This is Alexander, and I’m beyond impressed with the service I received! The mechanic did an outstanding job replacing the steering wheel shaft in my car. The work was done quickly and with exceptional attention to detail. Not only was the job completed to perfection, but the mechanic also took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which I really appreciated. Mechanic showed me a steering wheel shaft and described in detail all their work. Thank you for your professionalism and great service—highly recommended!

The guy's here are amazing and did such a amazing job on having to replace my whole muffler!! I have a muffler that is Japan made so they had to wait alittle bit for it to come in but that was fine. They forgot to get my number and had a old one in the system so the owner actually went above and beyond to find me on fb and got ahold of me that way. I would have eventually called but i thought that was awesome he took the time to do that. I am a patient person and was able to wait also, but once it came they replaced it from front to back and i haven't had any issues. I was also recommended to come to them from my dealership as they was way more reasonably priced then them!! I highly recommend coming to them for services. Please keep being great!! My car started running loud and I was told I had an exhaust leak. The first shop I went to wanted to replace all parts for over $1k. This place was able to repair the part instead, saving me an extreme amount of money. Highly recommend!!

They were able to fit me in with short notice and get my car’s resonator fixed quickly. They clearly explained the issue to me and gave me options for repairing the car. Great service!

Gary and his team are great. They’re honest and won’t try to screw you over like many repair shops would. I will only come here in the future for my automotive needs.

Since my truck was out of it's original warranty I wanted to find a place for service and repairs. I had heard good things about this place and they were all true. I had my rear brakes replaced and Gary was very helpful explaining what was going on and showed me the actual parts and why they needed replaced. Very thorough work and excellent pricing. You need not look any further if you need your vehicle repaired. Excellent.

Saved me so much time by taking care of a swollen lug nut that Costco Tire center couldn’t handle after purchasing tires from them. A neighbor recommended Top Value and they removed the lug nut on the house in no time. These guys know what they’re doing!

Absolutely standup auto repair establishment! They fixed my rattle in the front end (Shocks & Struts) for much less than the Lexus Dealership, and with ten times more courteous service. The lady behind me when I was checking out asked if someone would put air in her tire for her. The gentleman behind the counter did not miss a beat. Told her very kindly to pull her car up to the garage and they would take care of it. How you treat your non-paying customers as well as the paying, I think speaks to the integrity of the shop.

We have used Top Value for my truck a few times over the years. Every time was courteous service and a job well done! I would highly recommend them! They aren't out to rip you off. So glad I was guided towards them. They replaced my muffler again - being it was a lifetime warranty, they replaced it with no questions asked. Honest!! That is what I really appreciate about this place. Dropped my Jeep off Friday late afternoon so that I wouldn't need to get a ride early Saturday to drop it off for my appointment. Early evening I got a message it was finished!! Finished Friday when the appointment was for Saturday!!! Highly recommended this place!!!

If you have auto/exhaust needs, this business is fast, reliable, honest, and friendly. It comes highly recommended by a woman who's been raked over the coals once or twice. I have recommended them to anyone who has an automotive problem. If there was a 10 star review, I'd give it for this company.

Have been using Top Value for 20 years. Several cars over the years. Always get expert service at a very fair price. Better than that, you can trust them to fix only what needs fixed. A repair shop you can trust.

Gary is absolutely wonderful! To make a long story short I was 2 weeks outside of my warranty and Chrysler would not help me. I brought my car to Gary because when you drove it, at times it would feel as if you were hitting a rumble strip. He identified the issue and got me over to somebody who could help repair my transmission. He answered every question, took every phone call, and did everything he could to help. He referred me over to transmissions by Rick whom also did a fantastic job and was very fair in their pricing. I'll never go anywhere else.

This is Alexander, quality of service was excellent. Front desk manager is very friendly, patient, intelligent. Price is good too. Friendly and professional. I came to this service center with miss-fire issues in my car. Miss-fire was a cause/result of few other complex problems and Top Value guys were able to find root cause such as fuel-injector issue, acid build-up residue in spark plugs, starter issues, miss-fire in cylinders etc. These guys have a lot of experience and they seem to outperform all other local places in this field of work. This place was honest, reliable and fast. One of the good things, is that mechanic even placed old parts nicely in boxes back into my car, so that I can bring old starter to parts store to get a rebate. This is very nice and honest work.

Came in this morning to get my exhaust fixed. Rich was able to fit me in today, found the parts I needed and charged a very reasonable rate. My car was ready this afternoon and I will be returning if I need anything else to be repaired. I highly recommend Rich and the mechanics at Top Value.

These guys are excellent! I went there mid-morning with a loud muffler and they fixed it that day at a very reasonable price! If I still lived in Canton I would definitely go therefore all my car needs!

Very Honest, Very Professional I'm from out of state and had to an emergency muffler problem. They squeezed me in to find my problem. Knowing I wouldn't be a regular customer I'm sure some place else could have charged me much more, but they fixed my muffler at a very reasonable price. Also helped with a smaller issue at my request without hesitation. Rich was my contact and was friendly and professional and trustworthy.

I was referred to this garage, and I am so glad. They are reasonable, quality work, and have a friendly staff. If you need work done no matter what the job, I recommend them. I called and they fit me in same day. After my repair I had questions and they were extremely courteous. I will be back here for whatever my next car need is.

Gary is highly recommended . Very honest, reasonable prices, and tells you what needs done now rather than trying to get nothing but money from you . I'll never take my car to another garage and neither will my family. Excellent work!

They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with my car after Downtown Ford had failed multiple times. The guys are friendly and the prices are fair. They have gained a new loyal customer with the top notch service they provided.

I'm not a big review guy but these people earned one. I took my high modified performance street car to them for a broken exhaust and they welded it so it works and sounds like new. No more rattles, only peace of mind for a FAIR price (which is hard to come by now-a-days). A+ for Gary the manager and his staff
