You guys ready to help make this make since? They sell tires without the rim in singles for around 22 dollars right up front, on a rack, ready to go. Decent price right? Well, you go do the labor, use a special tool to take the tire off of one of their cars, which because of the special tool, is why its not taken off the car, bring it to the front, get charged 65 dollars if its aluminum, get a tire shop to put on this new tire to your car, bring their own core back and they give you 15 dollars in store credit. The first point is, I can get a brand new, mounted, balanced tire for around 90 dollars without going through the bull crap with pull a parts. Second point, how does it make since to charge me more than what it'd cost by more than double whats readily available on your 22 dollar rack? You make zero dollars if its just sitting on a car. So over this place.

genuinely cannot get connected to a live agent at canton, i need to ask a specific question. I keep getting the phone hung up on me before I connect to an actual person.

I hate to say it but unless your grabbing an engine or some high value part, dont waist your time. They are trying to charge people half of what brand new parts cost. So if you want a 100 dollar oem part, they will charge you 50. Sorry but if it take me 3 or so hours to pull something, there is zero way thats worth the 50 dollars I'd save. And its junk. We are taking a calculated risk getting used parts, pulling them ourselves, and you guys have it that we should pay half of brand new oem parts? Ill never come back.

Pull-A-Part Akron has some issues to work out but Pull-A-Part Canton was excellent. I needed a battery and went to Akron 3 days in a row. No batteries. Went to the Canton location and had over 40 to choose from. The staff were attentive at both locations. Thanks for having a battery at 1/3 of the cost of new.

First time being here..the ladies where verry nice,verry helpful..I knew what i needed and they pointed in the right direction to the row that I needed to go..was in and out within 30 minutes with the part and saved me over $200 dollar part from the dealer

Cars are organized. Yard workers helped me with an engine hoist. Their website makes it easy to find cars in the yard. And you can be notified when a certain car you’re looking for gets placed in the yard. Cheap prices. I pulled and engine out of a Kia soul and they loaded it up in my truck with a forklift. Defiantly will be back

Cashier Dawn was very nice however the manager came out the backroom with an attitude talking about charging me more money about $18.00 more for a fusebox with 6 fuses in when they charge $2.00 for a bag of fuses. Make this make sense. I will be expecting an explanation for this.

Was in canton and needed help from a month ago Kaitlyn helped me and saved the day she is so wonderful

nothing like driving 45 mins one way to ve told im bot allowed to go into the yard apparently my money isnt the right shade of green for pull apart

It's great I love this place always got the parts I need however I was most disappointed with one of the employees named Dawn she was very rude and disrespectful and straight accuse me of trying to steal stuff I spend over $ every time I go there and I've never once been accused of stealing something even the other employees were looking at her like they knew what she was doing was wrong but still allowed her to do it

What a blessing to have a Pull-a-Part in our area. Can't beat their pricing most times and who doesn't love a good trip to the "junkyard". Used to be a 5/5 place but the yard has started to go down hill.

They came to get a car that does not run out of my driveway. The whole process was fast and easy and everyone was very nice and helpful.

I went there today because it was 50% off for VIP'S, plus it was my Birthday. I was there to get tires for my Tracker. They are hard to find the right size. My son and I found 2 good tires on chrome rims for $87.00.

Was there last year the aisles were nice and neat between the cars you could put a golf cart down through them and it was really tidy. But i was there last weekend.the first nice day we had in awhile had some stuff little stuff up and it look like a bomb went off there the main aisle had debris all over it couldn't get in between the rows of cars. Just came off as no one's been out there to even clean up the yard. Was kind of disappointing to see. The lady checking Us in was kind of rude but the girls at checkout very helpful and nice

Shari helped us the moment we walked in the door and was extremely kind and helpful with purchasing a vehicle. Clean bathrooms is always a plus!
