Fantastic service towing my 90-year-old mother‘s van from her home to the mechanics. Her driveway and van were covered in feet of snow and they still managed.

Great service every time! From truck maintenance to needing a tow. They are very dependable!

Called inquiring about towing services and they declined my call 3 times. Once they finally answered the call they just “what do you want? No one is available until 8a.” I completely understand that there is no one available. Was just not a fan of the customer service

My kid got in an accident, airbags went off police require tow away. Bobs is who they call. Pricey for a short tow and not even staying a day. However the guys in the office (which are also drivers I think) were cool. AAA said they would be there to pick up from them to take to our mechanic at 1 didn't show up until after 5, after bobs closing time. Bobs was accommodating moved van where AAA could retrieve it after hours and actually someone stayed late anyway to give them keys.

I got stuck in the snow today. Joe came to the rescue. They were able to get to be quick. Joe was so kind and helpful. It's obvious he knows what he's doing which immediately put me as ease. Thanks guys!

Absolutely amazing service! I'm a college student and needed to get back to school but did not have an extra set of keys for my car and they did it for me even though they were absolutely slammed with calls from all the snow we had. They did it at a fraction of the price of everywhere else I called and treated me like family. Jared was a life saver and I can not recommend them enough. Great family business and I would give them more stars if possible. Love them <3

Joe and them worked on my little sister's car from a few angles till they got her driving home on a super snowy night. I really have faith and trust in Joe and his team.

Had a recent accident. Insurance company referred me to a body shop and they, in turn, use Bob's Garage for towing (as does the Lake County Sheriff Dept.). Tow truck operator was great overall. He was 40 minutes late but that was due to a police tow. Their dispatcher called to inform me of that. At that point I requested to have the driver call when he was on final approach to my house as my wife works from home and I wanted to prevent our 4 dogs from going crazy with barking and interrupting her job. Dispatcher said sure, no problem. Sadly that information was never relayed to the driver as he rang the doorbell when he arrived and the dogs went nuts while my wife was on a Zoom call for work. I specifically asked the driver if he was given any instructions other than picking up the car. He said no, why? So I explained my request and he said he was not informed of that. Otherwise this would be a higher rating. Communication is very important. On one side (notifying me the driver was running late and the reason why), they were very good. On the other, with a simple request, the dispatcher essentially fumbled the football. Not like I made an unreasonable request.

Just superior service. When you are dialing for a tow, you are already having a challenging day. Bob showed up in 15 minutes, brought a little levity to a bummer situation, got into the repair shop right away, and did it all for a fantastic price. Super professional. I’ve already referred him to friends.

Was fast, friendly, affordable. Would have been nice to have text updates for arrival and when your car has been delivered.

The driver was there at the scene in record time yesterday. The driver provided great customer service while towing our car. We rode with him to the auto shop. He was kind, respectful, professional and experienced. I would highly recommend their service.

Bob’s did an amazing job! They really took me out of a bad situation. They towed my car into the shop and replaced the alternator then ran all of the appropriate diagnostics to ensure that the car was fixed. They were extremely courteous, their prices were really good, they were very efficient, very professional and did a great job getting my Camry back on the road. I will continue to use Bob’s for all of my auto repairs. You should too!

My belief in how a towing company is run is largely influenced by (un)reality TV. I was very surprised and pleased by the level of professionalism Bob displayed in our brief interaction. He was not only pleasant but also followed up at the time he said he would. No question I would use his company again.

Extremely friendly and knowledgable staff! Family owned and operated. Very reasonable prices. Had the front and back brake pads/rotors done and handles like new again. Also completed the job very quickly, in just a few hours. I plan on taking all our vehicles back here anytime they need serviced again!

I was driving through from one side of the country to the other when my car engine blew. I called Bob’s Towing finding them on Google Maps. My driver was prompt and very courteous. He understood that I was basically lost, 100 of miles from home, and in an uncomfortable position on a road without much shoulder. He was polite, kind and went out of his way to be helpful. I’m very grateful and highly recommend Bob’s.

Had to pickup my car today after getting it towed for my plates being expired, which was my fault. While I wasn’t exactly thrilled to have to deal with that, the team there made the experience positive! They are cash only and I didn’t know until I got there and I didn’t have cash or my car bc they had it, so one of the owners kindly offered to take me to the ATM. I cannot recommend this Bob's garage enough. My daughter 's car wouldn't start while she was in Mentor and we didn't want to tow it all the way back to Rock Creek, so we towed it locally here. They also have a mechanic garage there and they spent considerable time diagnosing it which turned out to be something more extensive than what we were ready to do. They were very fair in their pricing and very patient with all our phone calls and questions. We had them tow it back to our house in Rock Creek because we couldn't have the work done and they were very respectful and fair in what they charged us. We really appreciate them. They made a stressful situation a little less stressful. Thank you.

I recently needed a quite a bit of maintenance done to my car. A couple people I know mentioned Bob's Garage and Towing. I had a great experience with this company. What stands out was the communication was perfect and I talked with several people at Bob's with the same end result, extremely friendly, everyone listened and offered good feedback and didn't rush me and gave me the impression they really appreciated my business, this does matter! The pricing was very fair, no problems there and VERY fast turn around.. I couldn't be happier with the entire process. So if you value your car being maintained correctly with outstanding communication, fair pricing in a reasonable time frame, here you go.

This review is for the technician who just came and picked up a Nissan Rouge from our parking lot in Madison Ohio! In record breaking time, the gentleman was able to gain access to the locked vehicle. I couldn’t believe it honestly. Super efficient getting the vehicle secured and towed away. I needed a tow so I called to ask questions and get a quote before requesting one. The gentleman I spoke to was very professional, polite and a pleasure to talk to. Only took 35-45 minutes to get to me which was pretty quick in my opinion. Once the driver got to me he also was very professional, polite and a pleasure to talk to. Bob's Garage has been towing my vehicles since I bought my first car over 40 years ago, when Bob Fox owned it. As I've gotten older I've been able to buy more reliable cars, Jay took over for his dad a number of years ago. I grew up with Jays wife in Mentor, now Jay's son Jared is in charge of transporting my air cooled fleet. I've had Joe move my vintage VW's over the last few years. I can't say how pleased I am with the service they have provided me over the years. I love the fact that the owner answers the phone and its still a family owned and operated local business.

All I can say is that best tow and mechanic service ? in town and price wise. Very professional and trusted team ? I highly recommend thanks Jay and Jared Fox!!!

I’ve had 2 deflated tires in the last 3 weeks. I’ve been towed both times by Bob’s and the customer service is exceptional, prices are very affordable, and I highly recommend this company. Joe is an outstanding and very kind tow truck driver. You can tell this business is like a family.
