Their website claims they guarantee their parts. Unfortunately this is an outright lie. I bought a part from them that didn't work for my car even though they said it would. When I called to return their "guaranteed" part, I was shouted at at insulted by an extremely rude man on the phone.

On August 5th, 2023, I paid $344.79 ($321.99 and $22.80 for shipping) for a trim piece for my car. The item I received was damaged, so I contacted Strategic Auto Parts via email and sent pictures of the damage. They filed an insurance claim with their shipping provider and on September 28th, asked me how I would like to be issued my refund. I responded two days later with payment options, but I never received my refund. Since then, I have repeatedly emailed and called to try to get my refund, but I have yet to be paid. It has been nearly ten months.

Changed my mind about purchasing a part from this low life jerk. He got passed off and called me a liar. That doesn't sit well with me. I wouldnt do business with that company regardless of his prices.

I had ordered and paid for a Jeep Grand Cherokee seat. 2 days later just b4 it was about to ship I discovered that it was the wrong color. This issue was NOT the responsibility of StrategicAutoParts. At midnight I sent a worried email to Samuel with Strategic Auto. The next day I received an email from him telling me not to worry about it and he cancelled the order and refunded my money. It is a rare thing to find a business with that kind of care with regard to customer service. A big thank you Samuel. I will always try to bring my business to them.

Left word for a call back on a hard to find seat track. Mr Williams found it, tested and sent it to me in 24 hrs. Great service, great source of quality used parts.

Top quality merchandise and services. The part that I initially bought was the wrong part for my car. I contacted the customer service and they were able to simply exchange the wrong product for the one that I should have ordered in the beginning. Shipping was done swiftly and they were very understanding of my situation. I will patronize them for my future parts needs.

Found a part for 1995 Rolls Royce that I couldn’t find anywhere else other than the inflated dealer parts department. Shipping was fast and the item was in great condition. The mechanic had ready within a couple hours after I took the part to him. This site is a car restorer’s dream. They worked with me to find every part needed to complete my project.

I was given good customer service with a detailed explanation of the items I inquired about. The guy I spoke with was very patient with me as I had several questions; after ordering, I was provided with prompt shipping. This made the process efficient and no hassle on my end. Do not shop here. I bought a part on April 14th got charged for 2-3 days shipping 9days later I do not even have a tracking number. I have reached out to them several times with no response from them. Order #102356355.

At the moment, Strategic Auto Parts is receiving a one star review from me for refusing a return on a part, but this could change. I would have no problem with their decision if it were in line with their written policy displayed on their website, but it is not. They make no mention of refusing returns on electronic parts, only that they would retest them and may charge a 20% restocking fee, and I’m good with that. All I ask is that they abide by their word. All I ask is that people honor what they say or write. Finally, when I called to confirm return instructions, after being denied I asked for the owner’s name and the parts guy said it was on the website, which it is not. Then when I asked for his name, he hung up on me. Nice!!!
