Well last Friday I came to this store to get a emissions solenoid. The guy told me that he would have to order it, and it would probably be around 12:00pm for the part to come. So he asked for my phone number. I waited for the call and never received one. So the following day I called the store asking did they have the part for Mr. Mukes and the guy said it came in I'll go back and check. He comes back to the phone to tell me it wasn't there. So I called back today which is Monday and some guy told me it was sent back yesterday to the warehouse 🤔 don't make sense to me because it had to be there whenever I called Saturday. Well needless to say I went to the store on Sunnylane and 44th and they had the exact part in stock. I'll never do business again at the store on 12th end Eastern.

Went to this location last weekend to pick up parts for a project truck I am working on. Guy at the front counter looked up a part and told me it was non serviceable. I assured him it was and told him he may be looking up the wrong part. I am an auto mechanic and just needed an inline fuel filter and the guy kept circling back to the in tank filter on the fuel pump. He looked at his manager and he came up and without even asking me questions or looking the part up said " some parts we just cant get. Sorry I couldn't help you" and walked off. Left me irritated. Went to a competitors place and they found the part within a couple minutes. Hire better managers or you will lose customers. I have sworn by O'reilly's since I was a teenager (39 years old) and the mechanic shop I work for has an account with them. I am not giving up yet but please do better or I will (including my shop)

DONT let them touch your car! Went today to get a vode checked they wiped all my programs out changed display and somehow removed programs when clearing BEWARE save ypurs

Came to buy a blinker light and he told me he would changecit for me. He came outside barely looked and said he didnt have the right tool. I go to the one in Norman and come to find out the guy at the MOORE location also sold me the wrong light. The girl at the NORMAN location not only swapped the light out for me but she also switched out my light. I will not be returning to MOORE location!

Great place to purchase replacement parts, maintenance items, and specialty tools at a fair price. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. If you need parts or supplies for an oil change, I highly recommend Moore O'Reilly Auto Parts.

Little high on price, but the service was great. They are a lot alike to the other competitors when it comes to product in store. Online shopping holds more products than in the store, free help with diagnostics and windshield wipers, etc..

huge thank you to Tim Weaver for teaching me with his OWN PERSONAL tool set. Came outside in the cold on January 6th, 2025 just to help (and teach) me change two diesel batteries. Please give this guy a raise and some recognition, Thank you Tim .

Tristan was very helpful and helped me with my Toyota Tundra radiator fluid he also helped me by checking all my fluids. He was so nice, he explained and answered all my "probably silly questions" to him that I had. I for sure give him 5 stars. Because of him going the extra mile for me is why I will now continue to come back. 😊

Always helpful and willing to help me find the parts I need. They even look up my past orders to help me find the same parts again. They are very helpful and helped me find specially sized sockets for my jobs.

Long story short I bought a jump box I asked if it wasn't strong enough to jump it can I return it he said yes. It wasn't strong enough I tried to return it and couldn't and lied about what he told me I have shopped at this location for years and never been treated like this the jump box it a tax write off so I'm not going to cry over spilled milk but they won't ever get the chance to treat me that way again.

Love my local O'Reilly! They always are willing to help me find what I need and today that was simply replacement break lights. Kolby was kind enough to come help me figure out just which lights were out and help me get them replaced and me on my way. Thank you Kolby and O'Reilly for your kind and helpful attitude.

I was sold the wrong part for my vehicle, drove 45 mins and tried to take it back in. The “night manager” Travis refused to help us. Refused to return our item, wouldn’t Let us exchange it, wouldn’t call his manager, refused to help us fix the issue completely and asked us to leave and come back when the morning manager was in. Completely rude and as a manger the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Couldn't return a hex bit set because I used one bit out of the set, one time. Product was in like new condition, box even intact. There is no statement on my receipt saying no returns if used, and I was only returning because I needed 1/2 instead of 1/4 drive. So a sale was still being made. Ridiculous policy to have dealing with automotive tools. At least a bit set. I get electronic tools but these are impact rated bits I used with a breaker bar. Will not be shopping here anymore.

Never going back to this store. Travis was a rude employee with a bad additude and unwilling to refund my part even though i had purchased it 10 minutes prior. I dont know what kind of training theu give these kids but they should all be fired by the manager that he waa so quick to paas the bucket who conveniently was not on the store. Absolutely ridiculous.

Got some pretty good looking front seat covers here. Can be a little pricy just about everywhere. Back seat seems to be "universal fit" which gives us more loose ends than we'd like. Employees were helpful.

The absolute worst customer service ever. No one greeted me. I walked up and down the aisles of their dinky little store and nobody offered to help me or ask what I needed. When I did ask someone for help he said just a minute and never came over to help. I've written a total of 2 bad reviews in my life. Thank you O"Reilly. This makes three.

I had wonderful service! They helped me get my bulb changed in my break lights so I was back on the road safe in just minutes! Super friendly, helpful and very professional! I saved so much money pulling in for a quick change! I highly recommend.

The crew at my local O'Reilly's always takes care of me. Store is clean and we'll stocked, with parts arriving almost hourly if they don't have something. The quality of parts is much better than other big-box parts stores with longer mean time between failures on electrical parts, especially on remanufactured items.

The employees at this store are always so great! They go above and beyond every single time I go in for any reason. They quickly help me find exactly what i need and always help me change whatever part it is that Im there to pick up. I drive way out of my way to visit this particular O'Reillys and highly recommend it! ***Join their rewards program!! Usually have to ask but its a good thing to have and earn some points/rewards if you're gonna be spending the money anyways:)

It’s a 2 because of the friendly service. You’d think a computer giving you the exact part number would mean getting the correct oil filter but human error wins again. It’d be nice if the manager would even pretend to care about the inconvenience but that’s apparently too much. I’ll drive the extra mile for a store that cares about its consumers.

My family loves O'Reilly's. It is a first choice for Auto Parts whenever we need them. I have never gone there and not gotten the part I want. The staff is friendly and helpful, and it takes just a few seconds for them to look up on the computer the part you need, and then they can find it in just a few seconds. It's amazing they can have so many parts in such a small space.
