I'd steer clear of this place. Drove over an hrs away for a motor that we paid for in advance for last week get they get the motor loaded only for a guy to come out and say thats not the right one and they don't think they have it there. Go in talk to the front desk was told on the phone they matched our VIN to said motor we paid for and it was a match we'll it's not. But they did say oh we can get you a new motor for over 5k we'll duh I could do the same who would want to do further business when you can even do something as simple as matching a VIN before even making you pay in advance!!
I would recommend you try finding your part somewhere else they are higher than anybody else they want to send you a stupid email for you to pay for it first then they say it'll be pulled by the end of the day you might see it sometime the next day it is really terrible they need a better system they're the only place like this
I’m so happy I called this place. They had exactly what I was looking for. I broke the rear sliding window on my 2018 GMC Canyon. I couldn’t find the sliding window anywhere. I must’ve called about 30 different places. Everyone wanted to sell me the full window. Mike was so helpful in finding me the part I needed. The transaction was very easy and I was able to securely pay for it online and he even had the window quickly sent to their sister store in Lancaster, closer to where I lived. I will definitely use this company again If I need another part, hopefully I won’t.
Bought an electric rack and pinion from these guys and it went out and I originally talked to the wrong guy and he told me some bad information and I had to buy another one. The owner called me and apologized and was great and gave my money back where do you get that at? Overall them making it right and treating me with respect made me change my review. Not may auto part suppliers would do this.
Buckeye went above and beyond with sourcing a very hard to find part they normally don’t sell. Will be calling them for any parts needed in the future!
I wouldn't recommend doing business with them, they are very rude arrogant and treat people with disrespect, yesterday I called them for my escalade 2018, I asked him a simple question can I see the door for visual inspection before buying it, He Said "NO YOU CANNO'T YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT BEFORE YOU SEE IT", then i asked him that is fine but what if there is dent or scratch on it and i don't want it he said "THEN YOU WILL PAY RESTOCKING FEE AND SLAMMED THE PHONE", I've never seen or worked with such a rude people
Amazing customer service! I ran into trouble paying for my parts (issue with my bank, not the fault of Buckeye Auto Parts) Wes was very accommodating and went the extra mile to make things easy for me! Wes greeted me personally when i showed up and another employee did a great job helping me load my purchases into my truck! I will be back for future business!
Called to ask about what scrap parts this yard may accept. Spoke with Greg. Apparently junk yards are the bottom of the barrel for customer service. Ok, fine. Acted angry that I even asked about what parts they accept. “We only buy whole cars with title here!” Hung up on me before I could even finish explaining all that I had to sell.

This place is awful. Sold me an engine WITH A WARRANTY, the engine blew head gaskets a couple days after installation, the manager agreed to pay for machining the heads and now he's unreachable. I would steer clear from EVER getting parts from this "business". They do not go by their word or their warranties.
Very rude, I called looking for a simple part and the whole time he’s talking fast and very dismissive. Hung up on me, then I called back and told him I wasn’t finished and didn’t even apologize, 0 stars!! Thanks.
I gotta wonder where all the low reviews on customer service and rudeness come from. Just purchased a rim here, for a great price. From the phone call to the in person pick up, I had nothing but a great experience. Did not encounter 1 rude person. Would definitely return for future needs.

I called in because it shows they have a certain part for a car I need. Talked to the guy goes and says yeah we would never sell those types of parts because we would never be able to take them off and we just don’t sell them. Just was plane disrespectful and doesn’t even know how to take a part off.
Had a great experience as a 1st time customer. Needed a specific auto part. Buckeye was the only place that had this exact piece, spoke with Chris.
He was very quick, efficient & even negotiated a lower price. 24 hrs later, the part was in my hands just as he described. The interior is organized, neat & easily accessible. Chris was very trusting assuring me if I had a problem with the part, he would totally refund my money. How much better could this experience have been? Not!

Needed a tailgate for my truck. I dealt with Andy. He made the process friendly, fast and painless. I had a 3.5 hour drive so I wanted to make sure the part was right and in good condition. He followed up with pictures to show me if it was what I needed. Salesman was great, part was great and reasonable. Highly recommend. Ask for Andy.

It's not your typical salvage yard. Very clean interior, with super friendly staff. They have a wide selection of parts as well. My father has been coming here since they opened. Now that he's not able to work on vehicles, It's up to me to keep it going.
I will 100% be coming back here for any of my auto parts needs. The guy Chris was exceptionally nice and went above and beyond my expectations as an employee.
Great experience! I called in and spoke with Chris. He found the part in their system and quoted a price. I went to pick up and was suprised how clean a salvage yard office could be!
Chris remembered me calling in, and found my quote. Called the yard to bring the part to the office, and it was in nice condition as described.
I was there all of 15 minutes max, and they helped 4 customers, in and out.

Bought a $2300 transmission with a 1 year warranty. It lasted 2 weeks! I called and they said I need to get it to their warranty people to make sure it was installed correctly. I LIVE IN DAYTON!!! If it was not installed correctly, would it have worked for 2 weeks?
Do not waste your time with these scam artists.
I actually had to call them back because after my initial call, 2-3 days prior,
my call had not been returned.
I have purchased thousands in parts from this company, but will choose elsewhere next time. Customer put 3,000 miles on a used transmission, installed February 2020, it lost reverse after 11 months. 1 year warranty was purchased but vehicle sat. 2 months go buy and customer reached out to get repairs done in April 2021. I understand it is out of the technical dates but the transmission lasted 3k miles and 11 months. Don't bother buying their warranty.
(Craig or Greg) was very helpful. It took me a few days to get my transfer case, but it took no time during the pick up. Thank you. Lord knows I don't want to need you again, but if I do. I'll be back! Thank you again.

I was highly impressed with how easy this place was. I needed an axle for my 04 accord and they had one in stock! I ordered it the first day, they pulled it, then called me the next day for pickup. I’d say if you know exactly what you need already, then just call them to order the part. That will save you a trip in there. The staff was friendly enough. Great place to buy used auto parts in good condition and they seem to have just about everything.
