They did a fantastic job on my car. They communicated very well…kept me informed with the progress and my car was finished earlier than I expected. My car looked like it was brand new, and you can tell that they take pride in their work.

This is NOT the repair shop for you if you want: - Your car fixed without them causing additional damage - Your repair to be fully completed in less than 8 months - Your phone calls to be answered or your voicemails returned The shop left my lights on for 4+ days after completing my repair which killed my car's battery. They took zero accountability for their mistake and I ended up footing the $200+ bill for a new battery. At first, they tried to have my insurance pay for it (original damage had nothing to do with the battery), then said it must have just been an old battery. They completely ignored the fact that their own employee left the lights on causing it to die in the first place. I was reluctant to write this because I was optimistic that they would take responsibility for their mistake and make it right. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Take your business elsewhere.

Went here only because it was in network with my insurance, Took it down 2 stars because about 3 days after receiving my car back my passenger opened the vanity mirror and the cover was broke. Not sure how that happened or what happened but it wasn’t like that when I took it up there, I used both vanity’s as a sun shield the day taking my car up and they were fine. But other than that body work looks okay and they offer a warrant on the repair they do, which is good. Job was also done very fast. Customer service is pretty okay but I haven’t brought up the vanity issue to them because I don’t want to have to drive it 45 minutes to fix something that can take me 5 mins and costs $3 so I don’t know how they’d react to an unsatisfied customer.

Love these guys, very effective in their communication, professional, and finished my car ahead of schedule. Took care of rental needs in house as well.

I have taken my 2002 Camry to Central Ohio a few times and have always had the best experiences. Now that I have a new car, I will definitely trust no other body shop even if I have to drive all the way from across the city. Tiffany was very professional and knowledgeable and the shop team treated my car impeccably even though it wasn't a high end car. My car has always come out of the shop like I was driving it off the showroom floor! I can only imagine how perfect I'll be able to keep my new car with their help in the case of any repairs or mechanical work. I highly appreciate it because it is so difficult to find honest people.

It took almost a month to get my car fixed, but the parts were on backorder. It was nice that they sent me periodic updates & it was finished on the date promised. Plus, everyone was very friendly.

I came to this shop for a bumper replacement, they had confirmed the rental reservation for me the night before and the staff was friendly and helpful. When they had an estimated date of completion they called and left a message; they included information regarding what the insurance company would cover once they called upon completion for the rental . My car was finished way ahead of the estimated date and when I picked my car up they had washed it and vacuumed the inside. Thank you!

From the time I dropped my truck off to the time I picked it up everyone was so professional and polite. I developed a good rapport right away with anyone I spoke with. They coordinated the rental car through my insurance company so it was there waiting for me when I dropped my truck off. Then I just dropped the rental off when picking my truck up. The whole experience was very easy and seamless. My truck was completed in a timely manner and looks great! I was blown away when I was told they have a lifetime warranty on their work. That tells me they take their work seriously and stand behind it. That's the type of company I want to recommend to others. Thank you so much Central Ohio Body Shop, I couldn't be happier!

This is the second time I am having to use Central Ohio Auto Body and Repair for my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. The first time I was rear ended on rt 33 on my way to work in September 2021, took the vehicle here for repair and was updated along the way, was able to get Enterprise to pick me up here and I was able to drop the rental off and leave it when picking my van back up. The body work done was wonderful and I can't say enough about the mechanics and staff (very professional!). Fast forward to March of 2022 and in the same vehicle I hit a deer on rt 36.....I know amazing luck I have right?! This time the front of the car was awful and had to be towed to the shop. I have been waiting since mid march to get my van back, but that is because production on parts and shipping has been awful. I have been updated by not only my progressive representative but the shop as well. I just called a few minutes ago to check in on the status of the back ordered bumper and what customer service! I apologized for calling and the tech said "never apologize for inquiring about your vehicle status that is what we are here for, and I am sorry we haven't been able to get your vehicle back to you sooner. Call anytime to check on your vehicle status!" Great customer service along with excellent detailed work is hard to come by these days, so THANK YOU Central Ohio Auto Body and Repair for your hard work and dedication to our vehicles as well as the customers! -Christina

Expert repair with attention to detail and care of craftsmanship. Customer service was awesome throughout with regular updates. My vehicle looked better after the repair than before the accident. The team came through for me in time to take my vehicle on a road trip.

I was extremely impressed with my experience at Central Ohio Auto Body. My car looks just as new as the day I drove it off the lot. I would suggest all of my friends and family to get any of their auto body service and repairs here. They pay great attention to detail and they work fast!

Great experience and faster than expected. Front bumper replacement was expected to take a week or longer due to availability of parts. But I got it back 3 days sooner than expected. I do have a small chip in paint remaining (on the good around a headlight), but it's small enough where I'm not concerned about it. Experience with a rental was also great and made things easier as well. Communication was excellent.

Disappointed with the quality of work done to my car. My 2017 Subaru BRZ was in an accident and I was recommended by progressive to take my vehicle here at the expense of the at fault party. I didn’t notice these imperfections at first as I was happy to get my car back and I went on vacation right after. 1. The panel gaps between the hood and the fender, along with the fender and the door or noticeably bad. 2. The front bumper is not clipped in all the way. 3. My alignment is still off. 4. The door makes contact with the fender when opening it. (Noted by my passenger) Attached are pictures of the side in question, along with the other side for comparison. I was able to pull out the fender so that it no longer comes into contact with my door. But this was still something I should not have to do to have a functional door Overall, I’m happy to have a car to drive, but I’m just disappointed in the level of work done with my car. The only reason why this isn’t one star, was due to the fact that it was done early. But I’d rather have my car fixed correctly, than fixed fast.

Grady and team did a great job on my Honda Accord. Not only they got me a new bumper at good price but also took care of minor scrapes around the car. My car look like new. Highly recommend them for any auto body job.

I had a run in with a wild mailbox. I saw the first one, but the second came running across the road and got me. Seriously, I backed into the mailbox while on a trip to VA. I checked online for an excellent repair shop in the Dublin/Plain City area and Central Ohio Auto Body and Repair came up several times on Yelp with many positive reviews. When I returned from VA, I met with Grady Nance and the estimate was spot on. When I picked the car up it was just gorgeous. Thank you Grady and crew for the excellent job.

A little history to start here. My Father passed away at age 67 on 7-2-2019 of cancer and my mother gifted me my Father's car earlier this year for my birthday (Infiniti 2009 G37x). Unfortunately on 7-2-2020, I hit a tire in the middle of the freeway causing major damage to the undercarriage and fender of the vehicle. My insurance company totaled it after the estimate from Central Ohio Auto Body and Repair. I was heartbroken and sad that the car that still smelled like my Dad that he had driven me in so many times could not be fixed. I spoke with the man that runs this shop (Grady) and not only did he listen attentively to my desire to get my car fixed, he even recommended how we could get it done. This guy is straight up a good person. Grady did a detailed inspection and determined the car was fixable and at a fair cost which was covered by the total even minus the salvage fee. He ordered all original parts and the car looks and drives beautifully now. Not many owners/managers actually listen and take the time to understand how much a car means to a customer, but Grady sure did and then some. What's more is when I picked up the car he came out to meet me to go over the work and always kept me updated on my vehicle. Not just a great experience but I met an amazing person and will always recommend and use this body shop going forward. Great people that truly care about their customers. Also I wanted to give recognition to Tiffany who was so pleasant and forthcoming during the entire repair process. I cannot thank you enough for fixing my late Father's car and doing such an amazing job to make it look brand new. He would be proud of you guys too. Thank you! Jeff Amos

After hitting a deer in my lime green Spark, I chose Central Ohio Auto Body because they were suggested through Geico. Not only did they do an amazing job with my repairs but spend an extra 3 days getting the paint color just right. When we picked up the car the hood prop was missing. The owner of the company found that to be unacceptable and adjusted my deductible. I just took the car back for a 2nd look and the grill's chrome trim is defective. A new part was ordered and I will have that replaced next week. Grady has gone above and beyond in my opinion. I will recommend Central Ohio Auto Body to anyone looking to have repairs made. Well done!!

I wrecked my truck and destroyed the passenger side. I took it to central Ohio auto body and they did a phenomenal job the whole passenger side of my truck looks completely brand new no Blemishes dents scratches nothing. In the customer service was amazing

Hands down the best auto body repair shop I have ever been to. Got there Monday morning to meet with Geico's damage adjuster to estimate the damage to my car after another individual side swiped us. An hour later car is being worked at and I find myself in a rental car to continue my day. I was promised that the car was done by Friday but could already pick it up on Thursday. Car repair was done flawless and my Honda Odyssey received a new fender and bumper. Thanks a million to Grady and his team! You are really holding up to what you promise: "Setting the standard for auto body repair in central Ohio". So if you are in need for some quick and awesome repairs, look no further and give them a call.

Central Ohio Auto Body and Repair did an excellent job fixing my Ford Fusion which had extensive damage from a hit and run last June. Everyone I spoke with was extremely gracious and informative, keeping me up to date as the repairs progressed. My car looks brand new! Thank you Tony, Tristan, and Tiffany :)

Went to get an estimate for my car, they took pictures and said they would get back with me. 3 days later, nothing. I called and was promised a call back, never received a call or any type of communication. If you don’t want my business or too busy to take on another customer, have the decency to let me know. Very disappointed.

No one wants to have damage to their vehicle or file a claim, but I recently changed to Geico and I’m never looking back. Not only is this the best experience I could ever have hoped for with an insurance, but my car looks brand new after Rudolph hit it on Christmas Eve. Thanks to both the repair shop for the fantastic job, and to Mike and Mitch for the easy insurance process.

I can’t say enough good things about the auto body repair shop. I of course hate that I have to go there, but when I go the staff always makes me feel comfortable and confident that they can get the job done. Super friendly staff, and great work. The work is done quickly, efficiently, and for reasonable prices. Not to mention that my Geico rep can meet me there and get me into a rental quickly. They just make life easy! Ask for Bob, he’s the best!

My car was hit twice in the past year. I went to a shop closer to home the first time and it was so-so service, had to go back for a fix of work that wasn't right. And final product had color match issues. I picked this shop this time even though it was slightly out of the way for me because of their 5 star reviews. It was the right choice. Really nice people who make you feel very comfortable being there and with the process. They know what they are doing and they care about you leaving happy. Bob the manager is great and despite that this was an insurance claim, they offered some tips that were outside the claim that were valuable to me.
