  Mohamed came to tow my car with a dead battery to the shop to get a new battery. He checked the battery and alternator & explained to me how my battery was fine just a fluke. I did not need to be towed or need to replace my battery. He was so helpful and kind and did not talk down to me because I am a woman. I highly recommend Broad and James towing. Mohamed is an amazing asset to their company!!!

  Today I hit a pothole so big it left me with two flat tires. I called my RSA and broad and James towing was sent. My driver was Mohamed. He was amazing!! Great conversation, great vibes, music, and he offered me water! Best towing experience considering my two flat tires!   Had a good experience with the driver knowing how to properly load my motorcycle. Wait was about 50 minutes. Only complaint is the price was $199 for a tow that was about 5 miles. Not sure why it was so expensive.
