I highly recommend k&k towing, towing has always been quick, and never a long wait for them. And their hospitality is amazing, both times I’ve called I’ve gotten Ron, and he’s a great guy, always turned my sadness of car problems into laughter when I needed it most. they came to tow my car and lifted my vehicle in the air with someone inside my vehicle. refused to lower the vehicle. i let them know that in the state of ohio it’s illegal to life a vehicle with a person inside of it, they kept telling me otherwise to the point i called 911. they are now trespassed from my building for ANY services.

Whoever drives the red tow truck is extremely rude and knows his vehicle is bigger than anyone so expects everyone to back up or move out of their way… even if you’ve got the right away. Almost hit me and didn’t move when it was clearly my time to go. Don’t understand people like this
Excellent service with K &K towing! Car overheated and quit in a parking lot today and after calling and quoted a time, John ,the driver called and was at my location in a half hour. Professional, friendly and got my car back to a shop in Sunbury with no issues. Took great care of the car and paying was easy and quick and John and his nephew John are excellent employees. Should I need a tow service in the future I'll know who to call and will be referring them to anyone else.
My experience was phenomenal with K&K towing . I had been waiting for snow trick through AAA for over 3 hours. Around 10 pm - I refrained a call from AAA that despite sending be an ETA confirmation for towing they were unable to secure a truck . I reached out to a couple towing companies here locally . K&K towing was the only one to ensure they could pick up my car . They kept me informed and were able to deliver within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend them as a prompt, professional business.
After waiting 3 hours from AAA and then being told it would be 3am we called K & K towing. They had us a two truck within 30 minutes!!! Professional, great communication and efficient! Thank you!
K&k is an amazing company although they have an employee who is just beyond disrespectful and out of hand I wish I could see them remove him as he’s damaged cars with me in the car repoing good company
Dispatcher was kind, and driver was one of a kind. JR really knows his way around Ohio, and is a an artist in his craft with how he’s able to move the truck around with a vehicle attached to the back. Not only that, JR also gave me the most solid mechanic recommendation in the area (U N Automotive.) I truly trusted these guys, and I was left with nothing less than more faith in righteous people. After the tow, and the mechanic, I drove my 2004 Jeep Wrangler TJ 8 hours all the way back home to western North Carolina through the mountains. Thank you JR!!!
Broke down an hour away from home with my family while towing a trailer. Gave these guys a call and they were quick to come tow us home. They had to send two vehicles due to me having the trailer and to haul the family. Very courteous and professional. I highly recommend. I will definitely use again if needed!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!they was sent through AAA to take my car to the shop. Why the driver was here it took him 15mins of him calling people to see if I had to pay anything.. He finally told me it was only his second day and his cousin trained him for his first day and he was out by his self on his second day.. it took him like 12 times to get lined up with the tow the car. But he also damaged my car and there are Denying doing any damage to my car.
I called to talk to the manager who wouldn't give his name and was very rude.
Company gave inaccurate timeframes and inaccurate quote. Did not disclose that they offer one rate for cash and a separate rate for credit card. Driver would not unload my non drive-able vehicle at the auto shop until the payment was made. **Bring EXACT change if you’re paying in cash. Drivers do not carry change.**
They were prompt and friendly both times that I've called them. The only reason for four stars is that I don't quite understand their pricing. The second time I called, it was only about three miles from where I was before. There was a difference of $43 (?)
Otherwise, no issues.
Had an awful experience last week. We called in for a tow, they told me it was $4 per mile and that's all they shared. I, of course, say that's a great deal! They failed to mention the $150 charge to hook the car to the truck until they dropped us off. Horrible business practices! Not to mention the tow truck driver was driving 85 mph with our car behind it. As we followed behind him in a separate car. Upon drop off of vehicle it was 100% apparent the driver was definitely impaired/buzzed with some substance. I 10/10 would NOT recommend this company.
Truck broke down on me, called K&k, got a call from the driver Jr shortly. He showed up 45 mins later as he said and took quick care of my truck. He was polite and professional and knew his job, I'd recommend them.
Great service from these guys. Driver was professional and arrived earlier than quoted. After a terrible experience left us stranded over an hour and a half from home, K&K made getting my SUV to a repair facility easy. Thanks again guys.
After being strung along by AAA on getting roadside assistance and looking at waiting up to 6 additional hours after already waiting 2, we called K&K. Great Communication, very responsive and courteous. They had a truck to us within about 15-20 minutes of calling. Very thankful for their help!
Do NOT go to this business. The owner and another tow truck driver hit my car when I was completely stopped, apologized and said they would take care of it and that I was lucky they didn’t leave the scene. When the police got there they denied ever hitting me.
Nick was an amazing tow truck driver and made sure my vehicle got to where it needed to be and went out of his way to help me put my car where I needed it specifically he was very polite and very respectful and outgoing now I'm going I want to give Nick a big shout out for his duty in line towing my sandbox chevy malibu ltz on July 7th at 10:30am
Need your vehicle towed? This is the place to do call!!! I called today needing same day towing as soon as possible. I needed my truck towed from the north side to the east side and they were fast in getting to me and getting my truck to the location. The driver was so kind and friendly! I would use them again if need be and I recommend anyone else needing services like towing to contact them. You won’t regret it!
These people are GREAT! I called on a Sunday...told them that another place couldn't help me...so then they got me on a conference call with one of the drivers and he was like "yeah....we can do that...no problem "....then said he was leaving soon and would be right over--which he was! I live about 20 minutes from their business and he was here within 20-25 minutes! So refreshing! Very impressive because I know the weather is kind of bad right now. The nice tow truck driver Chuck used something called a jump box to help the battery to get the car into neutral. It took a little bit more time but he said it was much better for the car if he could get it into neutral. Very pleasant experience and if I ever need towing I will call them again. Thanks again to phone guy and Chuck for GREAT customer care. Chuck was also extremely efficient yet gentle with our precious beautiful car. And I can be a high maintenance customer and sometimes hard to please!

Normally you get a tow company and their trucks are dirty and messy, and they have to clean up a place for you to sit. Never expected to give 5 stars for a tow. How did k&k towing beat expectations? Were open. Answered phone quickly and great desire to help. Quick, free quote that beat competition. Fast service (like super hero type fast). Handled everything without me around (3rd party pickup and delivery). Called to give updates when arrived, when loaded, when dropped off. Took credit card over the phone. Five stars.
I wanted to add a photo, but literally could not catch up to them as they were done so quickly. RD was Super fast.
My daughters tire blew out on the freeway I called another company who told me they couldn't get to it until tomorrow and hung up on me. I called K& K and he said tell her I'll be there in 20 to 25 minutes . He had her home within that time frame. Great customer service. Just wanted to say thank you again. The gentleman whom we dealt with was very courteous and timely. This company will get my business from now on.
