Total scumbags. Sold me a lot of equipment at auction and set appointment via email for me to pick it up on Monday at 11:00am. I drove 200 miles in a rented van to find a locked building, no employees and a phone that never gets answered. I waited at their parking lot for an hour and fifteen minutes before driving back empty-handed. They called me when I was halfway back to Pittsburgh, not to offer to make things right by shipping it to me, but to give lame excuses for their complete failure to do good business. When you sell things on an auction site with nationwide reach, you have an obligation to honor commitments and at least have a phone that will be answered during your supposed business hours. Unless you enjoy having your time wasted and losing money, it is best to avoid this place.

Another surplus store that advertises hours and wheelchair accessibility, has a phone number, but you can't actually visit. Also does not carry any surplus electronics as per the person who answered the phone.
