I want to send my deepest apologies to the staff at Napa Auto at this location. I assumed I was given the wrong paint but it seems that the company who painted these fleet vehicles added less orange to their "U-253A formula. Which makes it a custom paint. I had to call Chevy in order for them to investigate. I am the first to admit that I was wrong and that customers are NOT always right... Thanks again.
Beware. You better know exactly what you need before shopping here. My daughter called me while I was driving to tell me her oil light came on. I was driving by this store so I stopped in knowing only the year, make and model of her car. I was told by the sales rep that it needed some "special" Euro-style oil which cost $12/quart. I checked when I got home. It takes a synthetic oil 5W30 which should have cost around $4/quart. Can never understand why these stores do this. I'll never go back again.
Great service!! But the coast of an air filter was ridiculous $30 for a $15 or $20 air filter that upset me about the price but I bought it anyway because it was time
A Great auto parts store staffed with helpful knowledgeable employees. They would be a 5 star auto parts store if only they were open past 5:00 PM for all the people who only have evenings after 6:00 PM to work on their cars.
Jack (Counter Man Extraordinare) was not just knowledgeable of the store and product line, but clearly how to help the novice with a little common sense how to use best your products and to improve his own family's situation with some degree of confidence. Pretty day gone impressive in my book!!!

That's not a one-off either; he treated the even OLDER senior citizen the very same way who responded to him as did I: like I'd met someone who really cares.

Fernando is a terrific employee , his knowledge of seatcovers is second to none. mike , besides being the best dressed employee , is a great fill in for jeff, whenever he gets a day off ( once every other year). carol is the most knowledgeable girl I've ever dealt with-- ok even if she wasn't a girl. jim, quiet, I think the phone is fastened to his right ear, smart, needs more hair, worth keeping. jeff-- under paid, great boss, should give away free coffee & doughnuts, should sing the napa know how song to customers as they come in. keep up good job-----
Fernando is an exceptional employee!! Napa's best in my opinion. He has high customer service skills and is very friendly. He makes your visit easy and convenient. Ask for him if you go in.
