Call for a tow from the shop to a repair shop. Driver showed up on time and was super friendly and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about his job and got it hooked and delivered with no issues thank you!!
Just needed my very large an heavy tool box moved from my work place to home due to retirement. Driver was super cool an took his time to load an unload to make sure there was no damage to the box. Excellent job, price was very reasonable.
Called up there to see about getting my ID back and the lady was all around rude and hung up on me and the copped an attitude with my baby daddy when he called about it because it is his car. She really needs fired not the first time she has gotten rude over a simple question
I called for a tow after waiting 45 minutes on the side of a busy interstate for another company. The woman who answered the phone said the name of the company then immediately put me on hold where I waited for several minutes. When she finally came back, she asked what I needed then told me the tow truck doesn’t go that far on the weekends. According to Google Maps, I was .8 miles from their location and I could see the skyline of the city in my rear view mirror. Do not call this place on the weekends if you are in a tight spot.
They did a great job and very fair with their pricing. They answered my questions and resolved things promptly!! Hopefully, I won’t need them again. But if I do, I will call them!
Hit an icy patch on the highway and swerved off the road. Managed to get stuck in a ditch. The dispatcher was excellent. Tow truck arrived within 5 minutes of my call and was very polite, empathetic, and helpful. I wish I could remember his name. Overall, it was a great experience.
I waited for many hours for a tow from AAA. I called Capitol Towing and they had our truck towed in short amount of time. The driver and dispatcher was excellent to work with. I would recommend them.

Waited almost 2 hrs. Took 10 minutes to change my tire and did not have a compressor on truck to add air to my spare. After all this it cost over $150. Not worth the time or money spent. I wish I was able physically to change my own tire, but I was desperate and had to have it done
The guy came pretty fast and had it hooked up. I needed a close tow, maybe less than 6 miles away from where it had to go. The dispatcher forgot to say they charge port to port. That was ok, she might of just forgot. We'll he hooked up the dump truck and took it around the corner which maybe took 35 minutes total. But i went to work maybe a hour later and seen him just heading back to the port after dropping my truck. So its port to port but the driver can take as long as he/she wants to get back and make up anything.
Thanks for the tow, that was just crazy to me. A hour job max time took 2 and half hours... icing on the cake, the port was only 10 minutes away give or take!
