One of the most caring companies i have ever met! Me and my fiancé were stranded in columbus and nobody could or would help us get all the way back to Findlay. We sat stranded for 4 hours and finally called them and they immediately accepted to help us. The tow truck driver Mitchell was one of the most amazing individuals I have ever met in my life. I had a great conversation with him on the ride home. Such an amazing person and so sweet! I just met the guy and I already consider him my friend. On top of that, the dispatcher and the boss talked over the radio to us and congratulated me and my fiancé on our engagement and our child coming soon in March 2026 as well as Mitchell the driver! Thank you for helping me and my pregnant fiancé when nobody else would!

I was on my way home for work when my low tire pressure light came on. I was close to Broad and James and when I arrived my tire was close to being totally flat. It was almost time for them to close for the day when I got there and they said that they would take a look. About 30 minutes later they came out and said that it was fixed and that I was ready to go. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for taking care of me.

Mohamed came to tow my car with a dead battery to the shop to get a new battery. He checked the battery and alternator & explained to me how my battery was fine just a fluke. I did not need to be towed or need to replace my battery. He was so helpful and kind and did not talk down to me because I am a woman. I highly recommend Broad and James towing. My car had to be towed to the shop in order to be fixed. It wouldn’t start and I assumed it was something with the battery or alternator. Mohammed showed up quickly and was able to check my battery and alternator, he was very kind and informative. Mohammed called and coordinated my roadside flatbed request with speed, professionalism, and most importantly joy in a timely manner. It is one thing to get exceptional service and a completely different level when the employee is truly happy & provides exceptional service. I hope to never use them again, but if I need a tow, I know where to go.
Had a good experience with the driver knowing how to properly load my motorcycle. Wait was about 50 minutes. Only complaint is the price was $199 for a tow that was about 5 miles. Not sure why it was so expensive.
The company was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. The gentleman that does the scheduling was very kind and that means a lot at a stressful time. He gave frequent updates, and everything ran on time. The gentleman that towed us, was very positive and up beat, knowledgeable and talked us through every step he was taking. I will be recommending them to friends and using them again in the future.
Our insurance company tried to send a tow company that took over two hours. I finally cancelled them and Broad & James Towing showed up within 10 minutes (after estimating a 30 minute wait). The guy who arrived was amazing and held a great convo with my husband. (I wasn’t there - so they coordinated it all over the phone.) They were kind on the phone and really empathetic of our situation. The price was great to tow it several miles to our preferred shop, which is close to home. I wish I had used them for repair since I know they’re so trustworthy and reliable. It’s so so hard to find trustworthy and reliable people in this industry, especially as a woman. They were so respectful and kind. I just can’t get over how amazing the experience was after being so stressed with the other place.

Amazing 24 hour service. I found myself stranded in the middle of the night and Broad & James were so friendly and helpful when I thought there was no hope of getting a tow. I felt like we faced obstacle after obstacle but the tow truck driver (who’s name I can’t recall) was so calm and collected and got everyone on the road safely. I called for a tow. They were able to get my car towed and dropped off in less than 90 minutes. The driver was cool and professional. He delivered my car with care. The price was cheaper than one other place, but comparable to others. What hooked me was the turn around time. What got the review was the service.
The first pic is before the tow. The second picture is after the tow. It added a few hundred on to my repair, had to replace the cv axle after the tow. They were fast and friendly but added to my repair cost.
Broad and James has always been great for me. They are fast, efficient, reliable, and honest. They have frequently been on the lower end of cost estimates with the ability to get it done quicker. Jim especially has always been very open and honest, often giving me the most economical option and telling me how to save money. Nobody has ever been pushy, they get my vehicle in fast, and I have not had a single issue with their work. I recommend them often to people and will continue to take my vehicles there as I am able.
The driver was prompt, friendly and thoroughly professional. If I’d had any cash with me I definitely would have tipped him. I’m including the pic I took to show my wife how things were progressing.
