I want to thank Rodrigo for helping me. My truck's engine light came on. Rodrigo help me diagnosed the problem and sold me the air flow sensor I needed to fix the problem. My truck is running much better now, and no engine light.
I had a fantastic experience at AutoZone thanks to Gina! She was patient, listened to my issue, and offered excellent advice. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Her customer service was outstanding! I'll definitely be back because of her.
i went to get headlights and was immediately greeted by dave, he looked at my car and informed me my headlights were good and checked my fuses and found a blown fuse. Dave went and got the fuse for me and put it in and my headlights worked. i am so grateful i didn’t have to spend money on headlights when they weren’t needed. A+++++ service autozone
Unbelievable commercial experience. Came in to use my commercial account... provided my pin... had dirty gloves on... was mid job... in MY company hoodie matching the information in your system. She found the parts no problem. She gave me a total and my customer/friend/ previous employee was with me and he pulled out his card to pay. She said something along the lines of UH UH I can't do alla Dat. we can only take cash. Mind you I'm not stupid... so I proceeded to say OK well let's just charge it to my account. AGAIN tells me no that she doesn't feel comfortable charging the parts to my account because it wasn't my home store... and I said well call my home store and verify that it's me so I can finish doing my job. I SAID THAT IS THE POLICY IS IT NOT....AGAIN says she doesn't feel comfortable doing that because of all the times scams and shady stuff happens... which is projection and her insulting my intelligence while trying to steal CASH ONLY from myself, my customer, as well as autozone. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS. IM GOING TO CALL THE SHRINKBUSTER HOTLINE AND REPORT HER SO THEY OPEN A CASE AND I HOPE THIS GETS FORWARDED TO LOSS PREVENTION TO OPEN A CASE ON THIS EMPLOYEE SUPPOSEDLY HER NAME WAS GINA. 3/28/26 @ 152 PM

Stopped in to get new windshield wiper blades and asked them to check my battery. The team member helped me out, finding the right blades for my car and then installing them for me. Thank you!
Absolutely speechless at the amazing above and beyond service I got today my tire blew out in the parking lot and I had came in the store dead broke didn’t have enough and Pedro took the time and went out of his way to get his own tools and help me get my donut on outstanding customer service will be back again next time with some money in hand hopefully a whole lot less issues thank you so much Pedro god bless you they are lucky to have you!!! ( 12/12/25 7:20 pm)After having a connection bolt on my front right caliper fail I was able to leg my vehicle a mile there hoping it didn’t fall out and rip my wheel apart . There I was helped by 2 great employees. They went above and beyond to help me replace the bolt and make my 2 hour drive home. Corporate needs to reward good employee customer service like this. Although I didn’t catch there name .
