replied back, well I ain’t going until it gets fixed in a very rude way.) so when I called Progressive back I asked if they could connect me to someone else and they got me connected to Fat Alan’s Recovery which exceed my expectations. Less than 20-25 minutes and he was there.

Great service! Wind chills were in the negatives, and my diesel gelled which caused the truck to breakdown on the side of the road. The driver kept me well informed of his status and how far out he was. I was having the truck dropped of in my driveway so I could fix it the next day, and he unloaded it with precision right where I needed it.
The guy came and changed the front tire of our daughter’s car, got the job done in less than 30 minutes after being called. And this happened right before midnight!!! Thanks again, Aaron!
Let me tell you the tale of how a 90-minute wait turned into 3 hours at a gas station. The short version: car broke down, stuck at gas station, pouring rain. Extended service plan has roadside assistance. Bonus! Call ESP ask for tow truck. Time is 7:52 p.m. need car towed from gas station to repair facility. All locked in, estimated 90 to 120 minute wait. That's normal. Hour and a half pass, call tow company. Get call back from Justin. "30 minutes away." Fine. Busy night. Time passes. Total time elapsed: 3 hours. Call ESP, they call tow company. 10 minutes away. 15 minutes later, Justin shows up. Loads car up, almost drives away with a SIDE DOOR OPEN ON HIS OWN TRUCK. Takes the most convoluted way to get to destination. Dropped car in parking lot.
Do not, under any circumstances trust this service team with their promises of when they will get to you. Strap in for a food long wait. Mine was from 7:52pm to 12:01 am.
The first time a used Fat Alan's towing was February 2022. The insurance company had given us another towing company. They had promised 2 hour wait time which turned into 5. So we called Fat Alan's and was out there in 30 minutes in that bad snow Strom.
Today my daughter's car needed a new alternator so we had them tow us it took them 1 hour to get to us. After being fixed we were taking the car back to her when our second car lost power on the highway. So we had to call them again. This time 20 minutes wait time. That's twice in one day that you had helping us out. THANK YOU!!!!! Glad we don't have any more cars 🤣.
