Needed a headlight replacement and was helped by Bethany, who gave me helpful recommendations and ended up installing two new headlights for me for no additional charge despite the fact that my car gave her a bit of a hassle with the headlight access. Had to buy a headlight replacement, Bryan helped me and changed it for me. I was in and out within 5-8 minutes. It was quick and efficient. The store was clean and organized as well.
The counter guy told me he had bad news my starter was going to be $570 some dollars (2017 ford f150 xlt ecoboost turbo )I told him I was already at another O'Reilly store and numerous other stores that didn't have it in stock and it was only $169 and he said that he was right and I was wrong good luck so I want to cross street to AutoZone I bought the starter for $169 got a $40 core charge return I called him to tell him he made a mistake so he wouldn't do it again and he basically hung up on me wouldn't send anybody there

Though I stumped the workers for how much coolant my car needed for a complete flush, they figured it out and pointed me to the best bang for my buck brands (that weren't complete garbage either)! Little pricey but I understand the cost of overhead so it's not big deal. Thanks, guys!

The guy behind the counter was more interested in whatever was on his phone than helping me find the correct product. I figured it out myself.
I'd give you a 5 if he helped but so be it. Experience was only a 3.
Overall good parts and service with the exception of a few employees that need more diverse training and better customer service skills twords minorities I really hope the lack of this training does not cause the store to dwindle maybe someone can go in and investigate and give the correct training to make things a little better here
Employees know their parts. I'm an older man that is a gearhead and it is hard to communicate with someone that doesn't have the knowledge to talk with me. Nothing against the young ones. They are not exposed to automobiles like my age bracket was.
I took a super start battery into them to test. It failed the test. It was in a vehicle I just purchased. It was clearly date coded 6/21. Becouse I was not the original purchaser they would not warranty the battery.
They'll send a special order back after only three days without calling you to say it's in. Then when you come in to check on it, they'll act like you did something wrong.
The guys here are some of the best when it comes to your automotive needs! They will figure it out when no one else can. I fix all of my own vehicles and this is the store I buy my parts from.
Jason at O'Reilly's in painesville on mentor ave across from planet fitness was that a huge help. it was a rainy and kind of cold day and I stopped at advance Auto parts and they would not put in my my front headlight that I got from a different store. I took that have light over to O'Reilly's in painesville and Jason did not even hesitate he took that headlight on my hand and went and installed it for me. He had it in very quick and it is not an easy job to get this headlight on. He was very pleasant very helpful good guy to talk to and the not hesitate to help thank you o Reilly's and thank you Jason!
They had the parts i needed. The kid said he would hook my car up to let me know what the codes are that tell me whats wrong with my car but never did. I wont hold it against him it was bitter cold.
